2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, sowing work is generally performed by hand sowing, and in some cases, sowing using a machine is performed. Also, a seed in which seeds are sealed in a water-soluble tape
Seed paper in which a tape and seeds are fixed on a water-soluble nonwoven fabric with an adhesive is placed on a nursery bed to germinate and raise seedlings. In these conventional techniques, the seed tape is one in which seeds are physically sealed so as not to fall off on a tape made of a water-soluble film, and it is difficult to maintain a proper distance between the seeds. . In addition,
The dope paper is excellent for fixing and setting the position of the seed, but since the position where the adhesive and the seed are dropped is mechanically set, the pattern is not suitable for patterns in which the seed interval is close. There are problems such as difficulty in seeding and insufficient water solubility of the nonwoven fabric. Also, a sheet for sowing and raising seedlings has been developed in which seeds of a predetermined number of grains can be easily mounted at predetermined intervals, but this sheet is not intended to hold the seeds firmly. Therefore, with the seeds loaded,
It is not suitable for work such as transporting In recent years, after seeds are mounted on a sheet, a water-soluble polymer layer such as polyvinyl alcohol is further pressed at a high temperature or bonded with a water-soluble adhesive layer to hold the seeds. Sheets for sowing seedlings have also been developed.
However, since these have a laminated structure of two to three layers such as a seed-mounted sheet, a water-soluble adhesive layer, and a water-soluble polymer layer, the seeding and germination processes on the nursery bed even if each is composed of a water-soluble material. However, there was a problem that the dissolution required much time for the irrigation, and the seeding workability and germination were poor.

[Action] If a pressure-sensitive adhesive having sufficient adhesiveness to catch seeds to be sown is accurately applied to a predetermined position on a support such as water-soluble paper, the seeds are sprinkled on the support and then applied to the support. The seeds can be attached at predetermined intervals at predetermined intervals. The pressure-sensitive adhesive can be applied in any form of linear or dot, but dot coating is excellent for controlling the number of seeds to be mounted. To load one seed in one place,
The coated area of the adhesive must be sufficiently small compared to the size of the target seed. Screen printing is suitable as a method of applying a small-area pressure-sensitive adhesive at an arbitrary shape and at an interval. As the type of the adhesive, a commercially available adhesive can be arbitrarily selected and used, as long as it does not have an inhibitory effect on germination of seeds, growth of seedlings, and the like. When screen printing is applied, it is, of course, necessary to have excellent printability. Here, if a curable adhesive is used as the adhesive, it is possible to cure the adhesive after mounting the seeds and fix the seeds so that they do not fall off during normal work. When fixing is carried out one by one, the coated area of the adhesive must be very small, and the contact area between the seed and the adhesive becomes extremely small, so that many seeds appear during normal sowing work. Some seeds are difficult to fix. In such a case, polyvinyl alcohol (P
Coating the seeds with VA) is a very effective means. In order to fix the seed mounted on the support via the adhesive with PVA, only the small part on which the seed is mounted is PV
A may be applied and fixed, or the entire support may be coated with PVA and fixed. Screen printing is suitable for applying PVA only to the seed mounting portion. In order to coat the entire surface of the support with PVA, lamination of a PVA thin film, roll coating of a PVA solution, spray coating of a PVA solution, and the like are effective. In order to laminate the PVA thin film, it is effective to apply a thin water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to the PVA thin film and to bond the thin film to a support. Further, when the PVA solution is spray-coated, the seeds can be fixed in a state where the seeds and the entire support are solidified with a polymer because the PVA penetrates into the support. In order to prepare a PVA thin film by coating, the PVA aqueous solution needs to have a thickness of 2000-1.
A moderate viscosity of about 0000 cP (centipoise) is required. The viscosity of the PVA aqueous solution varies greatly depending on the degree of polymerization of PVA and the concentration of the solution. When the degree of polymerization of PVA is low (for example, 500 or less), the water solubility is excellent, but in order to secure the necessary viscosity, The concentration of the aqueous solution is, for example, 3
0% or more. At such a high concentration, P
The film formability of VA deteriorates, making it difficult to obtain a uniform and durable coating film. On the other hand, when the degree of polymerization is high (for example, 1
400 or more), a sufficient viscosity (for example, 9000 cP) can be obtained even at a low aqueous solution concentration of about 15%.
Although VA has excellent film formability, its water solubility is inferior to the case where the degree of polymerization is low. PVA with a low degree of polymerization and P with a high degree of polymerization
When VA is mixed at an appropriate ratio and concentration, a PVA mixture having excellent characteristics combining water solubility of PVA having a low degree of polymerization and film forming properties of PVA having a high degree of polymerization is obtained. It can be used for fixing seeds of a seedling raising sheet. According to the result of the mixing test of the PVA of the present invention, the polymerization degree is 300 to 500 and the polymerization degree is 1400 to 1400.
The two types of PVA of 1800 were mixed at a ratio of 70 to 80% and 30 to 20%, respectively, and the concentration was 20 to 30%.
% PVA aqueous solution has a viscosity of 2000 to 2000%.
It was about 7000 cP, and it was found that characteristics excellent in both water solubility and film formability were obtained. The present invention, as described in claim 1, on a water-soluble or water-dispersible support,
A point-shaped pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided at a predetermined interval, seeds are adhered and held on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and a film layer made of a water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol is stuck on the seeds to form a film on the support. And a film layer composed of the polyvinyl alcohol, wherein the polyvinyl alcohol having a degree of polymerization of 300 to 500 and a degree of saponification of 80 to 90% is polymerized with polyvinyl alcohol. It is composed of a mixture with polyvinyl alcohol having a degree of 1400 to 1800 and a degree of saponification of 80 to 90%. The use of a polyvinyl alcohol film with good water resistance makes it possible to cope with seeding and raising seedlings of various vegetables and flowers without impairing germination, and has the effect of contributing to labor saving of seeding. . Further, the present invention provides a polyvinyl alcohol having a polymerization degree in the range of 300 to 500 and a polymerization degree of 1400 to 1 in claim 1 as described in claim 2.
The mixing ratio with polyvinyl alcohol in the range of 800 is
Since the former is in the range of 70 to 80% and the latter in the range of 30 to 20%, the water solubility of PVA having a low degree of polymerization and the film forming property of PVA having a high degree of polymerization are appropriately mixed, and the seeds are firmly formed. Since it can be retained and is excellent in water solubility, there is an effect that it can effectively cope with sowing and seedling of various vegetables and flowers without impairing germination.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. <Example 1> First, on a commercially available polyester film,
(1) Two types of PVA having a degree of polymerization of 300 and 1700 and a degree of saponification of 80% are dissolved in water at a mixing ratio of 8: 2, and an aqueous solution having a concentration of 25% is applied to a thickness of 10 μm.
Was produced. As a comparative example, (2)
An aqueous solution having a polymerization degree of 1700, a saponification degree of 80%, and a concentration of 15%,
And (3) a degree of polymerization of 300, a degree of saponification of 80%, and a concentration of 30%
Was prepared, and films having a thickness of 10 μm were prepared in the same manner as described above. Then, the prepared three types of films were cut into a size of 100 × 100 mm, the polyester film was peeled off, and the opening of the beaker was removed.
The perimeter was fixed and placed, and 1 ml of distilled water was placed at the center with a syringe, and the time until the PVA membrane dissolved and the water droplets fell was measured. The time required from the placement of the water drop to the drop is 4.2 seconds in the case of the PVA mixture of (1), and 8.0 seconds in the case of PVA alone having a polymerization degree of 1700 in (2), When the PVA of (1) was mixed, the dissolution time was about half as compared with the case of (2) alone.
In the case of (3) having a degree of polymerization of 300 alone, a satisfactory film that could be used for the test could not be produced.

<Example 2> 1100 acrylic adhesives having a diameter of 0.3 mm were printed in dot form on a commercially available 300 x 600 mm water-soluble paper by screen printing, and green onion seeds were sprinkled thereon. One seed was mounted on one dot of the adhesive. On the other hand, as in the case of the first embodiment,
(1) A 10 μm thick film prepared by adjusting PVA having a polymerization degree of 300 and 1700 to a mixing ratio of 8: 2 and a concentration of 25%, and (2) a 10 μm thick film prepared at a polymerization degree of 1700 and a concentration of 15%. On a two-layer PVA film made of a water-soluble adhesive, a thickness of about 10 after drying was obtained using a comma coater.
The coating was dried to a thickness of μm, dried, and bonded to the above-mentioned onion seed mounting sheet using a pressure roll made of urethane rubber curl and metal roll. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing a cross-sectional structure of a sheet for sowing and raising seedling produced by the above method, which is cut at a seed mounting portion. In the figure, 1 is water-soluble paper, 2
Is an adhesive coated in a dot (dot) form on a support made of water-soluble paper 1, 3 is leek seed, 4 is a water-soluble adhesive, 5 is PVA having a polymerization degree of 300 and 1700 in a ratio of 8: 2. It is a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) film produced by mixing. Here, similarly to the water solubility test in Example 1 described above, a leek seed mounting sheet of 100 × 100 mm was fixed to the opening of the beaker with the PVA membrane facing upward, and the sheet was placed in the middle of the seed. 1 ml of water was placed, and the time until the water was absorbed by the water-soluble paper 1 at the bottom was measured. The time required for the PVA mixed film of (1) is 9 seconds, while the time required for PVA alone having a polymerization degree of 1700 in (2) is 14 seconds. In this case as well, when the PVA of (1) is mixed, The required time was reduced to about 64% as compared with the case of (2) alone.

<Embodiment 3> The two types of green onion seed-mounted sheets prepared in Embodiment 2 are placed on a double soil placed in a nursery box, with the PVA film 5 on the upper side, and the entire surface is placed. Was covered with a thickness of about 5 mm. Then, water was sprayed over the entire surface using a watering can so as to be as even as possible.
PVA mixed with PVA having a degree of polymerization of 300 and 1700
In the sheet covered with the film, the amount of sprinkled water temporarily accumulated on the upper surface of the sheet was small, and permeated the sheet relatively quickly. On the other hand, a sheath coated with a PVA film having a polymerization degree of 1700
In the case of a sheet, the sprinkled water temporarily accumulates on the sheet, and the accumulated water flows around the sheet. Non-uniformity in the thickness of the cover soil became noticeable, which also had an adverse effect on germination.
