を取付け、このワイヤ9の上端部を前記締付ねじ90で
ねじ筒24に固定し、ロックナット92を弛緩した状態
で調整ナット26を回転操作することにより図1と同
様、前記ねじ筒24を上下に相対移動させ、このねじ筒
24と共に上側軸受6を上下移動させ、また、ロックナ
ット93を弛緩した状態で上側ばね受け25aを回転操
作することにより前記ワイヤ9をコイルばね8aの内側
で撓ませ、コイルばね8aによる押圧力を調整可能にし
ている。尚、図示していないが、前記ねじ筒24の外面
一側には、上下に延びるガイド溝を設けると共に、この
ガイド溝に係合する係合突起を前記ガイド筒10aの内
面に突設してねじ筒24を上下移動のみ可能にしてい

袋に一定の押圧力を付与できて、しかも、材料固化状態
の強弱とか、粉末収容袋の大きさによって粉末収容袋が
過剰に押圧されるのを防止でき、この粉末収容袋の破損
を有効に防止できるのである。第3発明に係る材料固化
解消装置によれば、リターン手段で粉末収容袋を再びロ
ール部材側へ後退移動させることができるため、粉末収
容袋を送り込み側から取り出すことができるのであり、
従って、奥行きが少ない空間でも支障なく設置できると
共に、一人の作業者が移動量少なく効率的に作業するこ
とができるのである。しかも、前進送り時と、後退送り
時との凸部による押圧箇所を送り方向にずらせることが
できるため、大形化することなく、粉末収容袋を全面的
に押圧できて、材料固化をより一層高レベルで解消する
ことができるのである。
