2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as shown in FIG.
The veneer veneer 3 is attached to the surface of a 5P cloth plywood 2 in which a plurality of cloth veneers 1 (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e) are laminated and integrated, and the back side of the cloth plywood 2 is placed on the back side. The floor material A 'is manufactured by forming a cut groove 4 reaching the second-layer cloth veneer 1b and attaching the cushion material 5 to the back surface of the cloth plywood 2.

However, this flooring A 'usually uses a veneer veneer 1.0-1.5 mm thick for the cross plywood 2, so that when the veneer veneer 3 is adhered, it will face upward. A concave warpage was generated, and it was not adapted to the floor substrate, causing poor adhesion. The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and has as its object to not only have a soundproofing effect, but also prevent the occurrence of warpage, and has a good and reliable familiarity with a floor substrate. An object of the present invention is to manufacture a flooring material capable of performing an excellent adhesion.

According to a method of manufacturing a flooring material of the present invention, a single veneer cloth 1a on a surface of a veneer cloth 2 in which a plurality of veneer veneers 1 are laminated and integrated is sanded to a thickness of 0.2 to 0.2 mm.
After making the thickness 0.5 mm, the veneer veneer 3 is adhered, and a plurality of cut grooves 4 are formed on the back side of the cross plywood 2 from the front side to the third layer veneer 1c. The present invention is characterized in that the cushion material 5 is adhered to the back surface, and the above-mentioned problem has been solved by this configuration.

[Function] Sanding the single veneer cloth 1a is 0.2-
After making the thickness 0.5 mm, the decorative veneer 3 is adhered, and the cut groove 4 is formed on the back side of the cloth plywood 2 from the front side to the third layer veneer 1c. Veneer 1
a becomes weaker due to the weakening of the strength of the cross plywood 2 due to the cut grooves 4, and tends to be downwardly warped upwardly convex, and becomes substantially flat by sticking the decorative veneer 3. It is.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS FIG. 1 shows the use of a 5P cloth plywood 2 in which five cloth single plates 1 (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e) having a thickness of 1.0 to 1.5 mm are laminated and integrated. Sanding the surface veneer 1a is 0.2 to 0.2
0.5 mm thick. Next, a plurality of cut grooves 4 are formed in the cross plywood 2 from the back side. The cut grooves 4 may be linear or lattice-shaped. The cut groove 4 extends from the front surface side to the third-layer single veneer cloth 1c.

Thereafter, a decorative veneer 3 having a thickness of 0.25 mm is adhered onto the sand veneer 1a of the cross plywood 2. The cloth veneer 1a and the decorative veneer 3 are stuck so that the fiber axes of the veneer veneer 3 cross each other. As a result, the cross plywood 2 tends to be downwardly warped so as to protrude upward. The downward warpage is about 10 to 15 mm for a length of 1818 mm. On the back side of the cross plywood 2, a cushion material 5 such as a culp material, a sound insulation sheet, and an air step is adhered.

FIG. 2 shows seven cloth single plates 1 (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e, 1f, 1) having a thickness of 1.0 to 1.5 mm.
An example is shown in which a 7P cross plywood 2 obtained by laminating g) is used. Also in this embodiment, the cut groove 4 is formed so as to extend from the surface side of the cloth plywood 2 to the third-layer cloth veneer 1c. The floor material A manufactured in this manner is laid by directly adhering to a floor base such as a mortar panel surface via an adhesive.

According to the present invention, the veneer veneer is sanded to a thickness of 0.2 to 0.5 mm after the veneer veneer is sanded on the surface of a veneer veneer obtained by laminating a plurality of veneer veneers. Attached and formed a plurality of cut grooves from the front side to the third layer of cloth veneer on the back side of the cross plywood, and a cushion material is adhered to the back side of the cross plywood, so it has a soundproof effect Of course, combined with the fact that the surface veneer becomes weaker in strength, the cut groove makes the waist of the plywood weaker, and the veneer tends to bend upwards and stick to the veneer. Thus, the surface becomes substantially flat, and therefore, it is well adapted to a floor base such as a mortar control panel surface, and the conventional bonding failure does not occur.
