実施例 以下、第1図〜第3図を用いて、本発明の製造方法の
一例について説明する。第1図は加工する磁気ヘッドの

視図である。まず、第1図に示すように、複数個の同一
ランクの磁性体ブロック1を加工用治具2に仮セットす
る。なお、磁性体ブロック1はアペックス部から先端部
までの距離19でランク分けされている。次に磁性体ブロ
ック1を仮セットした加工用治具2を、真空チャック4
等により接着用間隙治具3に取付け接着用基準ベース5
の上を、接着用間隙治具3をスライドさせ、磁性体ブロ
ック1の上面を接着用治具ベース6に近接させる。その
後、マグネット7の付いた磁性体ブロック吸着治具8
を、接着用治具ベース6の背面より近づけ、磁性体ブロ
ック1の上面を、磁気吸引力によって接着用治具ベース
6に密着させ、プッシュ治具9により、磁性体ブロック
1の側面から力を加え、加工用治具2の側面基準部に、
磁性体ブロック1の基準側面をそろえる。この時、磁性
