(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】内側に折り込まれるガゼット部と両面部分
を有する袋状容器本体と、フランジ部および導管部を有
しフランジ部を袋状容器本体の開口端に固着した取出具
とを備えた液体充填容器において、上記ガゼット部の全
幅寸法を、ガゼット部を内側に折り込んだときに取出具
の導管部が通る空間を形成する程度の寸法とし、取出具
のフランジ部を、内側に折り込まれた各ガゼット部に接
して袋状容器本体の開口端に固着するとともに、袋状容
器本体の下端部を端縁に平行なシール部とこのシール部
から斜め上方に延びる傾斜シール部で形成したことを特
徴とする液体充填容器。

し、一面部分となるフィルムに仮止めされたガゼット部
の上に取出具をフランジ部がガゼット部の上に位置する
ように配置し、この取出具の上に袋状容器本体の他面部
分となるフィルムを配置し、袋状容器本体と取出具をヒ
ートシール手段により一体的に結合するとともに、袋状
容器本体の下端部を端縁側に未シール部を残した袋状容
器本体の長手方向と直交する方向に延びるシール部とこ
のシール部から斜め上方に延びる傾斜シール部で形成
し、シール部および傾斜シール部に沿って切断して袋状
容器本体の底部を形成することを特徴とする液体充填容
器の製造方法。
