球9はエアーガイド7の側壁にねじによって取り付られ
ている。庫内吸気口8は加熱室1の側壁に設け、これは
高周波電波に対して非透過性で、かつ光を透過するパン
チング穴8aを有し、電球9の光線が庫内吸気孔8を通
じて加熱室1を照明するようにしている。さらに、エア

板16の内面はアルミメッキ鋼板などの反射面を有する
材料を使用し半箱型形状に形成し、棒状ハロゲン灯15
を固定するための保持部17と本体ケース4に固定する
ための取付部18を有し、コーナ部に通風用の隙間19
を設け、棒状ハロゲン灯15から発せられる熱がここに
滞留しないようにしている。また棒状ハロゲン灯15は
パンチング孔13の横方向の配列中心線に対して傾斜角
