2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, depending on the type of business, a large amount of oil is contained in factory wastewater. For example, in a steel mill, a large amount of rolling oil is used in a rolling process, and a large amount of oil is transferred into drainage. Factory wastewater containing such a large amount of oil is once introduced into a large-capacity wastewater pit, purified through various wastewater treatment processes, and then discharged. A large amount of oil contained in the drainage is separated from the drainage pit by floating the factory wastewater in the drainage pit, and the oil scum of the surface of the drainage pit is more than 30cm when it is larger than 5cm. Form a layer.
For this reason, before shifting to various wastewater treatment processes, this oil scum layer is suctioned and removed from the opening of the wastewater pit using a vacuum pump or the like.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The surface area of the drainage pit is large, the thickness of the oil scum layer is not always constant, and the oil scum layer has other floating substances other than oil,
For example, waste oil scum of wastewater in the above-mentioned steelworks contains a large amount of iron powder and the like, so it becomes hard,
Very difficult to remove. That is, conventionally, in removing the floating oil scum layer of such a drainage pit, a hose attached with a rope is dropped into the oil scum layer, and a plurality of the ropes are operated while a vacuum truck or a floating type recovery pump is operated. The operator holds the oil scum layer while arbitrarily moving the oil scum layer in the horizontal direction or the depth direction to remove the oil scum layer. In addition, because floating oil scum may not come to the suction port at the end of the hose, another worker may hold the tip of the pressure hose and spray water onto the surface so that the floating oil scum comes close to the suction port. ing. In this way, the work of sucking and removing the floating oil scum in the drainage pit is inefficient because it is performed manually, and the area around the drainage pit is slippery with oil. There is a problem that it is difficult to secure a labor force every year. Furthermore, as mentioned above,
There is also a problem that since water is sprinkled by the pressure hose and the floating oil is sucked while being drawn, excess water is sucked and the recovery efficiency is poor. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to efficiently suction and remove floating oil in a drainage pit with a small number of persons, and to excel at recovering oil scum without sucking excess water at the same time. An object of the present invention is to provide a floating oil recovery device.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will now be described in more detail with reference to a preferred embodiment shown in the drawings. Floating oil recovery device 2 of the present invention
2 is installed on a rail 5 laid around the drain pit 30, as shown in FIG. 2, and can be arbitrarily moved on the rail 5 by power (not shown) of an electric motor or the like. For this reason, for example, the floating oil recovery device 20 is placed at a desired position in the vertical direction of the drainage pit 30 in FIG.
The moving speed of the floating oil recovery device 20 on the rail 5 is 2
It is preferably set to about 5 m / min. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, a floating oil recovery device 20 of the present invention is configured.
The hose 8 wound around the upper drum 2 is configured to be expandable and contractible by hydraulic drive, and is drawn out to a desired length by the telescopic boom 6 configured to be rotatable by the telescopic boom turning device 10. For this reason, the hose 8 is placed at a desired position in the lateral direction of the drain pit 30 in FIG. The length of the hose 8 wound on the upper drum 2 varies depending on the size of the drain pit 30, but is preferably about 8 to 12 m in terms of stability of the apparatus. The hose 8 may have any diameter as long as the oil scum can be efficiently sucked, but is preferably about 2 to 15 cm. As a result of these,
The tip of the hose 8 of the floating oil recovery device 20 of the present invention can be held at a desired horizontal position in the drainage pit 30. In FIG. 2, the rail 5 is provided in a V-shape at the center along the sides adjacent to each other of the two drain pits, but is not limited thereto. Provided along the periphery, if the end of the hose 8 is configured to reach any position in the horizontal direction of the drainage pit 30, the hose 8 may be laid in any shape such as a straight line or a U-shape. Good.

Further, in the floating oil collecting apparatus 20 of the present invention, the tip 1 of the hose 8 wound on the upper drum 2 is properly dropped into the waste oil scum layer 50 floating in the drain pit 30. As described above, the length of the distal end portion can be appropriately adjusted by a hose feeder 7 operated by hydraulic pressure provided at the distal end portion of the telescopic boom 6. As a result, as shown in FIG. 1, the tip 1 of the hose 8 of the floating oil recovery device 20 of the present invention can be arbitrarily held at a desired vertical position in the drainage pit 30.

Further, the floating oil recovery apparatus 20 of the present invention is shown in FIG.
As shown in the figure, the lower drum 3 is provided below the upper drum 2, and the other end of the hose 8 wound around the upper drum 2 is guided to the lower drum 3 and wound. . The end 4 of the hose wound around the lower drum 3 is connected to a vacuum pump 40 such as a vacuum car. For this reason, vacuum pumps 4 such as vacuum cars
0, the tip 1 of the hose 8 is dropped into the floating waste scum layer 50 in the drain pit 30, so that the oil scum is sucked from the tip 1 of the hose 8 and the upper drum After passing through the hose wound around the drum 2 and the lower drum 3, the hose is moved from the end 4 of the hose to a waste oil tank such as a vacuum car. At this time, in the floating oil recovery device 20 of the present invention, the hose 8 dropped into the waste oil scum layer 50 floating in the drain pit 30
The tip 1 of the hose 8 can be arbitrarily set at a desired position in the horizontal and vertical directions as described above. Therefore, by appropriately moving the tip 1 of the hose 8 to a position where the waste oil scum layer 50 can be efficiently sucked, drainage is performed. Waste oil scum layer 50 in pit 30
Is efficiently sucked and removed. In addition, the above work
By manual operation by remote control, it can be easily done from a remote position by itself, so it is possible to efficiently remove oil scum floating in the water distribution pit easily with little personnel and without dangerous work. I can do it.

Further, in the floating oil recovery apparatus 20 of the present invention,
Since the tip 1 of the hose 8 dropped into the waste oil scum layer 50 can be freely moved in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction and held, the worker having the hose 8 as in the related art can be used. There is no need for another worker to sprinkle the water with a high-pressure hose so that the waste oil scum conveniently comes over the hose. Therefore, excess water is not sucked together with the waste oil scum, and the recovery efficiency of the waste oil scum can be improved. As described above, the waste oil scum floating in the drain pit 30 separated from the waste water and sucked and removed is transported to a waste oil treatment facility and is appropriately treated. Also in this case, the waste oil scum that has been suctioned and removed does not contain extra water, so that waste oil treatment can be facilitated.

According to the present invention as described above, the waste oil scum floating in the drain pit 30 can be efficiently sucked and removed by a small number of personnel without performing dangerous work. Further, unlike the related art, since excess water is not sucked together with the waste oil scum, the recovery efficiency of the waste oil scum can be improved, and the waste oil treatment can be easily performed thereafter.
