(Prior art) Conventionally, in a so-called fully automatic washing machine, washing and dehydration of laundry are performed in a common tub,
When the tub is rotated to perform dehydration, if the laundry is largely deviated in the tub, the tub causes abnormal vibration, which causes problems such as collision with the outer box and deformation. Therefore, when the abnormal vibration occurs, it is detected by a detecting lever or the like, the tank is temporarily stopped, water is supplied into the tank in this state, and the operation of dispersing the laundry by further stirring is performed. Time, and then the rotation of the tank was restarted. At this time, if abnormal vibration of the tank was detected again, the same operation was performed as described above, and the operation was repeated a certain number of times, and the above operation was repeated a certain number of times. If the abnormal vibration of the tub is detected further after that, the operation is completely stopped, and the abnormality is notified by a buzzer or the like, so that the user is allowed to disperse the laundry. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the case of the above-mentioned conventional one, the operation of dispersing the laundry is performed when the tub causes abnormal vibration, that is, the operation is performed so that the abnormal vibration occurs. The laundry is agitated from a state where the laundry is already largely offset, so it is not easy to sufficiently disperse the laundry in each operation, and as a result, it becomes abnormal again when the tub resumes rotation. The reality is that vibrations occur, and in the end, the operation is rarely stopped until it is completely stopped, and the operation during that time is wasted, wasting water, power and time. Here, the phase difference detection device 16 electrically detects the load applied to the motor 6 and outputs the phase difference detection signal as a laundry dispersion degree detection signal. More specifically, FIG. As shown, a pulse rising and falling at the zero cross point is obtained by detecting the applied voltage V to the motor 6, and a pulse I rising and falling at the zero cross point is similarly detected by detecting the current I flowing through the motor 6. A pulse corresponding to the phase difference θ is obtained from both pulse waveforms, and a voltage signal corresponding to the phase difference θ obtained by smoothing the pulse is further digitized to output a detection signal. Is small when the laundry is offset, and gradually increases as the distribution of the laundry progresses.

First, as shown in FIG. 1 (1), when its operation is started, the control device 13 opens the water supply valve 12 to supply water into the tank 4 (step S1). It is determined whether or not the stored water level in the tank 4 has reached the set water level based on the input water level detection signal (step S2), and these are repeated until it is determined that the set water level has been reached. 12
Is closed, and instead, the motor 6 is driven to rotate the stirring body 5 to perform washing (step S3). The driving of the motor 6 at this time is normally performed in such a manner that the motor 6 is intermittently driven at a rotation speed of, for example, 120 [rpm] in a repetitive pattern of energization for 2 seconds and interruption for 1 second. After that, it is determined whether or not the set time for washing has been reached (step S4), and these are repeated until it is determined that the set time has been reached. And drain the inside of tub 2 (step S5). Then, thereafter, it is determined whether or not the stored water level in the tank 4 has dropped to a predetermined water level based on the water level detection signal input from the water level sensor 15 (step S6).
These steps are repeated until it is determined that the water level has dropped to the set water level, and then the process proceeds to the dispersion process (step S7).

In the dispersing process, as shown in FIG. 1 (2), first, the rotation speed of the motor 6 and the intermittent driving pattern are set (step S8). At the beginning of this setting, in order to avoid the damage of the laundry as much as possible, the content is greatly reduced from that of the washing step, for example, at the rotation speed of 50 [rpm] shown at the top of FIG.
Intermittent drive is performed according to a repetitive pattern of second energization and 0.5 second disconnection. The motor 6 is driven to rotate the stirrer 5 with these settings, and then a phase difference detection signal input from the phase difference detection device 16 is read (step S9). No, in other words, it is determined whether the laundry in the tub 4 is sufficiently dispersed (step
S10). Then, as a result, unless it is determined that the distribution is sufficient, it is next determined whether or not the menu of the setting contents of the rotation speed of the motor 6 and the intermittent drive pattern has any remaining (step S11). While it is determined that there is, the process returns to step S8, and the next content, in this case, 50
The content of intermittent driving is set by the repetition pattern of energization for 0.6 seconds and interruption for 0.5 seconds at the rotation speed of [rpm]. The motor 6 is further driven to rotate the stirrer 5 with the set contents, and steps S9 and S10 are sequentially performed. Unless it is determined in step S10 that the laundry is still sufficiently dispersed, step S1 is performed.
The process proceeds to step 1, and if it is determined in step S11 that there is a remaining menu, the process returns to step S8 to set the next content. Here, the order of the setting contents while these are repeated is shown below.

As described above, in the configuration of the present invention, the laundry is agitated by sequentially changing the drive mode of the agitation every time the laundry is detected until it is determined that the laundry is sufficiently dispersed. If it is determined that the laundry has been sufficiently dispersed, the drainage is performed as in step S5 (step S1).
2) Then, the motor 6 is driven together with the electromagnet 20 for controlling the clutch mechanism and the brake mechanism in the drive mechanism 7 to rotate the tank 4 together with the stirring body 5 to perform dehydration (step S1).
3). In addition, these operations are performed in the same manner as described above with respect to the subsequent rinsing and the subsequent dehydration, with a step of dispersing the laundry therebetween. If it is determined in step S11 of the dispersing process that there is no remaining menu, the operation is completely stopped, the buzzer 22 is sounded, and an abnormality is notified (step S14).

In the present configuration, the laundry is agitated by sequentially changing the driving mode of the agitation every time the laundry is detected before the dehydration process until a detection result indicating that the laundry is sufficiently dispersed is obtained as described above. Among them, especially, laundry before the dehydration process is easy to disperse because the conventional tub does not have a large offset unlike the case where abnormal vibration occurred, and in this situation, the laundry is further washed. Until the detection result that the articles are sufficiently dispersed is obtained, the stirring drive mode is sequentially changed each time the detection is performed, so that the laundry is sufficiently dispersed unlike the above-described conventional one. Therefore, it is possible to avoid wasting water, power and time, and it is possible to avoid waste of water, power and time. Dehydration operation Since may perform, can be the suppression of abnormal vibration occurrence of the bath 4, it exhibits a more reliable effect.

In addition, the present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above and shown in the drawings. In particular, the detection means for detecting the degree of dispersion of the laundry is, for example, a motor 6 other than the phase difference detection device 16 described above. It may be one that detects only the flowing current, etc. Further, the specific values of the rotation speed of the motor 6 and the specific values of the intermittent driving pattern in the dispersing process are appropriately changed without departing from the gist. Can be implemented.
