However, the forming speed of the long deformed section plate by the die apparatus is relatively slow at about 2 m / min, and the formed long deformed section sheet can be directly shaped by a rolling mill. Did not. In the mold device, the dimensional accuracy of the molded long profiled section plate is excellent,
Since the metal material is sent intermittently, increasing the forming speed requires a large pulling force to move the metal material, and the power of the moving means must be increased accordingly. A moving means such as an intermittently driven winding machine corresponding to the tension fluctuation is required. Furthermore, when the molding speed is increased, the rising angle θ from the thin portion to the thick portion of the irregular cross section is
(See FIG. 1), there was a drawback that the mold did not come out cleanly and traces of the mold remained on the molded cross-section plate. In addition, since the metal material is intermittently fed by the mold device, the formed deformed cross-section plate cannot be formed by a rolling mill that needs to feed the material at a constant speed as it is, and the metal sent from the mold device cannot be formed. The material was once wound around a coil, and when shaped by a rolling mill, it was necessary to unwind and shape the coil and then wind the coil again. If the metal material coming out of the mold apparatus is processed as it is in a rolling mill, the thickness and width of the metal material fluctuate, leaving a trace of intermittent feeding, deteriorating the appearance, and significantly lowering the product quality.

The frequency of the intermittent feed is 6 to 10 Hz. When a metal material having a deformed cross section is taken up, for example, as shown in FIG.
It fluctuates in the range of 00 to 750 kgf. Therefore, it is not possible to directly connect a rolling mill which requires material supply at a substantially constant speed to this mold apparatus.

Each time is completed, the metal material is moved by a certain distance, and this is repeated, whereby the metal material is gradually formed into a long and irregularly shaped cross-section plate. In order to operate the mold apparatus so as to form a metal material at a high speed of, for example, 20 m / min, as described above, a large drawing force for moving the metal material and an intermittent drive corresponding to a large fluctuation in tension are used. Although a moving means is required, in the present invention, a rolling mill having a driven rolling roll for shaping a long profiled cross-section plate formed therewith is provided behind the die apparatus, Since a plurality of rolls rotating at a fixed position and an oscillating roll pulled by a spring at the interval are provided between the mold apparatus and the rolling mill, a strong driving force of the rolling mill is used. An intermittently shaped irregularly shaped plate is pulled out of the mold apparatus. Since the rolling rolls of the rolling mill rotate at a constant rotation speed of 20 m / min, the deformed cross-section plate is pulled at a constant speed. Tension and speed do not match. However, when the speed of the deformed cross-section plate fluctuates due to the speed mismatch, the rocking roll provided between the die apparatus and the rolling mill is oscillated by a spring, and the deformed cross-section plate is subjected to a substantially constant tension. It becomes possible to continuously pull out of the die apparatus by the rolling mill at a constant speed. When the molding speed in the mold apparatus is increased, the rising angle θ (see FIG. 1) of the deformed section becomes unclear, and the mold is unwound from the mold apparatus with the trace of the mold remaining on the deformed section plate. However, by forming the rolling roll of the subsequent rolling mill into a shape that matches the profile of the deformed cross-section plate, the shape of the deformed cross-section is shaped, and a deformed cross-section plate with high dimensional accuracy can be manufactured at high speed. can do. Furthermore, since the deformed cross-section plate is sent out at a constant speed after being shaped by the rolling mill, a processing device for continuously moving the deformed cross-section plate at a constant speed such as an annealing process or a slitter process to the rolling mill is required. Can be connected.

In FIG. 5, reference numeral 1 denotes a long metal material having a rectangular cross section such as copper or a copper alloy wound in a coil shape.
A mold 2a constituting the mold apparatus 2 and a plate surface 2b of the mold 2
Is supplied between the pressing roll 3 and the pressing roll 3 which presses and rolls within the range of the plate surface, and intermittently moves the long metal material 1 by a fixed distance every time the pressing roll 3 completes the above pressing and rolling. And the metal material 1 is gradually formed into the shape of the mold 2a. The plate surface 2b of the mold 2a has, for example, a projection with an acute end at the plate surface 2b as shown in FIG.
When the pressing and the movement by the pressing roll 3 are alternately given, the shape is gradually finished into a deformed cross section having a thick portion and a thin portion as shown in FIG. 1 little by little. The deformed cross-section plate 1a formed by the mold 2a becomes a product through a shaping process by a rolling mill 6, and FIG. 5 shows an example of a process up to shaping the outer shape by a rolling mill. The end of the profiled plate 1a is connected to a winding machine 7 that continuously winds at a substantially constant speed, and the surface of the profiled plate 1a is interposed between the mold apparatus 2 and a rolling mill 6 behind the die. 1b, a plurality of rolls 8 rotating at a fixed position in a fixed position are arranged with an interval 9 therebetween.
In addition, a swinging roll 11 for pulling the long metal material 1 in a meandering manner within the interval 9 by a spring 10 was provided. In the illustrated embodiment, three rolls 8a, 8b, 8c that rotate in a fixed position
, And two swinging rolls 11a and 11b are provided at each interval 9 of these rolls. The two rolls and the spring were raised by an air cylinder to a roll having a localization value in order to easily pass the material 1 at first. Reference numeral 12 denotes a coil of the unformed long metal material 1, which is drawn out to the mold apparatus 2.

This is performed only when the pressing and rolling of the pressing roll 3 for pressing the metal material 1 against the plate surface 2b is completed and the pressing is released. On the other hand, in the rolling mill 6 that continuously draws the deformed section plate 1a at a substantially constant speed, the metal material 1 cannot be intermittently moved, but the rolling is alternately performed between the die apparatus 2 and the rolling mill 6. 8 and the oscillating roll 11 are provided, so that when the pressing and rolling of the pressing roll 3 against the plate surface 2b of the mold 2a is completed and the tension of the metal material 1 is relaxed, the spring 1
0 moves the oscillating roll 11 away from the interval 9 between the rolls 8 to maintain the tension, and since the metal material 1 cannot be pulled out from the mold apparatus 2 during the pressing and rolling of the pressing roll 3, At this time, the tension tends to increase, but at this time, the oscillating roll 11 moves toward the gap 9 against the spring 10 to prevent the tension from increasing. Therefore, the mold apparatus 2
In the rolling mill 6, the irregularly shaped plate 1a continuously formed at a substantially constant speed can be moved. More specifically, as described above, the intermittent movement of the metal material 1 in the mold apparatus 2 is 6 to 10
In the case of a frequency of about Hz, there is a speed / tension change shown in FIG. 4 within one cycle of the frequency. At this time, the oscillating roll 11 vibrates in response to a sudden speed change, and the formed irregular shape is formed. When the speed of the cross section plate 1a rapidly increases upon completion of the pressing and rolling of the pressing roll 3, and the tension starts to decrease, FIG.
The swing roll 11 moves so as to store the deformed section plate 1a from the position A in the direction of the arrow as shown in FIG.
When the tension becomes minimum, the position becomes the position B, and until the next high speed, the oscillating roll 11 moves from the position B in the direction of the arrow and gradually releases the accumulation of the deformed section plate 1a. . The mold device 2 requires a larger number of the oscillating rolls 11 because the speed and tension fluctuations increase as the processing speed increases, but if the speed is approximately 10 m / min, the mold shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. The oscillating roll 11 is configured as a vibration system having a natural frequency that can follow a rapid change in the speed of the mold device 2. As the spring 10, the material for the intermittent feed of the mold device 2 can be stored by the displacement of the spring. Is used. Although the tension changes due to the displacement of the spring 10, the spring constant is preferably as small as possible. The spring 10 is not limited to a tension spring but may be a compression spring.

も可能である。When the molding speed of the mold apparatus 2 is increased, the drawing force of the molded section plate 1a increases, but this force drives a rolling roll of a rolling mill 6 provided behind the mold apparatus 2. The fixed roll 8 and the oscillating roll 11 provided between the mold apparatus 2 and the rolling mill 6 are used to form the irregularly shaped plate 1 a in the mold apparatus 2 and the rolling mill 6. The difference in the feed speed is filled, and the irregularity of the profile of the deformed section plate 1a due to the high-speed molding in the mold apparatus 2 is reduced by the rolling mill 6
Thus, a deformed section plate 1a having a high speed and high dimensional accuracy can be manufactured in a series. It is also possible to continuously provide post-processing steps such as an annealing furnace and a slit cutter behind the rolling mill 6.

A rolling mill for shaping the deformed cross-section plate is provided to drive the rolling rolls thereof, and a plurality of rolls rotating at a fixed position are arranged at intervals between the die apparatus and the rolling mill, Since a rocking roll for rocking the long metal material with a spring meandering is provided at the interval, the forming speed of the deformed section plate in the mold device is increased at a high speed, and rolling is performed from a mold device having a different feeding speed. The shaping can be performed by continuously distributing the deformed cross-section plate through the machine, and the deformed cross-section plate having high dimensional accuracy can be efficiently manufactured.
