<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, in the above-mentioned spray gun, when the spraying is started, the injection of the compressed air and the curing agent are discharged almost simultaneously, and the paint is discharged with a slight delay. in this way,
In the order in which the compressed air containing the micronized hardener is mixed with the paint microparticles, the hardener microparticles are scattered before mixing with the main agent, resulting in environmental pollution and safety and health risks for workers. In this case, the main agent needle valve, the air blowing air valve, and the hardening agent air valve each have an independent configuration and are interlocked with the trigger, and when the hardener is ejected, the interlocking link device opens and closes the valve. And the like, there is a drawback that the entire gun device becomes complicated.

<Operation> Due to the above configuration, when the hardener is atomized and sprayed into the spray area of the main agent (paint), the first air valve is first opened by triggering the spray gun. The central atomization promoting air and the pattern adjusting air are jetted, and then the needle valve slides to open and the main agent is sprayed. After this, the second air valve that is interlocked with the first air valve is opened, and the curing agent mixing atomizer is operated with the air flowing from the second air valve,
The curing agent valve is opened to mix and atomize the curing agent and the air, and a stepwise operation is performed to inject and mix the curing agent mixed gas stream into the main agent atomizing spray area.

Next, the function will be described. In the case of two-pack coating in which a hardener is added to the coating material serving as the main agent, the trigger 9 of the spray gun body 1 is first pulled to directly contact the tip inside the middle of the trigger 9. The valve shaft 11a of the first air valve 11 retreats, the valve seat 11b of the first air valve 11 opens, and the compressed air introduced from the air supply port 24 below the grip portion 1a is compressed air located above. Via a control valve 25, it is branched into a pattern adjusting air passage 26 formed in the spray gun main body 1 and a second air passage 27 for atomization and adhesion prevention. The pattern is adjusted through a pattern adjusting air hole 28 of the air cap 7. As the air A is ejected, the air from the second air passage 26 for atomization and adhesion prevention is further branched in the air cap 7, and the air for atomization of the base material is also attached to the air hole 29 through the air hole 29. The prevention air is injected from the air holes 30 respectively.

Next, the trigger 9 presses the supporting portion 3a of the needle valve 3 with a temporary delay (equal to the distance of the gap a for delaying the main agent jetting) from the jetting of the pattern adjusting air, and the operating portion 10 retreats. In order to retract the needle valve 3, the tip is separated from the seat portion 31 in the nozzle base 6, and the main agent is ejected as a jet B from the ejection port 5 a at the center of the nozzle tip 5 at the tip of the paint nozzle 4. The jet width B of the jetted main agent is regulated by a pattern adjusting air A jetted from a pair of air holes 28 provided on the outer periphery of the nozzle tip 5 so as to form a predetermined spray pattern. (See FIG. 6).

Here, the second air valve 12 is further temporarily delayed, that is, the first air valve 11 and the second air valve 12 are delayed by the gap b for delaying the ejection of the hardener mixture gas flow between the first air valve 11 and the second air valve 12. The air valve 11 is pushed and opened by the retreat, and the operating air flows into the hardening agent mixing and atomizing device 14 through the communication pipe 13, and the compressed air activates the air piston 20 a, and the hardening agent needle valve 2
The hardener mixture is sucked from the hardener supply port 21 and mixed with air, and the mixed airflow of the hardener is passed through the communication pipe 15 and the hardener mixed airflow C from the hardener mixed airflow outlet 16 of the air cap 7. Is sprayed toward the main agent pattern B,
The curing agent and the main agent are mixed with each other in an atomized state, the main agent is reacted and hardened, and when it is sprayed on the object, it is completely mixed.

That is, as for the spray timing, when the trigger 9 is pulled, the first air valve 11 is first opened, the center atomization promoting air and the pattern adjustment air are ejected, then the needle valve 3 is opened, and the main agent is sprayed. The second air valve 12 is opened and the curing agent mixing atomizer 14 is opened.
The hardening agent ejection valve 20 is opened by compressed air, and the hardening agent is simultaneously sucked by the air sent into the mixing / atomizing device 14 to be mixed and atomized, and is injected into the spray region of the main agent as a mixed gas flow. You. Therefore, only the hardener is sprayed first as fine particles and does not scatter, and the hardener is absorbed into the spray area of the main agent and is surely mixed. Also, when stopping spraying,
When the trigger 9 is returned, the second air valve 12 is closed to stop the ejection of the curing agent, and then the needle valve 3 returns and the leading end is seated on the seat portion 31 and the main agent flows in. Finally, the air for pattern adjustment, the fine particles and the air for preventing adhesion are stopped by closing the first air valve 11, so that the main agent does not remain on the painted surface or the gun body.

<Effect of the Invention> As described above, the two-liquid mixing spray gun according to the present invention has a first air valve, a needle valve for the main agent, and an atomizer for atomizing the effect agent, which stop the ejection of air which operates sequentially in conjunction with the trigger. A second air valve is provided, and the blowing timing of the air is divided into two, so that the ejection of the hardening agent mixed airflow can be delayed, and the blowing timing is set in the order of the blowing air, the main agent, and the hardening agent (mixed airflow). By jetting out, only the curing agent is sprayed first as fine particles, without being scattered, and the curing agent is absorbed into the spray region of the main agent and is surely mixed. In addition, when stopped, the order is the reverse of the above, eliminating the danger of the toxic hardener on the human body, and injecting only air first, thus enabling air blowing. In addition, there are effects such as prevention of spits.

At the same time, positioning is performed so as to open later than the first air valve, and the operation of the air piston for opening and closing the curing agent ejection valve and the ejection of the air for supplying the curing agent to the spray nozzle in a suction-mixed state are stopped. A spray gun for mixing two liquids.
