2. Description of the Related Art Various kinds of contaminants such as earth and sand, metals (money and the like), papers, plastics, and the like are contained in collected urine carried in by a vacuum truck or the like. As described above, in urine, there are impurities having high specific gravity (sedimentation sand) such as metals and impurities having low specific gravity (suspension impurities), and their treatments are different. In other words, suspended impurities were treated by hanging on a screen or the like and separating from urine and incineration. In the case of sedimentation, the sediment was manually separated from the sedimentation layer by picking it up from a pipe and separated by a sedimentation automatic separator. To some extent, the sediment was washed with water to remove organic matter and odors, and then landfilled at the site of the treatment plant. In some cases, the waste was landfilled by mixing it with incinerated ash, which was dirty. Human waste has been treated in a human waste treatment facility to form sludge, and has been landfilled and incinerated.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, even if the sediment is washed with water, it is not possible to completely remove organic matters, odors, and various bacteria such as Escherichia coli. There is a problem that the members are very reluctant. In addition, the incineration of sediment alone requires a large amount of facility and fuel expenses.

The figure shows a schematic view of an automatic incinerator for sand deposits according to the present invention, in which the sediment pumped up together with human waste by a pump from a sand sink tank is separated into human waste and sand by a conventional automatic sand separator (10). Separated and separated sediment is automatically fed into the vibrating conveyor (11). The input vibration conveyor (11)
Is driven by a motor or the like and vibrates left and right to advance and transport the sand to be transported, and a known vibrating conveyor is used. In this embodiment, a vibration conveyor is used, but a screw conveyor or other ordinary conveyors may be used.

Reference numeral (12) denotes a circular stirring incinerator having a stirring mechanism (13) at its lower part, which is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 62-293011, and is provided with sand settled by the vibrating conveyor (11). From the inlet (14) and the combustion fan (1
5) Incinerate the sand through the wind box (16). Therefore,
The putrefactive organic matter and the like adhering to the settling sand are incinerated, and various bacteria such as Escherichia coli are incinerated and become sanitary. Simultaneously with the incineration of this sand, sludge and residue are also injected into the circular stirring incinerator (12) and incinerated together with the sand.

The incinerated sand and the like are discharged from the discharge port (17) and sent to the discharge vibration conveyor (18). The discharge vibration conveyor (18) is provided with a screen (19) in the middle of the conveyance direction of the conveyed goods.
Is provided to separate sludge incineration ash and the like from large contaminants. And the contaminants are the outlet (20)
Is discharged from After that, the incinerated contaminants are landfilled at the treatment plant site. Therefore, the contaminants after incineration do not pollute the environment because bacteria and the like are killed and the odor is eliminated.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, sediment is automatically conveyed to a circular stirring incinerator using a charged vibration conveyor, incinerated with sludge, and incinerated sediment is separated into ash and large impurities. The conveyor is automatically conveyed and separated by a vibrating conveyor that can handle the process, which has conventionally been done manually.
In addition, it has an advantage that it can be landfilled without odor and is convenient from the viewpoint of environmental pollution. In addition, since incineration is carried out together with sludge, costs such as facility and fuel costs can be significantly reduced as compared with incineration of sediment alone.
