Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve residue washing efficiency by installing an annular screen for separating residue from turbid water in a residue washing tank, installing a screw conveyor for scraping off the residue and conveying it coaxially with the annular screen, and compressing and dehydrating the conveyed residue in a compressing dehydration part. SOLUTION: When operating a residue washing dehydrator 10, a water supply valve of a washing water supply part 13 is opened to supply washing water to a residue washing tank 12 isolated by a washing water discharge chamber 16 and a water stop means 17 and water supply is continued until the washing water reaches a prescribed level L. Next, residue is fed into the residue washing tank 12 from a feeding port 11 and an agitator 14 is operated, and after the agitation and mixing of the residue proceeded to some extent, a driver 36 for a screw conveyor 32 is operated. After agitating washing, the agitator 14 is stopped and a drain valve B of a drainage system 15 is opened to drain out the washing water. At this time, the washed residue is caught on the inner peripheral surface of a screen 31 and the caught, washed residue is conveyed by the screw conveyor 32 and is dehydrated in a compressing dehydration part 33 and is carried out from a carry-out part 34.

2. Description of the Related Art In a sewage treatment facility or the like, sewage is treated by a scum residue removing device, and sewage is discharged. This residue, as it is, contains a large amount of human feces and putrefactive organic substances, and has a high water content. Therefore, it is unsanitary and has poor handling when transporting. In addition, in landfills such as landfills, it causes odor and groundwater pollution. Therefore, it is very important to wash the residue discharged from the residue removing device in a sanitary manner to prevent environmental pollution, and to dehydrate the residue in order to improve the handleability of the residue.

As shown in FIG. 3, the screw type agitator 14 basically comprises a drive unit 42, a speed reducer 43, and an agitating shaft 45, and is used to efficiently agitate the residue and the turbid water of the washing water. In this structure, the residue is not easily entangled with the stirring shaft 45. That is, the residue is very easily entangled with the rotating body (stirring shaft) of the stirrer. Further, once stuck, it grows and increases steadily, causing phenomena such as overload, vibration, and stirrer effect of the stirrer, which causes trouble. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, the screw type agitator 14 of the present invention has the following structural features.

(3) In order to maximize the stirring effect,
Further, in order to reduce sticking to the stirring shaft 45, the stirring shaft 45 is made thick (having a diameter of 100 mm to 200 mm, for example, a stainless steel pipe) so that the outer periphery of the blade is made large. By this improvement, the peripheral speed of the stirring blade is increased, so that the stirring effect can be sufficiently obtained.

(2) Since the residue cleaning water is continuously supplied as rinse water to the residue cleaning tank 12, it functions as a water level adjusting device for overflowing the residual water. In this case, there is an effect that the washing water continuously supplied to the residue washing tank as the rinsing water is discharged, and the water level of the entire residue washing tank 12 including the washing water discharge chamber is kept constant. This is because the washing water discharge chamber and the residue washing tank communicate with each other through the annular screen. The washing water can be continuously supplied as rinse water during the washing of the residue by stirring, so that it is possible to replace the wastewater containing pollutants etc. separated and removed from the residue by washing, and the cleaning effect is dramatically improved I do.
