Further, a cover is provided on the bottom surface of the concave portion of the charger so as to be lowered by the weight of the wireless microphone. When the cover is at the raised position, the electrode or plunger is buried in the cover. Some are designed to protrude from the cover. In such a charger, a wireless microphone is inserted into the charger,
When the cover is lowered by its own weight, the electrode or plunger on the charger side abuts on the microphone-side electrode to perform charging.

Further, in a conventional charger using a cover which is lowered by its own weight of the wireless microphone, the cover is not necessarily moved up and down smoothly due to abrasion or the like, and the microphone side electrode is not used. A problem that the electrode or the plunger on the charger side protrudes from the cover easily occurs even though the electrode or the plunger on the charger side cannot be contacted or the wireless microphone is not inserted. A charging voltage is applied to the electrode or the plunger on the charger side, and a short circuit accident may occur when coins or the like are accidentally dropped into the concave portion of the charger.

A charger for a wireless microphone, the bottom surface of a concave portion opened upward so that a lower end portion of the wireless microphone can be inserted,
Plungers are respectively provided movably in the vertical direction facing the two microphone-side electrodes, and circuit boards each having two substrate-side electrodes whose lower ends face below these plungers are provided. One of the plungers is The first coil spring is elastically urged upward so that the upper end thereof protrudes from the bottom surface of the recess, and the other of the plungers is elastically moved upward by the second coil spring. The second coil is urged so that the upper end thereof projects from the bottom surface of the concave portion, and an insulating cylinder is inserted into the upper end of the other plunger so as to be relatively movable vertically. The other plan which is elastically urged upward by a third coil spring having a lower elasticity than a spring and protrudes from the bottom surface of the concave portion. None so as to cover the is protruded from the upper end of the catcher, the insertion of the wireless microphone,
Due to its own weight, the insulating cylinder body is moved downward relative to the other plunger against the elasticity of the third coil spring, and the two microphone-side electrodes are connected to the two plungers.
The two plungers are respectively brought into contact with the upper ends of the two plungers, and the two plungers are electrically connected to the substrate-side electrode via first and second coil springs, respectively, or the first and second plungers are weighed by the weight of the wireless microphone. The two plungers are moved downward against the resilience of the coil spring, and are brought into contact with the substrate-side electrode to be electrically connected.

According to the wireless microphone charger of the first aspect, when the wireless microphone is inserted into the concave portion, the insulating cylinder descends against the elasticity of the third coil spring, and the other plunger is moved. The upper end contacts the microphone-side electrode.
By setting the elasticity of the third coil spring to be stronger than the load of the coin or the like, even if the coin or the like is accidentally dropped and inserted into the concave portion, the insulating cylinder body is lowered by the elasticity of the third coil spring. No short circuit accidents occur. Moreover, the simple structure of the insulating cylinder and the third coil spring which are movably inserted in the other plunger in the up-down direction prevents a short circuit accident due to coins or the like.

A commercial power supply is connected to the circuit board 34 by AC.
A power supply connector 56 to which a DC voltage converted by an adapter (not shown) or the like is supplied is provided toward the outside of the housing. Of course, the DC voltage applied via the connector 56 is appropriately processed by an electric circuit assembled on the circuit board 34 and applied to the board-side electrodes 36 and 38. Further, an LED 58 for display is mounted on the circuit board 34, and the circuit is configured so that the LED 58 is turned on during charging, for example, by appropriately detecting the magnitude of the charging current. The light of the LED 58 is visible from the outside of the housing via the light guide member 60.

In such a configuration, the wireless microphone 1
When the battery 6 is not inserted into the charger 10, the two plungers 30 and 32 protrude from the bottom surface of the recess 12, but the plunger 30 disposed at the center is covered by the insulating cylinder 42. Here, depending on the weight of the coin or the like, the insulating cylinder 42 does not descend due to the elasticity of the third coil spring 46, so that a short circuit accident due to the drop of the coin or the like does not occur.

The wireless microphone 16 is connected to the charger 1
In the state where the wireless microphone 16 is inserted into the wireless microphone 16, the weight of the wireless microphone 16 is about 300 g as an example, and the insulating cylinder 42 is lowered against the elasticity of the third coil spring 46 so that the upper end of the plunger 30 is disposed at the center. Microphone electrode 20
Contacted. The upper end of the other plunger 32 is also in contact with the annular microphone-side electrode 22. Further, the weight of the wireless microphone 16 causes the first and second coil springs 40 and 44 to bend in the contracting direction, and the plungers 30 and 32 to move.
Are in contact with the substrate-side electrodes 36 and 38, respectively.
Therefore, the plungers 30, 3 are separated from the substrate side electrodes 36, 38.
A voltage for charging is applied to the microphone-side electrodes 20 and 22 through the connection line 2. The plungers 30 and 32 do not necessarily need to be in contact with the substrate-side electrodes 36 and 38, and the first and second coil springs 4 are separated from the substrate-side electrodes 36 and 38.
A voltage may be applied to the plungers 30 and 32 via 0 and 44.

In the above embodiment, the upward movement of one plunger 32 is regulated by the enlarged portion 32a of the intermediate portion. However, the present invention is not limited to this. The first end is fixed to the lower end of the plunger 32 and the other end is fixed to the circuit board 34.
Plunger 30 with natural length of coil spring 40
May be restricted. Similarly, the other plunger 32 may be restricted from falling upward by the natural length of the second coil spring 44. Similarly, one end of the third coil spring 46 is fixed to the insulating cylinder 42 and the other end is fixed to the other plunger 30, so that the natural length of the third coil spring 46 is Thus, the upward removal of the insulating cylinder 42 may be restricted.

In the wireless microphone charger according to the first aspect, one of the plungers protruding from the bottom surface of the concave portion of the charger is covered with an insulating cylinder, and the insulating cylinder is stronger than its own weight such as a coin. The elastic cylinder is elastically urged upward by the third coil spring set to elasticity, so that when the wireless microphone is inserted, the insulating cylinder descends against the elasticity of the third coil spring, and the microphone-side electrode is at the upper end of the plunger. However, even if a coin or the like is mistakenly dropped into the concave portion, the insulating cylinder does not descend and a short circuit accident due to the coin or the like does not occur. In addition, the structure of the present invention is composed of a plunger that can be moved up and down, an insulating cylinder and a coil spring that are inserted into the plunger, and has a simple structure, and can be used when a wireless microphone is inserted and when the wireless microphone is pulled up. The parts can be moved very smoothly. Furthermore, because of the simple structure, smooth movement is not impaired even if the wireless microphone is repeatedly inserted and pulled up frequently. Therefore, the wireless microphone charger of the present invention is most suitable as a charger for a commercial karaoke device or the like.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the wireless microphone charger includes an enlarged portion provided at an intermediate portion of the plunger and an enlarged portion provided at a lower portion of the insulating cylinder.
Since it is configured so as to restrict upward removal, the structure is extremely simple, the assembly is easy, and it is suitable for mass production.
