Styrofoam packing, however, can be made efficiently by the foam molding method and has excellent buffering properties, but is made from precious petroleum, which is seriously concerned with a decrease in reserves every year. As a result, waste of packing material that is discarded only once should be avoided as much as possible. In addition, there is a problem that storage and transportation costs are increased due to excessive bulkiness. Further, as a disposal method after disposal, if it is burned, it generates a high temperature, which significantly damages the incinerator, and because it is light and does not rot, it is not suitable for landfill and the transportation cost increases. On the other hand, packing made by superposing cardboard pieces can be reused repeatedly,
The production takes too much time and is bulky, which is inconvenient for storage and transportation. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a packing made of corrugated cardboard, which can be manufactured very simply and quickly from one piece of corrugated cardboard, and can be easily packed.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a packing packing made of corrugated cardboard according to the present invention has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped packing article housed in a cardboard box. And a rectangular hole opening plate 1 provided with an insertion hole 10 for inserting a side end portion of a packaged article.
And a back plate 2 along the back surface of the holed plate 1,
A central fold b for folding into a chevron is formed on the perforated plate 1.
And an incision cut c and an incision fold d for straddling both the slopes 1a and 1b of the chevron to form an incision in the insertion hole 10 in a double-opened manner. Is provided with parallel folds e and e for bending into a trapezoid, the apertured plate 1 and the back plate 2 are overlapped, and at one edge in the bending direction of both plates by a fixing means. A trapezoidal bent back plate 2 is arranged along the back surface of a hole opening plate 1 bent in a chevron shape. When the portion is inserted, the side end portions are buffered and supported by the two door pieces 3 and 3 opened in a double-leafed shape and the top surface 2a of the back plate 2, and are stored in the cardboard box 200 in this state. Both slopes 1
The tips of a and 1b abut against the opposing side walls 200a and 200a of the box, respectively, so that the angle at which the chevron is bent is fixed. And, as the fixing means, such as a U-shaped stop needle,
It is preferable to use a kind of the stopper 4. In order to fix the bent shape of the perforated plate 1 and the back plate 2, an engaging piece 1 is provided on the side of the perforated plate 1 at the other edge in the bending direction.
And an engagement hole 1 for engaging an engagement piece 11 with the back plate 2.
2 may be provided respectively. Alternatively, in a state where the perforated plate 1 and the back plate 2 are superimposed, the other edge in the bending direction is also joined together by the fixing means, and a center cut h is formed instead of the center fold b. A configuration may be provided. Further, the back plate 2 is bent into a U-shape in cross section, and the perforated plate 1 is provided with a fold i for allowing the lower portions of both slopes 1a and 1b to overlap with the U-shaped legs. You may do.

Next, an example of a procedure for packing in the state shown in FIG. 1 using the packing gasket A1 will be described. First, one packing gasket A1 is placed at the center fold b
, And both door pieces 3 and 3 are folded and erected in a double-folded manner. At the same time, the back plate 2 along the perforated plate 1 can be bent into a trapezoid.
Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the side end of the packaged article 300 is inserted into the insertion hole 10 formed between the upright door pieces 3, 3, and the end face is Trapezoidal top surface 2a of plate 2

Then, as shown in FIG. 5, the edges of the packing packings A1 and A1 with incomplete polymerization are correctly overlapped with each other and firmly gripped with both hands. This stabilizes the state in which both ends of the packaged article 300 are inserted into the insertion holes 10 of the packing gasket A1. If the packaged article 300 thus gripped is slid into the vertically (or horizontally) cardboard box 200, the packaged article 300 is stored in the cardboard box 200 in a buffered state.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 6, in this housed state, the tips of the two slopes 1a and 1b of the holed plate 1 are at the corners of the opposing side walls 200a and 200a of the cardboard box 200. The angle of bending of the chevron is fixed. In this folded state, the shape of the packing gasket A1 in a side view becomes an “A” shape. Then, the top surface 2a of the back plate 2 is abutted against the respective end surfaces of both sides of the packaged article 300 in a buffered manner, and the front and rear surfaces of the packaged article 300 are buffered by a set of door pieces 3, 3. The upper and lower surfaces of the insertion hole 10 are held between the upper and lower surfaces of the insertion hole 10 in a buffered manner.

The packed cardboard box 200 may of course be transported and stored in a lying state. Although not shown, a fin piece bent at a right angle is continuously provided on the hole edge 10a, and the pressing force of the package article 300 applied to the hole edge 10a is dispersed and relaxed. Is also good.

As shown in the right side of FIG. 12, the packing A3 is used in such a manner that the middle part of the packing A3 in the longitudinal direction is gripped so that the palm of the hand is spread and the back plate 2 is cross-sectioned. It is bent into a U-shape and both door pieces 3, 3
Is naturally opened like a double door. Therefore, as shown by the arrow, the door pieces 3, 3 are sandwiched between the side ends of the packaged article 300, and when the gripped hands are released, as shown on the left side of FIG. The door pieces 3, 3 are in a state where the side ends of the packaged article 300 are held. Therefore, the trouble of forcibly erecting the door pieces 3 and 3 can be omitted.

FIGS. 13 to 15 show a packing A4 according to a fourth embodiment. This packing A
The crease provided on the cardboard 104 shown in FIG.
It is somewhat different from that of. That is, packing A for packing
Reference numeral 4 denotes a state in which the back plate 2 is bent in a U-shape in cross section so as to be in contact with the opposing side walls 200a, 200a of the cardboard box 200.

For this reason, as shown in FIG. 15, the front end portions of both slopes 1a and 1b of the holed plate 1 also have a back plate 2 bent in a U-shape.
So that both slopes 1a, 2b
1b is provided with a fold i parallel to the leading edge. In addition, a rectangular hollow window k is provided at the center of the hole opening plate 1 to form a finger hook portion, thereby facilitating the upright operation of the door pieces 3.

As shown in FIG. 15, the packing A4 is folded into a "house shape" in a side view.
And, since the apex angle of the chevron of the perforated plate 1 is widened and the width of the top surface 2a of the back plate 2 is widened, the packaged article 300 can be softly buffered and supported.

In the above configuration, the object of the present invention can be achieved even if the detailed structure is appropriately changed in design. For example,
The angle of bending of the hole-shaped opening plate 1 bent in a chevron may be appropriately changed according to the size of the packaged article, desired buffer characteristics, and the like. The same applies to the shape of the incision cut c. Further, the shapes and arrangements of the engagement pieces 11 and the engagement holes 12 are not limited to those illustrated.

As is apparent from the above description, the packing for cardboard made according to the present invention is more practical than the conventional packing made of styrene foam or a laminated block of cardboard pieces, as described below. It has an excellent effect. (A) It can be made extremely simply and quickly using one rectangular cardboard as a material. (B) Since it can be folded flat, storage and transportation costs can be significantly reduced. (C) From the folded state, it can be folded up into a packing form by almost one-touch operation. (D) It contributes to the preservation of precious petroleum resources, can be reused after disposal, and can be easily disposed of. (E) Packing packings having various sizes and various cushioning characteristics can be made extremely simply by simply changing the size of the cardboard and the way of forming folds and cuts.
