The present invention relates to a frame structure of a small building, such as a roof wall, a door, or a screen, to which a glass panel or the like is attached if necessary, and particularly to a frame structure in which the frame is formed in a lattice shape. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in the case of external products such as a sun room, aluminum extrusions are designed by each manufacturer, cut to a predetermined length, and assembled on site. At this time, the connection between the members is assembled by a so-called dry construction method in which the aluminum material of the members is cut out or screws are connected using connecting parts. Problems to be Solved by the Invention Since the aluminum extruded material, which is a member, is designed by the cross-section of each manufacturer, there is no compatibility between the manufacturers, and the assembly method is basically the same. Have different drawbacks and require unique techniques. The present invention solves the conventional drawbacks and makes it easy to obtain a metal angle material or a band plate which is widely available on the market and is cut into a member. This realizes a small-scale building frame structure that can be easily assembled on site in the same period of time as that of the above. Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a pair of left and right columns, a base connecting between the lower ends of the columns, and a beam connecting between the upper ends of the columns are also enclosed. In the space where
Along the inner surfaces of the columns, bases and beams, a lattice frame is formed by fitting notches formed at the ends of the vertical lattice and the horizontal lattice with each other, and the vertical lattice or the horizontal lattice facing each other is arranged. The grid and the columns, bases or beams are fixed to each other by bolts so as to be attracted to each other, and a vertical or horizontal intermediate grid member is provided between the vertical grids and / or between the horizontal grids of the grid frame. A notch formed at the end of the lattice member and an opposing portion of the lattice frame is fitted and fixed, and a notch is also provided at a crossing point between the lattice members so that they are fitted to each other. In the present invention, the small-scale building includes various things such as a solarium, a greenhouse, an extension room, a carport, a roof, and a windscreen as described above. According to the present invention, assembly can be performed by a simple operation of fixing the surrounding outer lattice member to the base, columns and beams on the outer side with bolts, and fitting the lattice members to each other. In addition, in the plane plan and the elevation plan, the minimum unit surrounded by these lattice members can be increased or decreased as the basic unit, so that the design work is simplified. In addition, if the purpose is to add an extension, it can be designed according to the grid dimensions of the main building, so that consistency can be obtained. Embodiment Hereinafter, the configuration of the present invention will be described based on an illustrated embodiment implemented in a solarium. In FIGS. 1 and 2, (1) is a base made of a metal angle material, (2) and (2) are columns standing on the base (1), and (4) is a column ( 2) (2) Beams passed over. In this embodiment, the base (1), the columns (2), (2), and the beams (4) form a space (9) of the present invention. I have. The pillars (2) and (2) and the beam (4) also use a metal angle material like the base (1). In FIG. 2, (5) is a post on the wife's side attached along the outer wall of the main building, (6) is a beam also attached along the outer wall, and (7) and (8) are columns on the front side, respectively. (2) shows a climbing beam on the wife side and a base, which are arranged between the pillar (5) on the outer wall side, and both are made of a metal angle material. (10) is a pair of upper and lower strip-shaped horizontal lattices (11) and (11),
As shown in FIG. 4, notches (13) (13) formed at each end of the lattice frame of the present invention assembled in a rectangular frame shape by a pair of left and right band-shaped vertical lattices (12) and (12). ) Are fitted to each other and connected to a so-called split joint. On the other hand, (14), (14)... Are four connecting plates each bent into an L shape. First, the lattice frame (10) is arranged in the rectangular space (9). As shown in FIG. 3, there is a gap (15) between the end of the lattice frame (10) and the inner surfaces of the columns (2) and (2), the base (1) and the beams (4). The connecting plate (14) is arranged at four corners in the gap (15) so as to straddle the vertical lattice (12) and the horizontal lattice (11). And at these corners, columns (2) and (2), bases (1), beams (4), connecting plates (14), vertical lattices (12) and horizontal lattices (11) were formed correspondingly. Insert the bolts (17) into the bolt holes (16) (16) and screw the ends into the lattices (11) and (12) to tighten them together. Not only are the columns / beams (1), (2), (2), and (4) fixed, but also the vertical lattice (12) and the horizontal lattice (11) are mutually fixed. (18) is a spacer interposed between the connecting plate (14) and the lattice frame (10), and between the lattice frame (10) and the base, columns, beams (1), (2) and (4). is there. (19) and (20) are intermediate horizontal lattice members and vertical lattice members, respectively, both of which are vertical lattice members (1) of the lattice frame (10).
The same notches (21) and (21) are formed at the ends of the lattice members (19) and (20) and the corresponding lattice frame (10) as in the case of 2). Are formed, and the corresponding notches (21) and (21) are fitted to each other, so that each of the lattice members (19) and (20) is connected between the outer vertical lattices (12) and (12) or the horizontal lattice ( It is passed between 11) and (11). The same notch (21) is also formed at the intersection of the lattice members (19) and (20) so as to be fitted similarly. These lattice members (19) and (20) are also pulled and fixed in the end direction by the tightening of the bolts (17). FIG. 4 shows the skeleton frame after the assembly is completed. In addition, the lattices (11) and (12)
And grid members (19) (20), and connecting plate (14)
Is formed of a metal such as iron. In FIG. 4, the grid frame (10) is pre-assembled and the base (1),
Attach to columns (2) and beams (4) and then the intermediate grid (1
9) (20) is described as being attached, but the order may be any order. (22) shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 is a glass panel to be attached to the front wall and the left and right walls, and this glass panel (22) is a rectangular glass plate (23) and its glass plate (23).
And a quadrilateral mounting frame (24) attached to the back of the
The mounting frame (24) is fitted into the core space partitioned by the grid frame (10) and the intermediate grid members (19) and (20), and the mounting frame (24), the grid frame (10) and the grid member (19) (20), and furthermore, bolt holes (2) formed opposite to the base, pillar and beam (1) (2) (4) at the outermost periphery
5) Insert bolt (26) into (25) and tighten. At this time, the mounting frame (24) is bolted on its four sides, whereby each grid member (19) (20)
Similarly, the lattice members (19) and (20) and the lattice frame (10), and the vertical lattice (12) and the horizontal lattice (11) are connected and fixed to each other via the mounting frame (24). In addition, this connection provides a load-bearing wall structure having a horizontal resistance. In addition, as shown in FIG.
And the glass plate (23) are adhered by a structural sealing material (27). As the glass plate (23), if the room is darker, it cannot be seen through from the outside, and heat ray reflection strengthened glass having sufficient strength as a structure is used.
For this reason, the frames such as the grids (11), (12), etc. are not visible from the outside, and an excellent design feeling like a kind of frameless glass box can be given. The joint between the glass panels (22) (22) attached as described above is filled with a weather seal (29) via a backup material (28). (30) shows a decorative frame made of wood fitted on the inner half of the lattices (11) and (12) and the lattice members (19) and (20) on the inner wall side. The glass panel (22) may be a green frame method in which the glass is inserted into a metal frame considering the intrusion of the glass. (31) in FIG. 5 is a roof glass panel that is integrated from the front side to the outer wall side of the bookstore by a vertical lattice (1
2) and a horizontal grid (1
1) and placed on the horizontal grid member (19)
And it fixes to a vertical lattice member (20) with a bolt similarly to the above. For parts other than the roof, the vertical grid (12) and vertical grid members (20) and horizontal grid (11) and horizontal grid members (1
9) The dimensions in the width direction are the same, but the basic unit is 4
As with individual roofs, there is also a method of combining multiple basic units. Although the above description is for a solarium, the same applies to screens and other structures. In addition, in the case of fittings such as doors, the outermost base (1), pillars (2) (2) and beams (4) become vertical or horizontal frames, which are vertically and horizontally laid. (11) (12) and the lattice members (19) and (20) are attached in the same manner as described above, and further, glass and other panels are attached. Effect of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, the outermost grid can be fixed with the base, the pillars and the beam bolts, and the other intermediate grids can form a frame only by fitting notches to each other. This is unnecessary and has the effect that ordinary workers can easily assemble on site. In addition, since it can be easily assembled on site, there is no need to assemble and carry in the factory in advance, and the cost for transportation can be reduced accordingly. Further, as described above, the minimum unit surrounded by each lattice member can be increased or decreased as the basic unit in the plane plan or the elevation plan, so that the design work is simplified. In addition, since the lattice frame and the lattice member have the same basic structure, they are easy to manufacture and can be manufactured at low cost.
