イアス用のマグネット2を一対の磁極板1で両側から挟
持され、更に、一対の孔には駆動コイル3を巻装した鉄
心4の脚部がそれぞれ仮圧入(仮組み)されている。こ
のため、従来のように仮組み固定の際の接着剤等は不要
となる。また、この鉄心4の形状は張出し頭部を有する
棒状であって、その頭部上面にはエッチング加工、ある
いはプレス加工等により形成された磁極歯5a群を有する
磁極歯板5がそれぞれ対応して配置され、この状態で成

いたり、変形することもなく、従って、追加加工の必要
