ものは、平面視が長方形のベッドの長手側である一側部
の前後中間部を除く周囲を固定ベッド部となし、この固
定ベッド部以外の中央部全域を回動ベッド部とし、この
回動ベッド部を背受部分、腰受部分及び脚受部分に区分
させて、このうちの背受部分と脚受部分とが上側と下側
に折り曲がるようにして椅子掛け状態にし、この回動ベ
ッド部を椅子掛け状態にさせて回動させるものである
が、この特開昭59−160452号公報で開示された
ベッドは、腰受部分の下側に回動中心があって、回動さ
せようとしても、この腰受部分の一側部側には固定ベッ
ド部が同じ高さで位置するために、背受部分と脚受部分

6に大腿部から上の上半身を受ける前側寝台部20aを
支持する前側寝台支持枠21は、前記回動フレーム6か
ら逆U字状に突起させた突起枠22に腰受支持枠21a
と背受支持枠21bとをピン23で夫々枢着させるブラ
ケット24,25を設け、これらに支持枠21a,21
bの基部側を回動自在に枢着し、回動先端側を当該回動
フレーム6で略々水平状態となるように適宜支持するよ
うになっている。また、前記背受支持枠21bの先端側
にはこの枠21bにピン26で回動自在に枢着する頭部
支持枠21cが取付けられ、この頭部支持枠21cは、
前記突起枠22にリンク27で連結して該背受支持枠2
1bを上方へ回動する場合に頭部支持枠21cのみが水
平状態の姿勢を保持するように構成している。尚、リン
ク27のロッド27aの基部を背受支持枠21bに固着
のブラケット28に連結しておくと、頭部支持枠21c
の水平回動にならないで当該背受支持枠21bと一体状
で回動するようになり、ロッド27aの取付けを変更す
る姿勢切替手段が構成されている。また、前記回動フレ
ーム6の四隅には手摺29を挿脱できる筒体30・・・
が設けられている。この手摺29は前記筒体30に上部
から挿通されて固定される門型状の固定手摺部29a
と、その後端上部一体のボス部29cを介して回動自在
に前後方向に挿通され、螺子31と挿通軸32に刻設さ
れた抜止溝32aとで取付けられる回動手摺部29bと
からなり、この回動手摺部29bは、パイプで略々楕円
状のループに形成され、前記ボス部29cと挿通軸32
側端面部の回動手摺部29b部分に設けられた回動スト
ッパー片29dと32aとで該回動手摺部29bが下方
に垂れ下がる状態と内方側のやや下方に傾斜してストッ
プされる状態とに切替られるように構成されている。3

孔18aあるいは18bに挿通しておいたカムピン19
がそのピン19側に位置する固定カム9aあるいは9b

ると回動フレーム6が左あるいは右側へ回動し始める。

前記のカムピン19を孔18a,18bに挿通させてお
く必要はない。次に、この状態から更にモータ10を回
転させて螺子筒13を前進させると、カムピン19が寝
台の固定フレーム1側に設けられている左側の固定カム
9aのカム溝(イ)内の変位部分に当接して第13図の
状態から第14図の状態を経て第15図で示した通り該
モータ10が取付けられている枠16とこの枠16に一
体の回動フレーム6が固定フレーム1に対して右側(矢
印ホ側)へ第12図〜第15図で示した状態まで回動す

位置は第18図の状態にあり、更に螺子筒13を前進さ
せると、回動フレーム6側と一体のモータ10を含む駆
動側は第14図から第15図の状態に略々45度回動し
