However, in this type of conventional hair curler, since the hair is curled by directly applying heat to the hair with a heated winding frame, the heat in the hair causes moisture in the hair to fly. In addition, there is a problem that the moisture content of the hair decreases, the hair becomes crisp and the feel becomes poor, and the hair loses its luster. There was a disadvantage that it would.

Therefore, in the process leading to the present invention, it was conceived to bond a thin fiber member to a molded article of a cylindrical body to be heated formed as a hair curler in a later step. Such a thin fiber member bonded with an adhesive can absorb moisture with the fiber member, curling the hair without damaging the hair by steam generated by evaporating the moisture held by the fiber member. It turned out that it was possible to make the attachment. However, in such a structure, there is a problem that the fiber member is easily peeled off, and a problem that the molding of the tubular body to be heated and the bonding of the fiber member are performed in separate steps, resulting in an increase in cost. there were.

Next, another embodiment shown in FIGS. 36 to 40 will be described. The fibrous member 1 having a mesh shape as shown in FIG. 37 (a) is cut into a predetermined size, and this is directly or adhered to the inner surface of the mold 3 in a cylindrical state as shown in FIG. 37 (b). I do. Next, the mold 3 is clamped, and FIG.
As shown in FIG. 39, a molding material 4 such as a polyester elastomer is supplied to form a cylindrical heated main body 5. In this way, a molded article 70 having the fibrous member 1 attached to the outer surface as shown in FIG. 37 (c) is formed, and then the fibrous member 1 is peeled from the outer surface of the molded article 70, and FIG. The water absorbing function in which the mesh shape of the fiber member 1 is transferred to the outer surface as shown in FIG. 36 can be imparted to the hair curler. In other words, by transferring the surface of the fiber material,
As shown in Fig. 36, the mesh consisting of fine irregularities of the fiber member
The shape of the mesh is transferred to the fine irregularities of this mesh shape.
Moisture is retained, and is the same as the water absorption function of the fiber member 1.
The same mechanism can be added. Thus, the fiber member 1
By adding the water supply function of to the molded article 70,
It is possible to prevent peeling that occurs because the water-absorbing portion comes into close contact later, and it is possible to omit the contacting step. Also in this embodiment, a hair catching rib 7 may be formed as shown in FIG.

The hair curler manufactured by each of the above-described manufacturing methods integrates the water-absorbing tubular fiber member 1 into the heated body 5 and connects the tubular fiber member 1 to the surface of the heated body 5. It is exposed to the part. Then, the fiber member 1 exposed on the outer surface of the hair curler absorbs water and heats the hair curler (for example, absorbs water and heats by electromagnetic induction heating, or heats the hair curler together with water absorption by placing the hair curler in a kettle containing hot water. The hair curler is wound around the hair and curled. However, the moisture retained in the fiber member 1 exposed from the hair curler to the outer surface evaporates and permeates the hair, and then permeates the hair. The moisture evaporates due to the heat from the hair curler (heat conduction from the hair curler and heating by steam due to evaporation of the heated moisture), and the curl is fixed. Then, by heating with steam, the water content of the hair does not decrease, and as a result, the hair is not damaged. It is efficient.

According to the present invention, in a hair curler in which water-absorbing members are distributed on the surface of a cylindrical body to be heated, a tubular fiber member constituting the water-absorbing member is heated. Since the tubular fiber member is formed integrally with the main body and the cylindrical fiber member is exposed on a part of the surface of the body to be heated, when the hair is curled in a state where the fiber member absorbs water, the hair is held by the fiber member. water can heat the hair with steam produced by evaporation of you are, and be curled without decreasing the moisture content of the hair without damaging the hair, it is intended to have the curl is good, moreover, In this way, when the hair is curled so as not to damage the hair and the fiber member is provided on the surface of the body to be heated so that the curl has a good hold, the tubular fiber member is integrally formed with the body to be heated.
In addition, since the tubular fiber member is exposed on a part of the surface of the main body to be heated, the fiber member does not peel off and is durable. In addition, since it is not necessary to bond the fiber members in a later step, a low-cost hair curler can be provided.

Further, in the invention of the method of the present invention, since each method as described above is adopted, the hair curler in which the fiber member is exposed on a part of the surface having the above-mentioned characteristics by a simple method is used. And can be molded so as to be integrated with the cylindrical body to be heated, and there is no need to bond the fiber member with an adhesive in a separate process, and there is no danger of peeling, so that the cost can be reduced. It is.
