持手段により回転体の出口側案内路より出た結束部材
は、保持され、戻し手段により結束部材を結束部と逆方
向へ戻して結束部材ガイト爪のループに関わりなく、適
正なループの大きさに調整され、回転体の回転によりル
ープ状の結束部材を撚ることができる等の効果を奏す

転体の出口側案内路へ挿入案内する補助ガイドと、前記
ガイドと前記補助ガイドとの協同を解除するために、前
記補助ガイドを移動させる移動手段と、前記回転体の出
口側案内路より出た前記結束部材を保持する保持手段と
を設け、前記ガイドが凹部で、前記補助ガイドが該凹部
