いては、居室内が負圧になってしまい、ガスコンロの火
炎が立ち消えてしまうとか、ドアの開閉がしにくくなっ
てしまうなどの各種問題に対応できないという課題を有
していた。そこで最近では、このような種々の問題を解
消するため、全熱交換式の換気扇や熱交換気装置などが
開発され、さらに差圧検知装置と組み合わせて自動運転
させるものなどが商品化されている。しかしながら、こ
のような商品を組み合わせて使用しても、イニシャルコ
ストや工事費がかさむばかりでなく、インテリアを損ね
ることや、各機能を連動させ,自動的に必要な運転動作
にコントロールすることが難かしいなどの課題を有して
いる。

ト式空気調和機の本体1内には、室内送風機12と室内熱
交換機13とが設けられ、さらに前記吸込チャンバー7に
は前記吸込ダクト8と相対する位置に外気取入ダクト14
を接続し、この外気取入ダクト14の屋外側には外気取入
口15が設けられている。そしてこの外気取入ダクト14の
吸込チャンバー7の近くには、電動機ケース16内に設け
られる電動機(図示せず)により回転動作する電動ダン
パー17が設けられ、前記電動機ケース16内には、ダイア
フラムとリミットスイッチにより構成され室内負圧を検
知する手段となる差圧検出装置(以上図示せず)が設け
られ、そのダイアフラムには、室内側圧力をサンプリン
グするための室内側圧力パイプ18および室外側圧力をサ
ンプリングするための室外側圧力パイプ19とが接続さ
れ、他端は各々吸込チャンバー7および外気取入ダクト
14に接続されて圧力を検出するようにしている。さらに
前記電動機ケース16には、選択操作する手段としての運
転制御装置(図示せず)を介して前記室内側送風機12の
運転制御をするための信号線20が設けられている。

に冷暖房出力を大きくすることとなる。また、中間期で
冷暖房負荷がごくわずかな場合は、前記室内側送風機12
の運転で室内負圧を解消するだけでもよく、さらに使用
者の要望により積極的に外気を取入れる運転をもできる
よう、各種運転動作を選択操作するリモコンスイッチ
(図示せず)を設けておくとさらに使いやすいものとな
るのである。

は中間期の外気取り入れや外気による冷房などの機能も
発揮するなどの効果を有するものである。
