However, in this tip saw, the tip is liable to fall out of the recess during use, the work efficiency such as brazing the tip to the recess is poor, and the tip saw has a stable quality. There was a problem that it was difficult to obtain a tip saw. That is, since the concave portion and the chip have a tapered shape that spreads outward, for example, when an excessive force is applied to the chip during use by hitting a stone or the like, if the brazing strength is insufficient, the chip is removed from the concave portion. Easy to fall off. And there is a possibility that the dropped chips may be scattered and hit an operator, and the safety of the operation is deteriorated.

Further, when brazing the chips, if the circular saw material is in a horizontal state, the chips are likely to fall off from the tapered recesses during brazing, so that the circular saw material is generally brazed in a vertical state. ing. The brazing operation involves setting the chips in the concave portions, applying the flux, brazing after the application, rotating the circular saw material, and brazing the chips to the next concave portions in the same manner. It is performed sequentially over the entire circumference. For this reason, it is necessary to perform each operation for each of the concave portions, and the operation efficiency is inferior, for example, the operation time for brazing one circular saw material becomes long.
In addition, since the chip is set in the concave portion when the circular saw material is in a vertical state, the setting position of the chip tends to vary in the thickness direction of the circular saw material, and it is difficult to obtain a stable material in quality.

According to the tip saw of the first to third aspects, a tip having a base end side wider than a tip end side is provided.
By fixing the center side to the recess formed wider than the peripheral side, it is possible to reliably prevent the chip from falling off from the concave side toward the peripheral side, and to make the taper in the thickness direction formed on the concave or chip contact surface. The surface also prevents the chip from coming off in the thickness direction, so that the chip does not easily fall out of the concave portion even when, for example, the brazing strength is poor. Further, by forming the contact surface of the chip or the concave portion so as to have a tapered surface in the thickness direction of the circular saw material, the chip can be fitted into the concave portion using this tapered surface, and the chip can be set. And the fitting position, that is, the fixing position of the tip (the amount of protrusion from the side surface of the circular saw material) is made uniform, and a tip saw with excellent sharpness can be obtained.

In the tip saw 1, when the tip 5 is brazed and fixed to the concave portion 6 of the circular saw blank 2, the base end portion 5b of the tip 5 and the locking portion 6b of the concave portion 6 are fitted. Since the locking portion 6b is formed wider than the opening 6a, the movement in the direction of the opening 6a is prohibited. For example, an excessive force acts on the tip 5a of the chip 5 during use. In this case, the chip 5 does not fall out of the recess 6. Therefore, even if there is a portion where the brazing strength of the chip 5 is weak, for example, the chip 5 is prevented from falling off safely.

In response to the control signal of 8, the inverter 45 operates to supply the high-frequency current to the heating coil 44 and to circulate and supply the cooling water into the heating coil 44. By supplying this current, the fitting portion is induction-heated.
When a silver braze (not shown) is brought into contact with the four portions, for example, by hand, the silver braze is melted and enters the gaps of the fitting portions. Thereby, one chip 34 is soldered to the concave portion 33a. Then, for example, every other next chip 34 rotating similarly is brazed, and when the chip 34 on one side is fixed by brazing, the heating coil 44 is raised, and the tip saw 1 is disc 43 Remove it from the top, turn it over and set it on the disk 43 again.

Then, similarly to the above, the chip 34 is brazed to the other concave portions 33b, and when all brazing is completed, the circular saw material 2 is removed from the disk 43, and the next circular saw is cut. Material 2 is set. In the case where the circular saw material 2 is turned upside down and brazed, the chip 34 brazed on one side protrudes, so that the lower surface of the concave portion 33b to be brazed has the same height as the protrusion height of the chip 34. (Not shown) is set. Thereby, the protrusion amount of the tip 34 from the circular saw blank 2 becomes the same on both surfaces.

As described above, in the method for manufacturing the tip saw 1, the circular saw material 2 is kept horizontal and the tip 34
Since the chip 34 is set in the recesses 33a and 33b and brazed, the chip 34 can be once set in the predetermined recesses 33a and 33b and brazed, and the brazing work is made more efficient. In particular, instead of brazing chips 34 one by one as in the conventional case, a plurality of chips 34 can be brazed at the same time, so that work time and the like can be reduced. In addition, since the circular saw material 2 is placed on the disk 43 in a horizontal state, the chips 34 are placed in the concave portions 33a and 33b.
When the circular saw material 2 is set in the circular saw material 2, the set position in the thickness direction of the circular saw material 2 is made uniform, and in particular, the amount of protrusion of the circular saw material 2 from both sides can be easily made uniform, and the sharpness becomes uniform. For example, the tip saw 1 of stable quality can be obtained.

In the above embodiment, the heating coil 44 is arranged on one side of the circular saw blank 2, that is, on the upper side.
For example, it may be arranged on the lower surface side of the disk 43, on both side surfaces of the circular saw blank 2, or may be arranged in the disk 43. In the above embodiment, the chip 34 is
Although the brazing is performed after setting all of the chips 3a and 33b, for example, according to the number of chips 34 that can be brazed at the same time, a predetermined number of chips 34 are brazed while being set in the recesses 33a and 33b. Can also. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the gist of the present invention is lost, such as setting and removing the circular saw material 2 on the disk 43, mechanizing the setting of the chip 34 in the concave portions 33a and 33b, and automating all processes. It goes without saying that various changes can be made without departing from the scope.

As described in detail above, claims 1 to 3
According to the described chip saw, it is possible to reliably prevent the chip from falling from the center side of the concave portion of the circular saw material to the outer peripheral side and to prevent the circular saw material from falling in the plate thickness direction, and to reduce the taper surface of the concave portion and the chip. Thus, a tip saw with excellent sharpness can be obtained by making the tip protrusion amount uniform. Further, according to the method for manufacturing a chip saw according to the fourth or fifth aspect, it is easy to set and braze the chip into the concave portion, thereby improving the working efficiency and uniformizing the brazing position of the chip. This has the effect of obtaining a stable and stable tip saw.
