The dryer of the paper machine is partially shown in FIG.
The drying drums 1 are arranged vertically in two stages and vertically shifted from each other in a staggered arrangement.
, And rotatably supported on the underframe 3, the driving shafts of the upper and lower drying drums 1 are connected to each other by a plurality of power transmission gear trains 4 shown in FIG. The endless upper canvas (felt) 6 is alternately wrapped around the upper drying drum 1 and the canvas roll 5 by using the canvas rolls 5 arranged in parallel between the drying drums 1 so that each upper drying drum 1 So that it covers the top,
Similarly, the endless lower canvas 8 is also used for the lower drying drum 1 by using the canvas roll 7 between the lower drying drums 1.
To cover the lower surface of each lower drying drum 1,
The wet paper 9 guided from the press unit is passed through a smoothing press 10 at the entrance of the drying unit to smooth the paper surface. Then, the surface of the wet paper 9 is applied to the surface of the lower drying drum 1, and then the upper drying drum In order to remove the moisture in the paper between the upper and lower canvases 6, 8 and the respective drying drums 1 by successively following the upper and lower two-stage drying drums 1 so that the opposite side of the wet paper 9 is applied, Further, steam is blown into each drying drum 1 and the latent heat of the steam is released to transfer heat to the paper through the wall of each drying drum 1 to dry the paper. 11 is a drum for drying canvas, 12 is a canvas guide roll,
13 is a gear case.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, the dryer of such a paper machine is a part that is exposed to a bad environment of high-speed operation in a high-temperature drying state, and each drying drum used in such a place is used. 1
Are easily damaged, and the drive system such as the gear train 4 connecting the drying drums 1 is easily worn. For this reason, conventionally, a means such as supplying lubricating oil to the driving system such as the gear train 4 to lubricate the bearing 2 is employed. However, in a bad environment as described above, the bearing 2 may be damaged. There have been problems such as vibrations, rattling due to wear of the drive system such as the gear train 4 and the like, generating noise, and adversely affecting the quality of paper.

[Operation] The amount of lubricating oil supplied to each lubricating part of the paper dryers divided into a plurality of groups and the wear of each lubricating part are constantly detected, and from the detection signals, it is determined whether there is any abnormality in the oil amount and the wear amount. Each group is examined, and if there is an abnormality, the contents are determined (diagnosed) up to the content and displayed for each group. Therefore, measures such as stopping the line can be taken according to the display. When grouped detection is performed, the number of detection points is reduced, diagnosis and display are facilitated, and the display is more visible. Furthermore,
Equipped with an abrasion sensor that detects the amount of accumulated iron powder particles by capturing the iron powder particles in the lubricating oil with an electromagnet, and detects the wear of each lubricating part, so wear of the lubricating parts is easy. Can be detected with a simple configuration.

The lubricating section of a paper machine dryer is divided into a plurality of groups, and a distribution pipe for supplying lubricating oil and a collecting pipe for collecting lubricating oil are provided for each group in a one-to-one correspondence. Equipped with a wear sensor that captures iron powder particles in the lubricating oil with an electromagnet and detects the accumulated amount of iron powder particles in the recovery pipe. The detection signal is input to an arithmetic unit in which the optimum oil amount and wear determination data of the lubricating oil are input in advance, and it is determined whether the oil amount and wear of each group are normal or abnormal, and the result of the determination is displayed.
