Shown in The hinge 120 also has the structure of the entire hinge, and has two fulcrums. This hinge 120 is a panel body 1
A pair of mounting plates 120a, 120b attached to the mounting plates 21a, 121b and having one end curved;
a, 120b for rotatably connecting the first and second members 120a, 120b. Gears are formed inside and outside the curved portions of each of the mounting plates 120a and 120b, and the mounting plates 120a and 120b are meshed with each other by their outer gears. The connecting body 120c has a concave cross section in the transverse direction as shown in the figure, and cylindrical portions 1201 and 1202 are integrally formed inside the two protruding ends. A gear is formed on the circumference of each of the cylindrical portions 1201 and 1202, and the inner gear of the curved portion of the mounting plate 120a (120b) meshes with this gear. As a result, the panel bodies 121a and 121b can be pivoted around the two cylindrical portions 1201 and 1202, respectively, as shown by the solid line (folded door open state) and the virtual line (folded door closed state) to open and close the folding door. Can be.

In addition, when the folding door is closed from the state of the imaginary line to the state of the solid line in FIG.
There is a concern that a finger may be pinched in the gap P between the members 1b, especially in a child or the like. The corners of the panel bodies 101a and 101b can be formed in a tapered shape or a cover can be provided so as not to pinch a finger, but this causes problems in manufacturing cost and appearance.

This problem is particularly noticeable when applied to Orito. 12 to 14, the center of rotation (rotation) between the panel bodies is the center line L1 (to L3) passing through the center of the panel in the thickness direction.
) Is shifted to one side in the opening and closing direction. For this reason, when one panel body 101a (111a, 121a) is opened and closed, the panel body 101a ((111a, 1
The side end opposite to the hinge of 21a) draws a trajectory that opens and closes once it expands in the wall direction, as indicated by an imaginary line M in FIG. Therefore, the space WD is provided between the wall (fixed body) and the panel body 101a (111a, 121a).
Must be large in advance. This gap W
D is a normally used folding door, which needs at least about 1 cm, which is a considerably large value for the gap between the doors, resulting in poor partitionability. The problem of the decrease in partitioning property is peculiar to a hinge having a structure in which the center of rotation (rotation) is off the center line of the door. To cover the gap WD, a work such as attaching a cover to the wall side can be performed, but this poses a problem in appearance and an increase in manufacturing cost.

Is done. If the door system is a folding door, a plurality of panel bodies are opened and closed in a bellows shape. At this time, since the virtual rotation (rotation) center of the hinge unit coincides with the center line passing through the center of the panel body in the thickness direction, the end of the panel body opposite to the hinge unit is outwardly opened and closed. There is no swelling trajectory. This allows
A gap between a fixed body such as a wall and a panel body (opening / closing body) can be eliminated. Also, by making the diameter of the gear approximately equal to the diameter of the column, the gap between the two columns can be made almost zero (for example, 1 mm). Very good partitioning properties can be ensured without using such a method.

Since it is set to, there is no possibility of accidentally pinching an object when the door is closed.

Each of the spur gears 22a and 22b is made of, for example, resin and has a thickness of about 1 cm in the axial direction, which is thin. The two spur gears 22a and 22b can mesh with each other, and the upper ends (or lower ends) of the two spur gears 22a and 22b are connected to each other by a thin connecting plate 23 in the meshed state. On one side surface of (10b), two grooves each having a shape matching the above-mentioned projection are formed. Therefore, each column 20a (20b) is connected to each panel 10a by using the groove as a guide.

Fitting and screwing are performed as in (10b). Since the outer circumferences of the walls 26a and 26b on the wall side are arc-shaped, the gap between the frames 26a and 26b and the walls 27a and 27b can be set to a value that is almost equal to none. However, in consideration of natural play and looseness, About 1mm is left. Therefore, slits similar to those described above are formed in both the wall 27a (27b) and the frame 26a (26b).
The slits on the sides a and 26b are filled with elastic sealing members 28a and 28b as described above.

The gap between the pillars 20a and 20b when the door is opened becomes almost zero, and the state does not change even when the door is closed. A relatively large gap is formed between the panel bodies when the door is opened as in the related art, and the gap is caught when the door is closed. There is no need to worry about pinching fingers or objects. Further, since the gears are provided only at extremely limited portions at the upper end and the lower end of the column, it is not assumed that the gears participate in such pinching.

It can be easily removed and maintenance is easy.

A disc-shaped joint member 60a, 60b may be inserted at least at one position in the middle of the support members 20a, 20b. The members 60a and 60b are inserted in a state where the support members 20a and 20b cut vertically are fixedly jointed,
And it is rotatable in contact with each other. Thereby, the rigidity of the upper and lower portions of each of the columns 20a and 20b is increased. Therefore, if the door is long in the vertical direction and warping or distortion is likely to occur, it is effective to provide such a joint member.

A hinge structure like this is also possible. According to the structure of FIG.
The support body is integrated with both panel bodies 70a and 70b forming a folding door, and gears 71a and 71b are rotatably attached to, for example, notched ends at the upper and lower ends of the panel bodies 70a and 70b. Thus, a door structure in which the support of the hinge unit is integrated is also possible, and the same operation and effect as described above can be obtained.
