The conventional antifreeze operation as described above is effective for preventing the pipe from freezing, but the antifreeze operation is performed at midnight or early morning when the outside air is the lowest, so the noise of the pump operation is a problem. Has become. In addition, the above-described conventional technique has a problem that when the temperature of the water (circulating water) in the bathtub becomes lower than the outside air temperature, the operation of the pump is continued despite the possibility of freezing.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a reheating automatic bath apparatus in which hot water (water) in a bathtub can be reheated by a reheating circulation circuit. When it is detected that the temperature required for the pump operation is x ON ℃ or less, the hot water in the bathtub is circulated through the additional heating circulation line by driving the pump of the additional heating circulation line at a high capacity. At the same time, the bath water temperature at that time is detected, and the detected water temperature is a temperature x OFF ℃ or more that does not require freezing prevention pump operation, and a certain set pump capacity switching hot water temperature x ℃ or more. Is detected, the pump operation is stopped, and the pump is operated with a small capacity at the next operation of the anti-freezing pump. When the detected hot water temperature is equal to or higher than x OFF ° C and equal to or lower than x ° C, the pump operation is stopped.
During the next operation of the anti-freezing pump, the pump is operated in a state of high capacity, and during the operation of the high-capacity pump, the operation of the pump is stopped after a certain period of time to detect whether the detected hot water temperature rises or falls. When the fall of the detected hot water temperature is detected, the pump is operated again for a certain period of time, but when the rise of the detected hot water temperature is detected, the pump operation is stopped.

After bathing, it is late at night when there is remaining hot water in the bathtub, and when a decrease in the outside air temperature is detected, the pump is driven and the piping is warmed up by the remaining hot water. In this case, according to the present invention, when the hot water temperature is higher than a certain set temperature, the pump is operated with a small pump capacity at the next pump operation, so that noise during the freezing prevention operation can be reduced accordingly.

Further, as described above, the present invention provides a method for detecting a change in the detected hot water temperature by stopping the pump operation at regular time intervals at each time of the high-capacity pump operation, thereby judging a change in the outside air temperature. Automatically stops, it is possible to prevent the unnecessary operation from being performed despite the possibility of freezing.

As shown in FIG. 1, the outside air temperature detection sensor 11 (or
When circulating water temperature sensor 8) detects the x ON ° C., the pump 6 is driven by the capability sized state, thereby running water switch 7 when the remaining water in the bath 5 flows into the add焚用circulation line 4 is on Then, the temperature of the hot water in the circulation line 4 at that time is detected. Then, when the hot water temperature detection sensor 8 detects that the hot water temperature is not higher than x OFF ° C which does not require the freeze prevention operation and is higher than the hot water temperature x ° C which may be switched to the small pump capacity next time, the pump 6 Is stopped, and the signal is input to a microcomputer control unit (not shown). If the reheating circulation line is gradually cooled by the outside air and the outside air temperature detection sensor detects x ON ° C again, the pump 6 is turned off. Drive with low capacity. During operation with a small pump capacity, the hot water temperature detection sensor 8 detects whether the temperature has risen to a set temperature t ° C. within a certain time t, and when the temperature rise is detected, the freeze prevention operation is not required again. Judge whether the hot water temperature is x OFF ℃ or more. If it is x OFF ℃ or less, continue the pump operation. If x OFF ℃ or more, stop the pump operation.

If the temperature does not rise to the set temperature t ° C. within the time t, the pump 6 is operated in the capacity state. It is determined whether the temperature has risen. If the temperature rises by t ° C. or more within the time t, the hot water temperature x that does not require the freezing prevention operation is determined.
Determines whether OFF ° C. or higher, if x OFF ° C. or higher to stop the pump, when: x OFF ° C. continues the operation of the orゝpump. Further, when the temperature does not rise by t ° C. or more within the time t in the state of the pump capacity, it is determined that the freezing prevention cannot be sufficiently performed in the operation with the pump capacity, and the pump is operated with the large pump capacity.

During the operation of the pump as described above, if the outside temperature rises and the water (circulating water) in the bathtub becomes lower than the atmospheric temperature, the pump should continue to operate even though the risk of freezing has disappeared.ゝFor example, after the bath water reaches x ON ° C and the pump is driven, the hot water temperature detection sensor 8 cannot detect the outside air temperature even if the outside air temperature rises to x OFF ° C, and the pump operates. I will keep doing it.

Here, the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG.
Is stopped once, the pump temperature is detected by the hot water temperature detection sensor 8 in this state, and if the hot water temperature drops, the pump is operated only for the time T again, stopped and restarted. Whether the temperature rises or falls is detected, and when the rise is detected, the pump is stopped.

As described above, according to the present invention, when the pump of the automatic heating apparatus with additional heating is operated to prevent freezing, the temperature of the hot water flowing through the circulation pipe for additional heating is detected, and the detected hot water temperature is higher. In this case, the operation is performed with a small capacity, and only when the detected hot water temperature is low, the operation is performed with a large capacity. Therefore, noise during freeze prevention operation can be reduced. When the fear is eliminated, there is an effect that the operation stop of the pump is automatically maintained even if the detected hot water temperature is low, and unnecessary operation can be prevented.
