Description

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial applications]

この発明は、遊技盤の複数の入賞領域から排出された
入賞玉を受止める入賞玉集合樋と、該入賞玉集合樋から
誘導される入賞玉を１個づつ処理する入賞玉処理機構
と、該入賞玉処理機構の作動に対応して所定個数の景品
玉を払い出す景品玉払出機構と、を備えた弾球遊技機の
機構板に関するものであり、特に、入賞玉がスムーズに
流下することができる入賞玉集合樋を備えた機構板に関

定個数の景品玉を払い出すための各種の機構が設けら
れ、その機構の１つとして入賞玉集合樋がある。しかし
て、入賞玉集合樋は、機構板本体の前面側に凹状に形成
される入賞玉集合空間の下方を構成すべく機構板本体
（後面壁）から前方に底面部が突設され、その底面部の
前端縁が遊技盤の裏面に当接するようになっていた。し
たがって、従来の機構板においては、入賞領域から排出
された入賞玉が入賞玉集合空間を落下して底面部に受止
められ、後面壁である機構板本体と遊技盤の裏面とに挟
まれるようにして底面部を流下するように入賞玉集合樋

上記したように従来の機構板における入賞玉集合樋
は、機構板本体である後面壁から遊技盤の裏面に向って
底面部が突設されただけの構造であるため、開閉自在と
なっている機構板を止着する際に正確に取り付けできな
かったり、あるいは長年の使用により変形したときに
は、底面部の前端縁が遊技盤の裏面に当接しなくなって
景品玉が流下する底面の巾は一定でなくなり、これがた
め入賞玉集合樋上を入賞玉がスムーズに流れなくなった
り、あるいは入賞玉集合樋上で玉詰まりを起こすという
問題があった。この発明は、上記した問題点に鑑みなされたもので、
その目的とするところは、機構板の取付が多少正確でな
かったり、あるいは機構板に変形が生じた場合において
も、入賞玉がスムーズに流れ、且つ玉詰まりを起こすこ
とのない入賞玉集合樋を備えた弾球遊技機の機構板を提

以下、図面を参照して、この発明の実施例について説
明する。まず、第４図を参照して、この実施例が適用される弾
球遊技機の一例としてのパチンコ遊技機について説明す
る。第４図は、パチンコ遊技機の正面図である。図にお
いて、パチンコ遊技機１の額縁状の前面枠２には、扉保
持枠３が周設され、該扉保持枠３には、ガラス５（第２
図参照）を有するガラス扉４及び前面扉６が一側を軸支
されて開閉自在に取り付けられている。ガラス扉４の後
方であって、前記前面枠２の裏面の遊技盤保持枠50（第
６図参照）には、遊技盤20が遊技盤止着部材51a〜51c
（ただし、51cは図示せず）によって着脱自在に設けら
れている。また、前面扉６の表面には、排出された景品
玉を貯留し、かつ打玉の発射位置に一個宛供給する打球
供給皿７が固定されている。打球供給皿７の上流側の内
部空間には、遊技に関連する効果音を発生するスピーカ
８が内蔵されている。また、前面扉６の裏面には、打球
供給皿７から誘導される打玉を発射位置に供給する打球
供給装置18（第２図参照）が固定されている。この打球
供給装置18には、玉送り部材19が揺動自在に設けられ、
これが揺動するごとに打玉を発射レール11の発射位置に
１個づつ供給する。前記前面枠２の下方部には、打球発射機構の一部を構
成する操作ハンドル９や、前記打球供給皿７に貯留しき
れなかった景品玉を貯留するための余剰玉受皿10が設け
られている。このうち、前記操作ハンドル９に対応する
ように前記前面枠２の裏面には、第６図に示すように打
球発射駆動機構12が取り付けられている。打球発射駆動
機構12は、取付基板13に集約して設けられ、駆動源とし
ての打球モータ14と、該打球モータ14の駆動回路を構成
する触手検出回路15と、前記打球モータ14の回転により
往復回動して打玉を弾発する打球杆16と、該打球杆16の
往復回動に連動して上下動し、前記打球供給装置18の玉
送り部材19を動作させる玉送り摺動杆17とから構成され
ている。前記遊技盤20の表面には、前記発射レール11から誘導
された打玉を誘導するための誘導レール21がほぼ円状に
植立されている。そして、誘導レール21によって囲まれ
た領域が遊技領域22を構成するものである。遊技領域22
のほぼ中央には、複数の回転ドラム25a〜25cを有する可
変表示装置23が設けられ、該可変表示装置23の下方に大
入賞口30を有する可変入賞球装置27が設けられている。
大入賞口30は、遊技盤20の表面に対して下端を軸にして
開放自在な開閉扉31によって覆われている。そして、可
変入賞球装置27の開閉扉31は、前記可変表示装置23の回
転ドラム25a〜25cの組み合せが所定の表示状態（例え
ば、横方向、あるいは斜め方向に「７」の数字が整列し
た場合）となったとき、特定遊技状態となり、所定期間
（例えば、20秒経過するまで、あるいは10個の入賞玉が
発生するまで）開放するように設定され、その開放して
いる間遊技領域22を落下する打玉を受止めるようになっ
ている。そして、大入賞口30内に設けられた特定入賞領
域33に入賞すると、再度上記した開放状態を繰り返し、
特定入賞領域33に入賞玉が発生する毎に最高10回繰り返
すことができるようになっている。また、可変入賞球装置27の上部及び可変表示装置23の
両側には、前記回転ドラム25a〜25cの回転を許容する始
動入賞口28a〜28Cが設けられている。この始動入賞口28
a〜28cのうち可変入賞球装置27の上部に設けられる始動
入賞口28aに打玉が入賞すると、それによって払出され
る景品玉数は、他の入賞領域に打玉が入賞した際に払出
される景品玉数よりも少なくなるように設定されてい
る。更に、遊技領域22には、前記可変入賞球装置27の下部
側方及び左右側方に通常入賞口36a,36b、37a,37bが設け
られている。このうち、通常入賞口36a,36bは、前記開
閉扉31が開放状態にあるとき、その開閉扉31の側面に衝
突した打玉が誘導されて入賞し易くなっている。したが
って、前記した特定遊技状態となって、開閉扉31が所定
期間開放すると、打玉は、大入賞口30内に誘導されるば
かりでなく、開閉扉31の側面に当って通常入賞口36a,36
bにも誘導されるので、短時間に多量の入賞玉が発生す
ることになる。なお、上記した各入賞領域のうち、前記始動入賞口28
aだけは、前述したように他の入賞口、あるいは入賞領
域よりも払出される景品玉数が少なく設定されている
が、これは、以下の理由による。すなわち、始動入賞口
28a〜28cにより多くの打玉を入賞させることにより回転
ドラム25a〜25cの回転回数を多くして、特定遊技状態と
なる確率を高めるという期待と、すべての始動入賞口28
a〜28cへの入賞による景品玉数を少なく設定すると、入
賞した割合に対して払出される景品玉数が少なくなると
いう不満と、を調和させるために設定されたものであ
る。なお、この実施例では、後述するように、始動入賞
口28aに打玉が入賞した場合には、７個の景品玉が払出
され、他の入賞領域に打玉が入賞した場合には、13個の
景品玉が払出されるようになっている。もちろん、始動
入賞口28aに入賞する確率に応じてこれらの払出される
景品玉数の設定を変えることは差し支えない。また、遊技領域22には、前記した特定遊技状態になっ
たときに点灯又は点滅して遊技者にその旨を報知する遊
技効果ランプ38a,38bが設けられている。この遊技効果
ランプ38a,38bと同じ効果を奏するものとして前記前面
枠２の上部にも枠ランプ40a,40bが設けられている。更
に、遊技領域22の最下方には、上記したいずれの入賞領
域にも入賞しなかった打玉が遊技盤20の後方に導かれる
アウト口39が設けられている。また、遊技領域22の外側であって、遊技盤20の左側上
部には、後述する検出スイッチ135a,135bが作動するこ
とによって点灯する景品玉払出報知ランプ42と、後述す
る作動検出スイッチ66aが作動することにより点灯する
玉切れ報知ランプ41が設けられている。一方、遊技盤20の裏面には、入賞玉集合カバー体が固
着されている。この入賞玉集合カバー体は、第５図に示
されるように、前記遊技領域22の真ん中より上方部分を
被覆する第１の入賞玉集合カバー体43と、遊技領域22の
真ん中から前記アウト口39までの部分を覆う第２の入賞
玉集合カバー体46とから構成されている。そして、第１
の入賞玉集合カバー体43と第２の入賞玉集合カバー体46
とは、遊技盤20の裏面と所定の間隔（パチンコ玉の直径
よりややも大きい幅）を離して設けられ、遊技盤20の裏
面との間に前記入賞領域に入賞した入賞玉が落下する第
１の入賞玉集合空間155の一部（第１の入賞玉集合空間1
55の上方部分）を構成している。なお、第１の入賞玉集
合空間155の下方部分は、後述するように機構板本体61
の前面側に形成される。第１の入賞玉集合カバー体43には、前記した各入賞口
に対応して入賞径路44a〜44dが形成されて各入賞玉を左
右両側へ導いて、第１の入賞玉集合空間155に落下させ
ている。すなわち、前記可変表示装置23の上部に形成さ
れた通常入賞口（符合なし）に対応して入賞径路44aが
形成され、前記始動入賞口28b,28cに対応して入賞径路4
4b,44cが形成され、前記始動入賞口28aに対応して入賞
径路44dが形成されている。そして、入賞経路44b〜44d
の出口部分には、入賞玉を検出する始動入賞玉検出スイ
ッチ29a〜29cがそれぞれ設けられ、該始動入賞玉検出ス
イッチ29a〜29cによって導出された検出信号が図示しな
い制御回路に送られて前記回転ドラム25a〜25cを回転開
始せしめるようになっている。前記入賞径路44a〜44dのうち始動入賞口28aに対応す
る入賞径路44dの末端には、さらに誘導部材47が連続し
て下方に延びるように設けられ、その誘導部材47の放出
口48が後述する第２の入賞玉集合空間171に連通するよ
うに臨んでいる。なお、この誘導部材47は、前記第２の
入賞玉集合カバー体46によってその後方を被覆されてい
る。また、上記した以外の入賞口36a,36b,37a,37b,及び
大入賞口30に入賞した入賞玉は、入賞径路に誘導される
ことなく、第２の入賞玉集合カバー体46で規制されなが
ら第１の入賞玉集合空間155内に落下するようになって
いる。また、第１の入賞玉集合カバー体43のほぼ中央には、
前記可変表示装置23の駆動モータ26を有する表示駆動機
構24が後方に突出するように開口が開設され、更に、そ
の下方には、可変入賞球装置27の開閉扉31を開閉駆動す
るためのソレノイド32が固定されている。なお、可変入
賞球装置27の裏側には、前記特定入賞領域33に打玉が入
賞したことを検出する特定入賞玉検出スイッチ34や、前
記大入賞口30に入賞した入賞玉を計数するための入賞玉
数検出スイッチ35も設けられている。また、前記第１の
入賞玉集合カバー体43の裏面上部には、遊技盤20に設け
られる前記したスイッチやランプ及び駆動源等から延び
る配線を中継する中継端子基板45が取り付けられてい
る。なお、第５図において、第２の入賞玉集合カバー体46
を設けたものを例示したが、これは、遊技盤20上に配設
された入賞口によって異なる景品玉数を払出す形式のも
のに対して必要であって、すべての入賞口に入賞した場
合に同一の景品玉数しか払出さない形式のものについて
は、第２の入賞玉集合カバー体46を設けても設けなくて
もよく、基本的には第１の入賞玉集合カバー体43だけを
備えておればよい。次に、第６図ないし第８図を参照してパチンコ遊技機
１の裏面に配置される機構板60の構成について説明す
る。まず、機構板60の全体の構成と、景品玉払出装置90
及び該景品玉払出装置90に関連する入賞玉処理機構110
について説明し、その後、本実施例の要部である入賞玉
集合樋156、170について詳細に説明する。機構板全体の構成機構板60は、前記遊技盤20に設けられた入賞口からの
入賞玉を処理して、その入賞玉に対応する所定個数の景
品玉を排出するための各種の機構が設けられるものであ
る。しかして、機構板60は、合成樹脂で成型されたほぼ
方形状の機構板本体61に各種の機構を組み付けたものか
らなり、その機構板本体61の一側を前記遊技盤保持枠50
に軸支して着脱開閉自在に設けられている。また、機構
板本体61の裏面には、機構板60を閉じた状態で係止する
固定部材62a〜62cが設けられている。更に、機構板本体
61のほぼ中央には、窓開口150が開設され、この窓開口1
50の下方位置に本実施例の要部である第１の入賞玉集合
樋156と第２の入賞玉集合樋170が形成されている。第１
の入賞玉集合樋156は、前記した各種の入賞口のうち始
動入賞口28aを除く入賞口に入賞した入賞玉が誘導され
るもので、機構板本体61の前面側に形成される。また、
第２の入賞玉集合樋170は、始動入賞口28aだけに対応す
るもので、始動入賞口28aに入賞した入賞玉を誘導する
ものである。なお、第２の入賞玉集合樋170は、窓開口1
50の下縁に沿って機構板本体61の後面側に形成されるも
のである。入賞玉集合樋156、170の構成については後に
詳述する。第１の入賞玉集合樋156及び第２の入賞玉集合樋170に
誘導された入賞玉は、後述する入賞玉処理機構110に導
かれるようになっている。機構板本体61の後面側には、
パチンコ遊技機設置台の図示しない補給機構から補給さ
れる景品玉を遊技者に払い出すための各種の機構が設け
られている。これらの機構について、以下説明すると、
機構板本体61の上部には、景品玉タンク63が固定されて
いる。この景品玉タンク63には、上記した補給機構から
多量の景品玉が補給されるようになっている。景品玉タンク63の下方には、景品玉を整列させるため
の景品玉誘導樋64が設けられている。この景品玉誘導樋
64は、景品玉が３列に整列して自然流下するように傾斜
して取り付けられる。このように景品玉誘導樋64を景品
玉が３列になって流下するように構成したのは、前記し
たように遊技盤20に設けられた入賞口への入賞により２
種類の景品玉数を払い出すように構成したためである。また、景品玉誘導樋64の上流側の底面には、景品玉量
感知板65a,65bが揺動自在に軸支されている。しかし
て、景品玉量感知板65a,65b上に景品玉が載置されて充
満しているときは、図示しない重錘及び付勢スプリング
の付勢力に抗して景品玉量感知板65a,65bの上端が押し
下げられた状態となっており、一方、景品玉量感知板65
a,65b上に景品玉が欠乏して載置されなくなったとき
は、重錘及び付勢スプリングの付勢力により景品玉量感
知板65a,65bの上端が跳ね上がった状態となる。そして、景品玉量感知板65a,65bが跳ね上がったとき
には、その下部に配置された作動検出スイッチ66a,66b
が動作され、前記玉切れ報知ランプ41を点灯してその旨
を報知するとともに、遊技場に設置してある管理コンピ
ュータに信号を送り、上記図示しない補給機構を動作さ
せて景品玉タンク63に所定個数の景品玉を補給する。ま
た、景品玉量感知板65aが動作したときのみ、リンク機
構67、伝達線材68及びリンク機構69が作動して前記打球
供給装置18の動作を停止するようになっている。もちろ
ん、他方の景品玉量感知板65bが動作したときにも、リ
ンク機構67、伝達線材68及びリンク機構69を作動するよ
うに構成しても良い。景品玉誘導樋64の途中には、玉ならし部材70a,70bが
垂下、又は敷設されている。この玉ならし部材70a,70b
は、景品玉誘導樋64を時として上下二段になって流下し
てくる景品玉を一段に整列させるためのものである。景品玉誘導樋64の下流側には、屈曲樋71a〜71cが接続
されるように取り付けられている。この屈曲樋71a〜71c
は、景品玉誘導樋64を流下してきた景品玉の流下方向を
180度転換させるとともに、連続して流下している景品
玉の玉圧を弱めるためにある。屈曲樋71a〜71cの屈曲部
には、玉抜き装置72が設けられ、閉店後に操作すること
により、景品玉タンク63及び景品玉誘導樋64に貯留され
ていた景品玉を玉抜き通路73に排出してパチンコ遊技機
１外へ誘導するようになっている。また、屈曲樋71a〜71cの屈曲部より下流側のほぼ下り
傾斜通路部分には、玉欠乏検知板74a〜74cが揺動自在に
設けられている。この玉欠乏検知板74a〜74cは、屈曲樋
71a〜71c内に景品玉があるときは、上端が景品玉に押圧
されて下端を外側に跳ねあげた状態を維持し、逆に屈曲
樋71a〜71c内に景品玉がなくなると、自重により上端が
上方向に回動して下端がほぼ垂直方向に垂れ下がるよう
な状態となる。そして、このような垂れ下がった状態の
ときに、後述する制御突片98a,98bが上昇すると、制御
突片98a,98bの係合部99a,99bが下端と係合して制御突片
98a,98bを上昇した位置で保持するように作用し、最終
的に景品玉の払い出しが行われなくなるようにしてい
る。また、屈曲樋71a〜71cの下流部には、ほぼ垂直状に形
成され、その末端には、段差部が形成されている。この
段差部は、後述する景品玉払出装置90の上部玉ストッパ
ー94a,94bがスムーズに動作するように玉圧を弱めるよ
うに作用しているものである。屈曲樋71a〜71cの下流側には、景品玉払出装置90が接
続されている。景品玉払出装置90は、所定個数の景品玉
を受け入れて、その所定個数の景品玉を入賞玉処理機構
110の動作に連動して払い出すものである。景品玉払出
装置90及び入賞玉処理機構110については、後に詳述す
る。景品玉払出装置90から払出された景品玉は、景品玉放
出通路75に排出される。景品玉放出通路75には、払出さ
れた景品玉が衝突して音を出す鈴76が設けられ、更に、
その下方の放出通路75の下端に誘導開口77が開設され、
この誘導開口77が前記打球供給皿７に連通している。ま
た、誘導開口77の一側には、余剰玉通路79と連絡するた
めの連絡樋78が設けられ、余剰の景品玉を余剰玉通路79
に誘導するようになっている。余剰玉通路79は、その下
端が前面枠２の裏面に取付けられる接続樋52に接続さ
れ、余剰の景品玉を前記余剰玉受皿10に誘導するように
なっている。また、余剰玉通路79の一側側壁には、景品
玉充満検知板81が上端を中心にして揺動自在に設けられ
ている。しかして、景品玉充満検知板81は、景品玉によ
って余剰玉通路79内が満杯になったときに該景品玉に押
圧されて揺動し、景品玉充満検知板81に連結されたスラ
イド線材82が移動して、前記打球供給装置18の玉送り部
材19の動作を固定して打玉を打球発射位置に供給しない
ようにしている。また、景品玉充満検知板81の対向する
位置に充満検知スイッチ83が設けられている。そして、
景品玉充満検知板81が揺動されたときに充満検出スイッ
チ83がOFFとなり、入賞玉処理機構110の後述する駆動モ
ータ130の回転を停止させるようになっている。したが
って、充満検知板81が動作したときには、打球の弾発が
できなくなるとともに、景品玉の払出も行われなくな
る。更に、余剰玉通路79内には、景品玉と衝突して音を
出す鈴80が設けられている。景品玉払出装置次に、景品玉払出装置90について第６図及び第７図を
参照して説明する。景品玉払出装置90は、景品玉収納筒
93a〜93cと、該景品玉収納筒93a〜93cの上下位置に配置
される上部玉ストッパー94a,94b及び下部玉ストッパー1
03a,103bと、該上部玉ストッパー94a,94b及び下部玉ス
トッパー103a,103bを開閉駆動するように係合する上下
摺動部材95a,95bと、該上下摺動部材95a,95bを上下動さ
せる作動部材107a,107bとから成る。また、上記のよう
に構成される景品玉払出装置90は、第６図に示すように
その前面側に形成された取付板91を機構板本体61に形成
された取付部に固定部材92を介して着脱自在に取り付け
られている。上部玉ストッパー94a,94bは、第７図に示すように回
動自在に軸支されて、その前端が景品玉収納筒93a〜93c
の入口を開閉するようになっている。また、下部玉ストッパー103a,103bは、その上部に重
錘の機能を兼用した当接ローラ105a,105bが設けられ、
その下部に景品玉収納筒93a〜93c内に出没するストッパ
ー部104a〜104cが突設されている。このストッパー部10
4a〜104cは、景品玉収納筒93a〜93cの下方に形成された
切欠溝106a〜106cに侵入して景品玉収納筒93a〜93c内に
出没できるようになっている。そして、下部玉ストッパ
ー103a,103bは、自重により常にストッパー部104a〜104
cが景品玉収納筒93a〜93cに侵入するようになっている
とともに、ストッパー部104a〜104cを段差状に突設する
ことにより、景品玉収納筒93a〜93cへの上下方向の侵入
位置を異ならせるようにしている。しかして、３つのス
トッパー部のうち２つのストッパー部104a,104bは、下
部玉ストッパー103aに突設されるとともに、景品玉収納
筒93a,93bの出口を開閉するように作用し、他の１つの
ストッパー部104cは、下部ストッパー103bに突設される
とともに、景品玉収納筒93cの出口を開閉するように作
用する。なお、ストッパー部104a〜104cが突設される具
体的な位置は、ストッパー部104aが景品玉収納筒93a内
に６個の景品玉が収納されるような位置であり、ストッ
パー部104b,104cが景品玉収納筒93b,93c内に７個の景品
玉が収納されるような位置である。なお、下部玉ストッ
パー103a,103bは、容易に取り外せる構造となっている
ため、該下部玉ストッパー103a,103bを前記ストッパー
部104a〜104cの突設される位置の異なる種類のものと交
換することによって簡単に景品玉の払出数を変えること
ができる。次に、上部玉ストッパー94a,94b及び下部玉ストッパ
ー103a,103bの開閉を制御する上下摺動部材95a,95bの構
成について説明すると、上下摺動部材95a,95bは、前記
景品玉収納筒93a〜93bの裏面に摺動自在に設けられる摺
動板96a,96bと、該摺動板96a,96bから上方向に延びる制
御突片98a,98bと、摺動板96a,96bの下部から横方向に突
出する当接凸部102a,102bとが一体的に形成されたもの
である。制御突片98a,98bには、その先端に前記玉欠乏
感知部材74a〜74cと係合する係合部99a,99bが形成さ
れ、その途中に前記上部玉ストッパー94a,94bの後端部
と係合する当接凹部100a,100bが形成されている。前記
当接凸部102a,102bは、前記下部玉ストッパー103a,103b
の当接ローラ105a,105bと係合するようになっている。
すなわち、上下摺動部材95a,95bが下降位置にあるとき
は、下部玉ストッパー103a,103bの当接ローラ105a,105b
と当接凸部102a,102bとが当接しているので、ストッパ
ー部104a〜104cが景品玉収納筒93a〜93c内に侵入した状
態を保持する。このとき上部玉ストッパー94a,94bにお
いては、上部玉ストッパー部94a,94bの後端部と制御突
片98a,98bの当接凹部100a,100bの上端部とが当接して、
上部玉ストッパー94a,94bの前端部を景品玉収納筒93a〜
93cの入口から後退した位置で保持している。したがっ
て、景品玉は、前記屈曲樋71a〜71cから景品玉収納筒93
a〜93c内に流れ込み、ストッパー部104a〜104cで係止さ
れた第１の状態となっている。一方、上下摺動部材95a,
95bが上昇した位置にあるときは、当接凸部102a,102bと
当接ローラ105a,105bとが当接しなくなるので、下部玉
ストッパー103a,103bは、回動可能なフリーな状態とな
る。下部玉ストッパー103a,103bがフリーな状態になる
と、景品玉収納筒93a〜93c内に収納されていた景品玉の
玉圧によりストッパー部104a〜104cが押圧されて回動
し、景品玉収納筒93a〜93c内に収納されていた景品玉が
前記景品玉放出通路75に払出される。このとき、上部玉
ストッパー94a,94bは、制御突片98a,98bが上昇している
ので、上部玉ストッパー94a,94bは、その自重によって
景品玉収納筒93a〜93cの入口を閉成し、当接凹部100a,1
00bの下端部と上部玉ストッパー94a,94bの後端部とが係
合して上部玉ストッパー94a,94bの前端部を景品玉収納
筒93a〜93cの入口内に侵入させた位置で保持している。
そのため、景品玉は、景品玉収納筒93a〜93cの入口の直
前で停止された第２の状態となっている。このように、景品玉払出装置90は、上部玉ストッパー
94a,94bと下部玉ストッパー103a,103bとを交互に開閉さ
せることにより、景品玉を景品玉収納筒93a〜93c内へ供
給する第１の状態と、景品玉を景品玉収納筒93a〜93cか
ら排出する第２の状態とを繰り返すようになっている。
そして、これを動作させるために上下摺動部材95a,95b
には、制御突片98a,98bと当接凸部102a,102bとの間に嵌
入凹部101a,101bが形成されている。この嵌入凹部101a,
101bに作動部材107a,107bの先端部が係合するようにな
っている。作動部材107a,107bは、その後端部が機構板
本体61に対して回動自在に軸支され、そのほぼ中央に
は、連動杆108a,108bの上端が連結され、この連動杆108
a,108bが後述する入賞玉によって作動される回動部材11
9a,119bによって上下方向に摺動されることに応じて作
動部材107a,107bを回動させている。また、作動部材107
a,107bの回動に応じて前記上下摺動部材95a,95bが上下
方向に摺動する。入賞玉処理機構連動杆108a,108bの下端には、入賞玉処理機構110が関
連付けられている。この入賞玉処理機構110は、第８図
にその詳細を示すように機構板本体61に取り付けられる
取付板111に所定間隔を置いて２枚の区画板112a,112bが
取り付けられている。そして、これら３枚の板によって
構成される２つの空間内に入賞を処理するための機構が
配置されている。まず、第１の入賞玉集合樋156と第２
の入賞玉集合樋170に接続される入賞玉誘導通路113a,11
3bの末端には、入賞玉載置部114a,114bが形成されてい
る。この入賞玉載置部114a,114bの左右には、開口が形
成され、一方の開口には、ストッパー部材115a,115b及
び回動部材119a,119bが臨み、他方の開口には、押圧部
材124a,124bが臨んでいる。ストッパー部材115a,115b
は、支軸116を中心にして回動自在となっている。ま
た、その一端に回動部材119a,119bと係合する係合部117
a,117bが形成され、その他端に前記入賞玉誘導通路113
a,113bの末端に臨む当接部118a,118bが形成されてい
る。回動部材119a,119bは、ほぼ「Ｔ」字状をしてお
り、支軸128を中心にして回動自在となっている。ま
た、支軸120の上部に前記係合部117a,117bと係合する係
合凸部121a,121bが形成され、支軸120の下部に入賞玉と
当接する入賞玉当接面部122a,122bが形成され、更に、
支軸120の後部に前記連動杆108a,108bと連結される連結
部123a,123bが形成されている。また、押出部材124a,124bは、逆さ「Ｌ」字状をなし
ており、その下端を支軸127で軸支されることによって
所定角度範囲内で回動自在に設けられている。また、押
出部材124a,124bの上部前端には、入賞玉を押出すため
の押圧面部125a,125bが形成され、上部後端には、回転
ローラ126a,126bが設けられている。この回転ローラ126
a,126bには、駆動モータ130のモータ軸131に固着された
回転カム129a,129bが係合するようになっており、この
ため、駆動モータ130の回転により押出部材124a,124bが
左右方向に回動するようになっている。なお、押出部材
124a,124bの支軸127のやや上部には、復帰スプリング12
8a,128bが係止されて、常に押出部材125a,125bが入賞玉
載置部114a,114bと反対方向に付勢されるようになって
いる。また、２つの回転カム129a,129bは、相互に位相
をずらしてモータ軸131に固着されているので、同時に
押出部材124a,124bが回動されることはない。これによ
り、駆動モータ130にかかる負荷を軽減させるととも
に、景品玉数の異なる入賞玉を同時に処理することがな
く、また遊技者に払出された景品玉数の違いを報知する
ことができるようになっている。前記入賞玉載置部114a,114bの一側には、前記押出部
材124a,124bで押出された入賞玉が排出される入賞玉排
出通路132a,132bが形成される。この入賞玉排出通路132
a,132bの一方の側壁を構成する入賞玉検知部材133a,133
bが支軸134を中心にして揺動自在に設けられている。そ
して入賞玉検知部材133a,133bの一側には、検知スイッ
チ135a,135bが配置され、該検出スイッチ135a,135bのア
クチュエータ136a,136bが入賞玉検知部材133a,133bの動
作を検出して前記遊技盤20の前面に形成された景品玉払
出報知ランプ42を（第４図参照）点灯させるようになっ
ている。なお、景品玉払出報知ランプ42を２つ設けてそ
れぞれ７個排出用と13個排出用とに分けて、しかも入賞
玉検知部材133a,133bにそれぞれ対応させることによ
り、どちらの景品玉数が排出されたかを知らせるように
しても良い。また、入賞玉排出通路132a,132bの末端には、入賞玉
検出器137a,137bが取付保護板138によって取り付けられ
ている。この入賞玉検出器137a,137bは、遊技場に設置
された集中管理コンピュータに信号を送るものであり、
当該パチンコ遊技機１の営業用データを作成するために
設けられるものである。また、入賞玉検出器137a,137b
を通過した入賞玉は、入賞玉払出口140を介して前記玉
抜き通路73に排出されるようになっている。なお、前記
外側の区画板112bの上部には、入賞玉誘導通路113bに入
賞玉をスムーズに導くための傾斜受部139が形成されて
いる。以上のように構成された入賞玉処理機構110の動作に
ついて第７図を参照して説明する。なお、第７図は、主
として手前側、すなわち、７個の景品玉が払出される機
構を示したものであるが、奥側、すなわち、13個の景品
玉が払出される機構も同一であるので、その説明は省略
する。まず、景品玉払出装置90の状態は、上部玉ストッ
パー94bが開放されて景品玉が景品玉収納筒93cに所定個
数（７個）収納され、下部玉ストッパー103bのストッパ
ー部104cが景品玉収納筒93c内に侵入した状態が保持さ
れている。このような状態において、第２の入賞玉集合
樋170を流下して入賞玉誘導通路113bに誘導された入賞
玉は、ストッパー部材115bを図示の反時計方向に回動さ
せながら入賞玉載置部114bに載置される。すると、常時
回転している回転カム129bが押出部材124bの回転ローラ
126bと当接して押出部材124bを前方に押出すように回動
させる。押出部材124bが回動するにつれて入賞玉載置部
114b上の入賞玉は、その押出方向に移動するが、この
際、入賞玉は、押出部材124bの押圧面部125bと回動部材
119bの入賞玉当接面部122bとに挟持されて移動する。ま
た、このとき、ストッパー部材115bの係合部117bと回動
部材119bの係合凸部121bとの係合が外されているので、
回動部材119bは、図示の反時計方向に回動する。回動部
材119bが回動することによって、係合凸部121bの前端部
がストッパー部材115bを時計方向に回動させて当接部11
8bが入賞玉誘導通路113bの末端を塞ぐように侵入して次
の入賞玉を入賞玉載置部114bに載置しないようにしてい
る。また、それと同時に、連動杆108bが上昇して作動部
材107bを上方向に回動させる。すると、上下摺動部材95
bが上昇するので、上部玉ストッパー94bの後端部が制御
突片98bの当接凹部100bの下部に当接して上部玉ストッ
パー94bの前端部が景品玉収納筒93cの入口に侵入して景
品玉が景品玉収納筒93c内に流れ込まなように係止す
る。また、上下摺動部材95bの当接凸部102bと下部玉ス
トッパー103bの当接ローラ105bとの係合が外れるので、
下部玉ストッパー103bがフリー状態となり、そのため景
品玉収納筒93c内の景品玉の玉圧によりストッパー部104
cが押圧回動されて景品玉収納筒93c内に収納されていた
所定個数の景品玉が景品玉放出通路75に排出される。以上のようにして所定個数の景品玉が払出されると、
回動部材119bと押出部材124bとで挟持されていた入賞玉
は、押出部材124bが更に回動することにより入賞玉載置
部114bから外れて入賞玉排出通路132bに落下する。する
と、回動部材119bは、時計方向に回動して元の状態に戻
るので、それに従動して連動杆108b、上下摺動部材95b
が下降して、再度下部玉ストッパー103bを固定し、上部
玉ストッパー94b開放して景品玉を景品玉収納筒93c内に
導き入れる。また、このとき、ストッパー部材115bも回
動部材119aの回動により元の状態に復帰するので、入賞
玉誘導通路113bの末端で待機していた次の入賞玉の流下
が許されて入賞玉載置部114bに移動して上述の動作を繰
り返す。また、入賞玉排出通路132bに排出された入賞玉は、検
出スイッチ135b及び入賞玉検出器137bを作動させて、入
賞玉払出口140から前記玉抜き通路73に合流してパチン
コ遊技機１外に排出される。入賞玉集合樋次に第１図ないし第３図及び第６図を参照して、この
実施例の要部である入賞玉集合樋の構成について説明す
る。まず、第６図に示すように機構板本体61の中央に
は、比較的大きな窓開口150が開設されている。この窓
開口150の大きさは、前記入賞玉集合カバー体43、46の
大きさよりもやや小さく形成され、前記第１の入賞玉集
合カバー体43の下端部に対応する位置に、窓開口150を
上下に区画する区画板151が横臥されている。そして、
この区画板151によって区画された下方の下方窓開口152
には、入賞玉集合空間切換部材153が着脱自在に取り付
けられるようになっている。この入賞玉集合空間切換部材153は、断面ほぼ「Ｌ」
字状になっており、第３図に示すように短辺が下になる
ようにし、且つ長辺が奥側、すなわち遊技盤20に対向す
るように固定した状態においては、短辺が後述する第２
の入賞玉集合空間171の入口を閉塞するとともに、長辺
が第１の入賞玉集合空間155の後面の一部を構成するよ
うになり、また、第２図に示すように入賞玉集合空間切
換部材153を短辺が上になるようにし、且つ長辺が手前
側、すなわち遊技盤20から離れて対向するように固定し
た状態においては、長辺が第１の入賞玉集合空間155の
奥行幅よりも広い入賞玉集合空間を構成することにな
る。すなわち、この場合は、第１の入賞玉集合空間155
と後述する第２の入賞玉集合空間171とを合計した奥行
幅を有するようになる。このため、入賞玉集合空間切換
部材153は、下方窓開口152の部分を第１の入賞玉集合空
間155だけにしたり、あるいは第１の入賞玉集合空間155
と第２の入賞玉集合空間171との両方の空間にしたりす
ることができる。なお、入賞玉集合空間切換部材153
は、取付片154a,154b（ただし、154bは図示省略）によ
って簡単に着脱でき、その交換をきわめて容易に行うこ
とができる。また、前記したように機構板本体61の前面側には、パ
チンコ玉の直径よりもやや大きい間隔を有する凹部が形
成され、この凹部が第１の入賞玉集合樋155を構成して
いる。そして、前記第１の入賞玉集合カバー体43及び第
２の入賞玉集合カバー46は、この第１の入賞玉集合空間
155内に包含されるようになっている。しかして、第１
の入賞玉集合空間155の下方には、第１の入賞玉集合樋1
56が形成される。すなわち、第１図に示すように第１の
入賞玉集合樋156は、前記下方窓開口152の下縁から下方
に延びる後面壁157と、該後面壁157の下方部から前方に
向って一側に傾斜するように突設される底面部158と、
該底面部158の前端縁から立設される前面壁159とから構
成される。前記後面壁157は、前記機構板本体61が兼用
して使用され、上方部分が傾斜部157aを構成し、下方部
分が垂直部157bを構成している。これは、上方の第１の
入賞玉集合空間155が前記第１の入賞玉集合カバー体43
及び第２の入賞玉集合カバー体46を包含する関係上上部
がやや巾広く形成されているため傾斜部157aでその巾を
狭めているからである。また、前記前面壁159と底面部1
58とは、前面壁159に形成された嵌入凹部160を底面部15
8に形成された突出部161に係合させることにより正確に
位置決めすることができ、前面壁159に形成された取付
穴164と後述する誘導突片166a,166bに形成された取着穴
167を合致させてビス165で螺着することにより強固に固
定することができる。そして、後面壁157の垂直部157b
と前面壁159とで構成される間隔、すなわち底面部158の
巾「Ｄ」は、第２図に示されるようにパチンコ玉の直径
よりも僅かに大きい程度であり、入賞玉は底面部158を
一列に整列して流下するようになっている。更に、前面壁159の上端は、内側に向うように傾斜面
部162を構成し、第１の入賞玉集合空間155を落下する入
賞玉がスムーズに底面部158に到達するように誘導して
いる。また、後面壁157及び前面壁159の上辺には、後述
するアウト玉誘導部材180を収納するための嵌入凹部16
8、163が切り欠けられている。更に、第１の入賞玉集合
樋156の内部には、入賞玉が底面部158に順序よく並ぶよ
うに誘導するくさび形状の誘導突片166a,166bが固定さ
れている。特に下流側に位置する誘導突片166aは、前記
入賞玉誘導通路113aに入賞玉を１個づつ誘導するための
通路を構成するためのものであり、玉詰まりを起こさな
いようにその入口がパチンコ玉の直径の２倍以下であっ
て１倍以上の整数倍とならない値に設計されている。ま
た、前面壁159の上端は、誘導突片166a,166bよりも上方
に位置するようになっている。このように構成すること
により、入賞玉が多量に発生して誘導突片166a,166bよ
りも高い位置まで貯留されたときでも、後面壁157と前
面壁159で貯留した入賞玉を収納して、玉詰まり状態を
防止することができる。上記のように構成される第１の入賞玉集合樋156は、
上方を開放して箱状に強固に形成されるため、例えば、
機構板60が遊技盤保持枠50に固定部材62a〜62cによって
固定された際に、遊技盤20に対して歪んで取り付けられ
たり、あるいは長期間の使用により機構板60が変形して
も第１の入賞玉集合樋156自体の巾「Ｄ」が全長に亘っ
て変化することがないので、入賞玉集合樋156の底面部1
58に誘導される入賞玉の流下状態に悪影響を及ぼすこと
がない。また、前記下方窓開口152の下縁であって、機構板本
体61の裏面には、第２の入賞玉集合樋形成部材170が取
着固定される。この第２の入賞玉集合樋形成部材170
は、第２の入賞玉集合空間171を構成するとともに、前
記第１の入賞玉集合樋156と同様に上部が開放するよう
に、後面壁172と、底面部173と、前面壁174とから構成
されている。後面壁172は、前記第１の入賞玉集合樋156
と同様に傾斜部172aと垂直部172bとから構成され、垂直
部172bと前面壁174との間隔、すなわち底面部173の巾
「Ｄ」は、パチンコ玉の直径よりもやや大きい程度であ
る。したがって、底面部173は、上流側から下流側の全
長に亘って一定の間隔「Ｄ」を保持しながら前記入賞玉
誘導通路113bに連通するようになっている。なお、前面
壁174の上端は、やはり内側に向う傾斜面部177を構成し
ている。また、第２の入賞玉集合樋形成部材170の上部には、
嵌入凹部176が形成され、後述するアウト玉誘導部材180
が嵌挿されるようになっている。更に、後面壁172と前
面壁174との間には、第２の入賞玉集合空間171内に落下
した入賞玉を底面部173にスムーズに誘導するための誘
導突片175a,175bが形成されている。この誘導突片175a,
175bは、前記誘導突片166a,166bと対応するよう位置に
固定されている。なお、第２の入賞玉集合樋形成部材17
0の上部は、前述したように開放状態となっているが、
前記入賞玉集合空間切換部材153の設置状態が第３図に
示される状態のときは、窓開口150の大きさが区画板151
の上端部までに縮小されることになる。これにより、機
構板本体61の窓開口150の大きさは、一種類の景品玉数
を払出すように設計された遊技盤20に多く採用されてい
る第１の入賞玉集合カバー体43の大きさとほぼ同じ大き
さになり、このような形式のパチンコ遊技機１に対応す
ることができるようになる。また、入賞玉集合空間切換
部材153の設置状態が第２図に示される状態のときは、
窓開口150の大きさが下方窓開口152まで含めた大きさと
なる。これにより、機構板本体61の窓開口の大きさは、
二種類の景品玉数を払出すように設計された遊技盤20に
多く採用されている第１の入賞玉集合カバー体43と第２
の入賞玉集合カバー体46とを含めた大きさとほぼ同じ大
きさになり、このような形式のパチンコ遊技機１に対応
することができるようになる。特に、後者の設置状態に
おいては、第２の入賞玉集合空間171が上方に延びるの
で、第２の入賞玉集合カバー体46に被覆される前記誘導
部材47及び放出口48の設置位置を設計する際に、その自
由度が増すという利点がある。また、図示の実施例においては、窓開口150を区画板1
51によって上下に分離したものを示したが、区画板151
を設けず、ただ単に窓開口150の下部に入賞玉集合空間
切換部材153を設けるようにしても良い。もちろん、こ
の場合には、区画板151の大きさを含むように入賞玉集
合空間切換部材153を構成しても良い。前記第２の入賞玉集合樋形成部材170には、アウト玉
誘導部材180が固定されている。このアウト玉誘導部材1
80は、方形状の筒状をなし、その長さは、前記第１の入
賞玉集合空間155の奥行幅と第２の入賞玉集合空間171の
奥行幅を合計した長さとほぼ同等に選ばれる。そして、
アウト玉誘導部材180は、第２の入賞玉集合樋形成部材1
70に取り付けられた際に、その前端開口面は、前記アウ
ト口39に当接するようになっている。したがって、アウ
ト玉誘導部材180は、第２図に示されるように、第１の
入賞玉集合空間155及び第２の入賞玉集合空間171を前後
方向に貫通して前記後面壁172の裏面に到達するように
構成されている。また、アウト玉誘導部材180の後端開口には、アウト
玉通路部材181が接続されている。このアウト玉通路部
材181は、排出されたアウト玉を下方に向けて誘導する
ものであるが、図示の実施例においては、機構板本体61
の前面側であって、前記余剰玉通路79の裏側に形成され
たアウト玉径路182に導かれ、アウト玉放出口183から前
記玉抜き通路73に誘導されてパチンコ遊技機１外に排出
されるようになっている。以上、実施例に係る機構板60の構成について詳細に説
明してきたが、この機構板60に備えられた入賞玉集合樋
156、170は、後面壁157、172と、該後面壁157、172の下
方から前方に一側に傾斜しながら突設される底面部15
8、173と、該底面部158、173の前端縁から立設される前
面壁159、174とから箱状に構成されているため、後面壁
157、172と前面壁159、174との間隔、すなわち底面部15
8、173の巾が全長に亘って常に一定となり、機構板60が
遊技盤保持枠50に固定部材62a〜62cによって固定された
際に、遊技盤20に対して歪んで取り付けられたり、ある
いは長期間の使用により機構板60が変形しても入賞玉集
合樋156、170自体の巾が変化することがないので、入賞
玉集合樋156、170の底面部158、173に誘導される入賞玉
の流下状態に悪影響を及ぼすことがない。また、上記した実施例では、第１の入賞玉集合樋156
の遊技盤20の裏面と接触する前面壁159の上端を、誘導
突片166a,166bよりも上方に位置するようにしたので、
入賞玉が多量に発生して誘導突片166a,166bよりも高い
位置まで貯留されたときでも、後面壁157と前面壁159で
貯留した入賞玉を収納して、玉詰まり状態を防止するこ
とができる。なお、上記した実施例においては、景品玉払出装置90
として機械的な構成のものを示したが、電気的に所定個
数の景品玉を払い出すようにしたものでもよい。更に、
入賞玉処理機構110として、従来公知のリンク機構を用
いたものや、入賞玉を検出する検出器を使用したもので
