返し部との間にゴム層を有し、前記ゴム層の厚さをビー
ドコア径の0.58倍以内としたことを特徴とする重荷重用
空気入りラジアルタイヤおよび、 互いに平行配列をなすコードをタイヤの赤道面と直交
する向きにて配置したプライよりなり、少なくとも1プ
ライは一対のビードコアのまわりでタイヤの内側から外
側へ巻返した折返し部を有するターンナッププライであ
るトロイド状のカーカスと、折返し部のタイヤ外側に配
置したチェーファーとをそなえる空気入りラジアルタイ

間にウェッジゴムを配設したことを特徴とする重荷重用
