The counterweight device 6 constructed as described above is fitted to the suspension bolts 26, 27 within the length of the intermediate screw shaft portions 26a, 27a provided on the suspension bolts 26, 27. By adjusting the number of stacked weights 28, the overall weight of the counterweight device 6 can be adjusted. Since the holding plate 29 is used, the number of weights stacked in each of the weight groups 28A and 28B is the same. However, when using the washer for each of the weight groups 28A and 28B without using the holding plate 29,
It is also possible to change the number of stacked weights 28 for each weight group 28A, 28B. Thus, even if the number of weights 28 stacked is changed, the overall height of the counterweight device 6, that is, the distance between the base 25 and the suspension member 34 does not change. In addition, each weight 28
The hanging bolts 26, 27 are attached to the base 25 by fitting the recess 39 to the projection 40 and the projection 41 on the base 25.
Relative rotation around is prevented. Therefore, it is not necessary to use a large-sized one in which the weight 28 is fitted over the two suspension bolts 26, 27, and a rectangular, small-sized, easily handled weight 28 can be used.

Next, the suspension cable 10a for the suspension member 34
As shown in FIG. 5, a bearing member 43 is pivotally supported at the center position of the suspension member 34 by a horizontal support shaft 42 in the front-rear direction so as to be able to swing left and right, and is mounted on the bearing member 43. The connecting member 4 is connected to the horizontal support shaft 44 in the horizontal direction on the left and right by connecting pins 46a and 46b to the ends of two chains 45a and 45b constituting the hanging cable 10a.
7a and 47b are connected via a spherical bearing 48a and 48b, respectively, so as to swing freely within a certain range. Therefore, the suspension cable 10a and the suspension member 34 are
Swinging motion of the bearing member 43 with respect to the suspension member 34 in the left and right directions around the suspension member 34, and the connecting members 47a, 47 with respect to the bearing member 43 around the spherical centers of the spherical bearings 48a, 48b.
Since it is possible to relatively swing in any direction together with the swinging movement of b, the lifting and lowering movement of the counterweight device 6 is performed smoothly and smoothly.

According to the connecting means 51, an appropriate tension is always applied to the lower suspension cable 10b by the compression coil spring 58. As the suspension cable 10b is extended, the lifting shaft 52 is moved by the spring 58. When the amount of rise is equal to or more than a certain value, in other words, when the extension of the suspension cable 10b is equal to or more than a certain value, the detected plate 56 which rises integrally with the elevating shaft 52 is moved to the proximity switch. 5
9 detects the suspension cable 10b.
It is possible to automatically detect that the elongation has exceeded a certain value. Further, the spherical washer 53 and the annular spherical receiving seat 5 are provided.
Since the lifting shaft 52 can swing in any direction by the interposition of the lifting shaft 4, the relative swing between the lifting carriage 5 and the lower suspension cable 10b can be smoothly absorbed.

Note that the lower suspension cable 10b shown in FIG. 2 can be omitted, and the lifting carriage 5 and the counterweight device 6 can be suspended in a fishing bottle manner using only the upper suspension cable 10a. In this case, the guide wheels 16 for guiding the upper suspension cable 10a may be configured to be rotationally driven by a motor with a reduction gear. Also, in any case where the lifting carriage 5 and the counterweight device 6 are driven to move up and down in an interlocked manner, the lifting guide roller provided in the counterweight device 6, that is, the grooved guide roller 24 in the above embodiment, is provided on the base. It is also possible to pivotally support only one of the suspension member 25 and the suspension member 34.

The counterweight device of the present invention can be embodied as described above. According to the counterweight device of the present invention, a plurality of stacked weights are connected to a base and a suspension member. It is not something that is directly sandwiched between and fixed, but between a weight fastening nut screwed into the middle of a suspension bolt connecting the two at a fixed interval and the base, a plurality of sheets stacked on the base. Since the weights are fastened and fixed, even if the weight of the entire counterweight device is adjusted by changing the number of weights to be stacked, the distance between the base and the suspension member, that is, the height of the entire counterweight device, changes. Does not occur.

Therefore, as shown in the embodiment, even when the counterweight device is interposed in the middle of the circulating type lifting and lowering suspension rope, the number of weights used in the counterweight device is changed as described above. Sometimes, it is not necessary to adjust the length of the lower suspension cable connected to the lower side of the counterweight device.
