2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally , in this type of construction method, a crane is used to suspend an excavator having a large number of buckets with claws, which is used to excavate underground to form an excavation hole there. Filling this excavation hole with concrete, inserting an iron rod into it, forming a retaining wall for one section, excavating the sections thus formed every other section, and forming the sections so as to be connected appropriately. In addition, an excavator shaped around a chain suspended from a crane, forming a digging groove while moving in the lateral direction, filling it with cement, and driving a reinforcing steel bar into a continuous wall There is an underground earth retaining method to be formed.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional method, the underground is excavated by a chain saw method, so that a relatively narrow excavation hole can be formed to form a continuous wall. Among the conventional methods, an excavator was hung on a crane, a trench was placed and excavated, and cement was filled into the excavator to form a wall of a section. In the method of excavating and forming a reinforced material into each section, it is commonly referred to in the industry as the kangaroo method. Since the walls are formed for each section and they are made to be continuous, it is difficult to form them in a straight line first, and there is a problem in the reliability of the joint, and the strength of the whole continuous wall is low. House because it is low and cannot be formed accurately Although it is possible construction if the small ones of the foundation work position, the use of up to other ranges has become poor in the difficult and versatility.

Further, in a construction method in which an excavator is hung on a crane, the excavator is excavated while moving in the direction of forming a groove in the ground, and a cement and a reinforcing bar are driven into the excavator. It does not easily form a straight line under soil conditions, and is therefore impractical unless used in combination with a relatively complicated control device.

Further, in any of the above-mentioned construction methods, since a ready-mixed concrete car is moved to a construction site and is driven here to perform concrete driving, it is inevitably a cause of pollution such as dust of cement and noise. In particular, construction in urban and suburban areas still has various problems such as difficulty in getting ready-mixed concrete vehicles.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention firstly provides a flat residual panel having a space in which a detachable wall member is to be fitted, and a drilling chain provided around the outer periphery. The excavator is disposed vertically, and the excavating chain is rotated to excavate a groove to a desired depth from the ground surface to the underground, then the remaining panel is left in the groove, and the excavating chain is out of the groove. To the excavator body, and an insertion wall portion for accommodating a wall member, and a moving panel around which an excavating chain is rotatably provided are vertically disposed on the excavator main body, and the insertion wall portion of the moving panel is provided as described above. Inserting into the remaining panel, and inserting a wall member into the insertion wall, excavating to substantially the same depth as the remaining panel, and further excavating underground with the excavating chain of the moving panel The wall members are sequentially arranged in a butt shape in a groove formed by moving in the opposite direction to the remaining panel. It is an underground continuous wall construction method without in order to form a connection wall. Furthermore, the second wall member is formed of precast concrete and has a tapered shape flat cross section,
Furthermore, it is a wall member used for a continuous wall construction method in which a butt portion of an end side edge is formed in an engagement shape. Thirdly, a continuous wall member used for a continuous wall construction method in which the wall member is formed of an iron plate, and a flat cross-sectional shape is tapered, and a butt portion of an end side edge is formed in an engagement shape. It is. further,
Fourth, the wall member is formed into a frame shape with an iron plate, and is formed in a shape used in combination with precast concrete, and
The above object is achieved by a wall member used in an underground continuous wall construction method in which a flat cross-sectional shape is tapered and a butt portion of an end side edge is formed in an engagement shape.

According to the underground continuous wall method of the present invention and the wall member used for the method, first, a trench is excavated vertically into the underground with a remaining panel consisting of a wide panel vertically installed on an excavator.
It is left at a desired depth, and then is inserted into a space provided in the remaining panel. The insertion wall portion of the movable panel, which is relatively narrower than the remaining panel suspended from the excavator and is capable of storing a wall member. And excavation in the vertical direction is stopped when it reaches the same depth as the space, and further excavation is performed by moving the movable panel laterally in the opposite direction to the remaining panel at this depth. Then, when the excavation groove portion becomes the width of the second wall member, the wall member on the ground is hung and inserted into the excavator. As described above, when the space length is such that the next wall member can be inserted sequentially as the mobile panel excavates in the lateral direction, the next wall member is inserted. By repeating this, a continuous wall is formed.

Further, since the wall member has a tapered flat cross section and is made of a precast concrete, an iron plate, or a steel frame, and is formed in combination with the precast concrete, the wall member has a continuous wall shape. In this case, it is easy to insert into the insertion wall portion, the construction is easy, the watertightness of the seam portion is high, the straight and R-shaped continuous wall can be accurately formed, and it becomes strong.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. The guide wheels 2 and 2a may be eliminated, and the chain 6 may be provided around the panel body 1, and the column 9 is not necessarily required in the space 9. In the above embodiment, only the case of forming a straight excavation groove was described, but if an arc-shaped panel is formed and the wall member is also formed in an arc shape, an arc-shaped continuous wall can be formed. It may be in the shape of an arc in advance, or may be in the shape of an arc to avoid an obstacle.
When the panel is excavated and inserted into the ground, it slightly tilts toward the excavator in consideration of earth pressure. In addition, the material of the wall member may be arbitrary, and may be arbitrarily determined within the range in which the object, operation, and effects of the invention described later are exhibited, and such changes do not change the gist of the invention. Needless to say.

As described above in detail, according to the present invention, the underground is firstly excavated with a wide remaining panel, and when the depth reaches a desired level, the excavation chain is removed and buried as it is. When the movable panel is inserted while excavating, and when the space portion of the remaining panel and the lower end of the insertion wall portion have the same depth, a groove is formed while excavating in the lateral direction, and the wall member is continuously inserted here. Since the continuous wall is constructed, it is possible to quickly and accurately form a continuous wall such as a straight line or an R-shape. It is difficult to enter,
The generation of dust, noise, etc. for a ready-mixed concrete car can be prevented.

Further, since the wall member is manufactured in advance at a factory or the like, a high-precision, high-strength, and constant one can be manufactured. Therefore, the wall member can immediately function as a continuous wall. It is easy to produce a shape that avoids obstacles in the field, and it is very easy to construct a continuous wall with a variable shape by using an R shape panel and a linear shape panel in combination. Therefore, the present invention is rich in practicality and has a unique effect.
