Description: TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a button and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a combination button having a large mounting force and a method for manufacturing the same. (Prior art and its disadvantages) Among buttons for clothes, there is a type in which a button, such as a design, is attached to a cloth of clothes by a mounting member having a post whose tip can swell, and is widely used for jeans and the like. Have been. There are several types of buttons of this type, each with its own strengths and weaknesses. 1 to 5 show buttons according to the prior art, respectively. The button shown in FIG. 1 is obtained by combining a back plate 2 having a cylindrical leg at the periphery of a front plate 1 and loading a thick plate 3 into a space formed inside the back plate 2. The post of the mounting member 5 is pierced through the cloth of No. 4 and the tip of the post is hit against a thick plate to expand. As a result, the button is fixed, but the degree of swelling of the tip of the post differs every time the work is performed. In some cases, the fixing is not performed sufficiently and the button may fall off. FIG. 2 shows a button body 7 made of plastic or die-cast, in which a center hole is provided, a post of an attaching member 8 is inserted into the hole, the tip of which is caulked, and a cap 6 is provided. However, this type of button requires a cap to be installed later. Also, since the molding of the main body cannot be performed unless the hole is tapered, the hole is large from the upper end side downward, and a relatively large force was applied when the post was insufficiently caulked or after fixing. Occasionally, the locking force of the hole is insufficient, causing the button to fall off. The same applies to the example shown in FIG. 3, in which the center hole of the plastic or die-cast 9 has a taper.
Even if the jagged part of the post is enough, it easily falls off against external force. The example of FIG. 4 is the same as the example of FIG. 3 except that the button is composed of two members 11 and 12, and the button is easily detached from the attachment 13. In the example of FIG. 5, the button is formed of a plastic member 14 having a large hole on the upper side and a plug member 15. Even if the plug member is fitted after caulking the tip of the mounting member 16,
There was a problem that the plug member was easily detached. (Objects of the Invention) Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a case in which a button is formed of plastic or die-casting or the like, and is used in combination with a button of a type in which attachment of clothes to cloth is performed by an attachment member having a post. An object of the present invention is to provide a button having a large mounting force. (Summary of the Invention) The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following buttons and a method for manufacturing the same. The button of the present invention is a two-part button, which is used in combination with an attachment member to attach it to the garment fabric. The button has a large head and a leg integrally formed on the back surface thereof, has a large-diameter hole at the center, and has a small-diameter hole communicating with the large-diameter hole at the bottom. An outer member having a diameter hole tapered toward the small diameter hole at a lower portion; and a substantially constant outer diameter capable of fitting into the large diameter hole of the outer member, and a substantially constant diameter at a lower end. Consisting of an inner member having legs formed with a concave hole,
By press-fitting the legs of the inner member into the large-diameter holes of the outer member, the peripheral wall of the concave hole is deformed inward by the lower portion that tapers the large-diameter holes of the outer member. The inside has been transformed into a wide hole with a narrow entrance. The button of the present invention thereby allows the tip of the mounting member to bulge into the concave hole and to be fixed to the clothing cloth. When the post of the mounting member is inserted into the recess from the insertion hole of the button and crimped, the inner member is pulled by the bulging portion of the post, so that the outer member is also fixed together. The button manufacturing method according to the present invention provides an outer member having the structure described above, a leg capable of being fitted into a large-diameter hole of the outer member as an inner member, and a cylinder formed at a lower end of the leg. A button is manufactured by preparing an inner member having a concave hole and fitting the inner member into the large-diameter hole of the outer member, and applying strong pressure to deform the lower end portion of the inner member inward. I do. According to the method of the present invention, buttons can be manufactured from metal or plastic materials by die casting or plastic molding without the problems associated with tapers. (Explanation of Example) Hereinafter, the implementation of the present invention will be described in detail. 6 and 7 show the structure of the button of the present invention and a method of manufacturing the same, FIG. 8 shows a mounting member used in combination with the button, and FIG. 9 shows the mounting of the button of the present invention on clothing. Indicates the mounting state. The button of the present invention comprises a combination of two members manufactured by die casting or plastic molding from metal or plastic. These members may be of the same material or of different materials. Further, at least the post portion of the mounting member used in combination with the button of the present invention is preferably made of plastic or metal which is easily swollen by caulking. Such a material is a matter of design and can be easily selected by those skilled in the art. FIG. 6 shows the structure of the outer member 20 and the inner member 21 before forming the button (FIGS. 8-9) of the present invention. The outer member 20 has a large-diameter circular or polygonal or any peripheral shape flange 24 having a bottom surface 22 for contacting a cloth such as clothes and an upper surface 23 forming the surface of a button, and substantially protruding downward from the flange. It is an integrally formed body of a cylindrical leg 25. A disk-shaped hole 26 having the largest diameter in order from top to bottom along the center axis of the outer member 20, a large-diameter cylindrical hole 27 having a taper narrowed toward the lower end, and a tip of the post of the mounting member. A small diameter hole 28 is formed to allow insertion, and a taper or counterbore 29 is formed at the lowermost part to facilitate insertion of the post. The hole 26 having the largest diameter is for providing a design surface to be formed on the surface of the inner member 21, and may have the same diameter as the upper end of the hole 27 depending on circumstances. The inner member 21 is integrally formed of a large-diameter portion 30 having a diameter and a height that can be fitted into the maximum-diameter hole 26 of the outer member, and a substantially cylindrical leg 31 that can be fitted into the large-diameter hole 27 of the outer member. Body.
If the hole 26 of the outer member is tapered, the large diameter portion 30
Also have a correspondingly tapered diameter. The length of the leg 31 is a small diameter hole
Determined from the upper end of 28 to the lower end of the maximum diameter hole. Inner member 21
A substantially constant concave hole 32 is formed from the bottom at the lower end.
This recess has a slightly larger diameter at the entrance side than at the back. This is because a molded product cannot be pulled out of a molding die with a reverse taper. Using the inner member and the outer members 20 and 21 formed as described above, a button is assembled and completed as follows. That is, the inner member 21 is inserted into the holes 26 and 27 of the outer member 20 from above as shown in FIG. It is curved inward by the tapered surface of the portion to form a narrow entrance hole.
The inner and outer members 21, 20 of the button 33 thus obtained are merely stopped by friction. Next, as shown in FIG. 8, the thus obtained button is attached to the garment fabric 37 as shown in FIG. 9 by a mounting member 36 comprising a flange 34 and a post 35 erecting therefrom.
Attached to. Using appropriate fittings, pierce the tip of the mounting member post 35 through the fabric 37 and then
It is pushed into the recess 32 whose entrance is narrower from 28. Thereby, the upper end of the post 35 swells into the concave hole 32. In this manner, since the inner member 21 of the button 33 is strongly pulled by the cloth 37, the outer member 20 is also fixed to the cloth. (Effects) As described above, according to the button and the method of manufacturing the same according to the present invention, the problem related to the taper of the mounting hole, which is the problem in the plastic or die-cast button, and the problem of the fixing force to the button cloth. In addition, the problem of complication of the process can be avoided, and reliable and easy mounting can be performed.
