廻っている間は、これを無視するように失火に対する応
答時間を設けると、実際に失火した場合にも燃料供給装
置が作動しており、バーナ内に余分な燃料が供給され、
油だまりが発生してしまう。

を継続している。そして運転中に炎無しを検知したとき
は燃料ポンプ6を停止するべく出力すると共に、内部タ
イマーを起動させる。その後内部タイマーが管理する一
定時間内に炎検知回路の炎有りを検知したときは、一時
的にレベルが低下したとして再び燃料ポンプ6を作動す
るべく出力し、定常燃焼へ戻る。しかし、一定時間内に
炎有りを検知できなかったときは実際に消炎したとして
運転を停止させる。

発明の効果 上記したように本発明によれば、燃焼中に炎検知装置
が炎無しを検知した時点で燃料供給装置を停止状態にす
ると共に、その後入一定時間以内に再び炎有りを検知し
た場合は燃料供給装置を再び作動状態とし、また一定時
間以内に炎有りを検知しない場合は運転を停止させるよ
うにすることにより、燃焼用空気量のわずかな変動等に
より一時的に炎検知レベルが基準値を下廻ってもしかる
後基準値以上に復帰すれば運転を継続でき、また実際に
失火した場合は余分な燃料供給を行なわない為、油だま
りも発生しにくくすることができる。

し、前記一定時間以内に炎有りを検知しない場合は運転
を停止するマイコン(4)を備えたことを特徴とする燃
焼制御装置。
