SOLUTION: An off-connection detecting means 9 is provided to detect a resistance value for the adjustment of an adjusting means 5 to sea-level and an abnormal resistance value in case of disconnection or off-connection as change in a voltage value and compares the results with specified values to judge thereby accomplishing an adjusting to a sea-level and a detection of abnormality. The operation is stopped through a control circuit 1 when abnormality is detected to prevent abnormal combustion while displaying the abnormal condition on a display means 4. Thus, the details of the abnormality can be learned easily thereby enabling use in extreme safety with security.

て異常燃焼を未然に防止出来、又この異常状態を表示手
段で的確に知らせることが出来、常に安全で安心して使
用出来るものである。
