In the lock structure of the present invention, when the lid is pressed toward the main body after the flexible locking frame contacts the locking projection, the tip of the locking projection slides on the locking slope. It moves and elastically deforms. When the tip end of the locking projection gets over the critical convex portion, the elastic force of the locking projection restores its shape so that it slides on the lock releasing inclined surface, and the elastic force of the flexible locking frame also increases. In addition, the locking projection is inserted and locked in the locking hole. At this time, if the pressing operation of the lid body against the main body is stopped before overcoming the critical convex portion, the locking frame is pressed by the elastic force of the locking projection, and the lid body is disengaged from the main body. As a result, it is possible to easily recognize that the locking projection is in an incompletely fitted state in which the locking projection is not completely inserted and locked in the locking hole of the locking frame.

When the locking projection is pulled out from the locking hole and the locked state is released after the locking projection is inserted and locked in the locking hole, a flexible locking frame is used. In a state in which the lid is slightly bent toward the outside, that is, in a state in which the locking frame is bent toward the outside so that the tip of the locking projection rides on the inclined surface for unlocking, the lid is moved away from the main body. When pulled up, the tip of the locking projection elastically deforms in the opening direction of the lid from the main body and slides on the lock releasing inclined surface. Then, when the tip of the locking projection gets over the critical convex portion, the elastic force of the locking projection itself restores the shape so that the locking projection slides and the elastic force of the flexible locking frame also increases. In addition, the locking projection is pulled out from the locking hole. At this time, the locking projections slide on the locking inclined surface by the elastic force of the locking projections and the elastic force of the locking frame, so that the lid body is pushed up from the main body. Therefore, when removing the lid from the main body, bend the flexible locking frame toward the outside and place the tip of the locking projection on the inclined surface for locking. The lid can be easily removed from the main body because it is pushed up.

As described above, in the lock structure of the present embodiment, by providing the critical projection 41 at the top where the locking inclined surface 19 and the unlocking inclined surface are continuous, the tip portion 37a of the locking projection 37 is formed. If the lower frame 17 is moved downward to such an extent that the tip portion gets over the critical convex portion 41, that is, if the lid body 35 is pressed toward the main body 31, the tip portion 37a of the locking projection 37 will have an inclined surface for unlocking. The locking frame 15 is pushed down by sliding on 39 and is inserted and locked in the locking hole 13 by its own elastic force. Therefore, it can be easily locked. Further, if the pressing operation of the lid 35 against the main body 31 is stopped before the tip portion 37a of the locking projection 37 gets over the critical convex portion 41, the locking frame 15 is pushed up by the elastic force of the locking projection 37. The incompletely fitted state in which the locking projection 37 is not completely inserted and locked in the locking hole 13 can be easily recognized. As a result, incomplete fitting of the lid 35 to the main body 31 can be prevented.

Further, since the tip end portion 37a of the locking projection 37 rides over the critical convex portion 41 while being elastically deformed, the locking frame 1
The amount of flexure of No. 5 can be reduced. Therefore, the locking projection 37 can be easily inserted into the locking hole 13, and the locking projection 37 can be easily pulled out from the locking hole 13. Further, in the state where the locking projection 37 is inserted and locked in the locking hole 13, the locking force is the same as the conventional one.

In this embodiment, the side wall 23 of the lid 35 is used.
Although the example in which the lock arm is formed in the main body 31 and the lock portion 29 is provided on the side wall 27 of the main body 31 is shown, the lock structure of the present invention can be applied to a structure in which the side wall 23 and the side wall 27 are connected by a hinge.

As described above, according to the lock structure of the main body and the lid according to the present invention, the locking projection is made flexible so that the tip portion is elastically deformed in the closing direction and the opening direction. Since it is formed in a flat plate shape and the critical projection is formed on the locking frame, the tip of the locking projection can easily get over the critical projection only by slightly moving the locking frame upward or downward. . Therefore, it is possible to prevent the locking projection from being incompletely fitted into the locking hole and to easily pull out the locking projection from the locking hole.

構造。
1. A locking projection projecting from a main body is inserted into a locking hole formed by a flexible locking frame formed on a lid.
In a lock structure that locks and locks the main body and the lid, the locking projection is flexible so that the tip end elastically deforms toward the closing direction of the lid to the main body and the opposite side of the closing direction. Of the locking frame, and is formed in a flat plate shape having flexibility.
Provided on the periphery of the stop hole portion, from the lock hole portion side to the lock protrusion side
And a locking slope that is downwardly inclined toward the lock and the locking frame.
Locking upward from the lower end of the lock protrusion toward the locking protrusion
Forming a critical projection on the top that is continuous with the slope for lock, and the tip of the flexible locking projection slides on the slope for lock.
Then, while overcoming the critical convex portion and being inserted into the locking portion, the tip end portion of the flexible locking protrusion releases the lock.
A lock structure for a main body and a lid, which slides on a slope for use, rides over the critical convex portion, and is pulled out from the locking hole portion.
