【発明の効果】本発明の熱間圧延機の温度制御方法及び
装置によれば、圧延機内に温度計を設け、本温度計に対
し仕上圧延機出側温度を所定の目標温度となる様な設定
を与える構成としたので、温度検出器から制御装置まで
短い時間で制御できるため鋼帯長手方向温度が非常に均
一になり且つ仕上出側温度が所定の目標温度となり良好
な材質の鋼帯が得られる効果を奏するものである。

(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 熱間圧延機の温度制御方法において、連
続式仕上圧延機内並びに出側に温度計を及び仕上圧延機
内に冷却装置を備え、前記仕上圧延機内温度目標値とし
て、仕上圧延機出側目標温度と仕上実測温度及び通板目
標温度と通板実測速度の1次式を下記に示す如く与え、
該目標値と温度計測値との偏差により前記冷却装置の注
水量を変更することを特徴とする熱間圧延機の温度制御
