TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a clothes drying device capable of drying clothes and controlling aerobic clothes pests. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when storing clothes, the stored clothes often cannot be used due to insect damage. For this reason, conventionally, the stored clothes are dried by insects and the insects on the clothes are exterminated, or a sublimable insect repellent such as naphthalene is enclosed in a closet or a clothes case, and the insects are effectively treated by the medicinal effects. I try not to approach them. Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, among such conventional insect control methods,
In the case of insect drying, there is the inconvenience that the execution time is decided depending on the weather, and it is difficult for households at present because it requires a lot of work and requires a large space for deploying clothing. There is a problem to say. Further, in the case of using an insect repellent, the insect repellent does not have an insecticidal effect, so that a complete insect repellent effect cannot be obtained, and there is a problem that the clothes smell or the clothes discolor, and Further, since the insect repellent is a consumable item, it is unavoidable to forget to replenish it in the closet, which causes an unexpected damage. Means for Solving the Problems In the clothes drying apparatus of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, warm air is blown into the storage bag body by using an air blower. To do. For this purpose, the air supply device is provided with a gas separator having a configuration using a gas separation membrane for separating oxygen, and this gas separator is provided with a storage bag inside and a storage bag via a gas supply pipe system. Air is supplied from one or both outside the body. The gas separation membrane is further provided with a non-permeation gas extraction pipe system and a permeation gas extraction pipe system, from which oxygen-enriched gas is taken out and oxygen-depleted gas is taken out from the other. Of the above two pipe systems, the pipe system for taking out the oxygen-enriched gas is opened outside the storage bag, and the other pipe system for taking out the oxygen-depleted gas is provided with a heating means to warm the air passing through the pipes. The oxygen-enriched gas is discharged to the outside of the accommodating bag, while the oxygen-depleted gas, which is warm air, is introduced into the accommodating bag. The storage bag is combined with an air supply device and at least the upper side and the side are substantially closed to maintain the internal air at a high temperature and oxygen-deficient state, but when opened, the internal clothing can be taken in and out. Action Since the clothes drying apparatus of the present invention has such a structure, the storage bag is filled with oxygen-poor warm air, which is continued by the operation of the air supply device. As a result, the inside of the storage bag is combined with the hot air of the warm air, and an oxygen-deficient state in which the clothing pests whose survival condition is oxygen cannot exist cannot be established, and the environment is optimal for exterminating the clothing pests. Of course, the warm air will dry the clothes, making them more suitable for subsequent storage and storage. Example FIG. 1 is a front view of a clothes drying device of the present invention. In this example, the storage bag 10 is made of a transparent vinyl chloride sheet,
The upper side and both sides are heat-welded, and only the lower side is opened to form a flat bell hood shape, and clothes are put in and taken out from the lower side. In addition, a small hole 11 is opened in the center of the upper side, and when the clothes are stored, the hook 21 of the hanger with the clothes 20 hung from the hole is
Is being issued. In addition, an inlet 12 for a pipe for introducing warm air, which will be described later, is provided in the upper part. On the other hand, the air supply device 30 is housed in the compact case 33 as shown in FIG. 2 and has a gas separation membrane 31 for separating oxygen.
The separated oxygen is outside the storage bag 10 using the exhaust port
The oxygen-deficient gas exhausted from 61 and separated from oxygen is heated and introduced into the storage bag body 10. In the embodiment, the gas separation membrane 31 has a permeation rate of H 2 O> C.
The one having the characteristics of O 2 > O 2 > CO ≧ N 2 is used,
As such a gas separation membrane, there is "HISEP" (registered trademark) manufactured by Asahi Glass Co., Ltd. The gas separation membrane 31 is housed in a gas separator 32,
A gas supply pipe system 40 is provided on the gas supply side of the gas separator 32.
And a non-permeate gas outlet pipe system 50 that does not permeate the gas separation membrane, and a permeate gas outlet pipe system 60 is connected to the gas permeation side of the gas separator 32. The gas separator 32 differs depending on the structure of the gas separation membrane 31, and the current structure of the gas separation membrane 31 is classified into a flat membrane module, a hollow fiber module, a spiral module and the like. The gas separation membrane 31 is provided with a pressure difference such that the gas supply side is at a high pressure so that gas can permeate through the membrane. A fan 71 and a vacuum pump 72 located on the gas permeation side are provided. The gas supply pipe system 40 is configured to suck air in either or both of the inside of the storage bag and the outside of the storage bag and send the air to the gas separator 32. In the embodiment shown in the figure, only the air outside the storage bag 10 is sucked in through the air port 41. In the embodiment, the gas separation membrane 31 is set to allow O 2 to permeate and separate N 2 to the non-permeate side with a pressure difference set by the permeating gas pressure applying means. Since the permeate side of the gas separation membrane 31 becomes an oxygen-enriched gas, the permeate gas extraction pipe system 60 is an exhaust port outside the storage bag.
61, which allows oxygen-enriched air to flow
Exhausted into the room where 30 are placed. On the other hand, in the non-permeated gas extraction pipe system 50, in the embodiment, the heater 51 is arranged in the pipe immediately after the gas separator 32, and the N 2 is enriched from the intake 12 at the upper part of the storage bag body 10. The air is introduced as warm air into the storage bag body 10. By introducing hot air in the so-called oxygen-deficient state into the storage bag body 10, the storage bag body 10 swells, and excess air is discharged from the lower side of the storage bag body 10 together with the moisture taken from the clothing. Then, the storage bag 10 is filled with hot air in an oxygen-deficient state. In the above process, the clothes drying device of the present invention stores the air bag oxygen-poorized by the air supply device 30 as warm air in the storage bag body.
Since it is full of 10, as the clothes are dried,
Aerobic clothing pests also lack oxygen and die. That is, the pests attached to clothing have an oxygen concentration of 3 to 5% from the atmosphere.
This is because if it is lowered, it will be killed in a short time, so if the oxygen-deficient state is maintained at a high temperature where the oxygen demand becomes high, the activity of the pest can be reduced early and the insect can be gradually killed. In the above process, the clothes drying device of the present invention can be configured as follows. That is, the gas supply pipe system 40 may partially suck the air in the storage bag body 10, and in this case, part of the air in the storage bag body 10 will be recirculated, so that the thermal energy Although it is convenient to save the gas, the gas separation membrane 31 has a recommended operating temperature range, and in the above high setup, there is a risk of membrane destruction when the temperature exceeds 50 ° C. Therefore, the gas separation membrane 31 should be installed in the immediate vicinity of the gas separator 32. For example, it is desirable to attach a damper or the like that operates at 40 ° C. to stop the intake of air from the storage bag body 10 at appropriate times. Further, in the above embodiment, as the permeating gas pressure applying means,
Although the blower fan 71 located on the gas supply side and the vacuum pump 72 located on the gas permeation side are used, a compressor may be provided on the gas supply side, and a filter is provided at the intake port to protect the gas separation membrane. Is desired. Further, as the heating means, the heater is provided in the pipe in the above embodiment, but the heating device is not limited to this. For example, the pipe itself is a heat pipe, and the heat generated by the vacuum pump or the compressor is conducted. You may do so. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the air is supplied to the single storage bag 10 by the single air supply device 30, but the pipe line may be branched and used for a large number of storage bags at the same time. Because of this, the tubing
It is desirable to connect 50 with a joint 52 for extension connection. In the above example, the gas separation membrane "HISEPP" was used, and the pressure difference was such that O 2 was permeated and N 2 was separated into the non-permeation side. Depending on the situation, the connection between the non-permeate gas extraction pipe system and the permeated gas extraction pipe system may be reversed, but the point is that the non-permeated gas extraction pipe system and the permeated gas extraction pipe system are connected to each other. Among them, the pipe system on the side for taking out the oxygen-enriched gas separated by the gas separation membrane is opened outside the storage bag, while the pipe system on the side for taking out the oxygen-poor gas is provided with a heating means, and The tip of the tubing system may be opened inside the storage bag. Furthermore, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the storage bag is made of vinyl chloride and the lower side is opened, but it is not limited to this, and it is made of nylon or polyethylene, and further made of a moderately breathable nonwoven fabric, etc. Alternatively, for example, by closing the lower side and attaching a fastener that can be opened on the front side so that it can be opened and closed at any time so that it can be almost sealed when closed, in this case, open a small hole at an appropriate place on the upper side. Alternatively, it may be used as an exhaust port for hot air inside, or a simple check valve may be provided at the intake port for hot air in an oxygen-deficient state. Also, if you make a storage bag cheaply, this can be used as a dust cover,
It can be stored as is in a storage case. EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION The clothes drying apparatus of the present invention thus not only drys clothes by sending hot air in an oxygen-deficient state into the storage bag to maintain the high-temperature oxygen-deficient state, but also protects the clothes from harmful insects. Since it will destroy the clothes, it can be put into a state in which clothing can be stored safely for a long time.
