ビニ−ル等の熱収縮性材料が適している。また多孔質部
材8には、バイリ−ンマット(ポリエステル不織布)、
セラミックウ−ル、ガラスウ−ル等が適している。また
多孔質部材8の充填はシ−ト状部材7と磁脚部1aとの
間隙部全体またはその端部付近に行なう。

を抑制できる。
