FIG. 1 is an explanatory view showing an example of a connecting structure according to the present invention, and particularly shows a connecting portion when laterally stretched.
To further illustrate, the connecting portion is a male real connecting portion 1 of the panel 1
7 , the female actual connecting portion 20 abuts each other, and the male actual connecting portion 1
Is fixed to the base A fixture 26 with crown of head beating structure penetrating rain flashing plate 22 and the male real connecting portion 17 from 7, insert the female real connection 20 to the male real connecting portion 17, the In addition, the fixture 26 has a connection structure that is not exposed on the decorative surface.
That is, in the panel 1, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, the core material 18 is integrally interposed between the front surface material 2 and the rear surface material 10, and the male type actual connecting portion 17 and the female type actual connecting portion 17 are provided on both side edges in the longitudinal direction. part 20 and the formed width 300 to 1000 mm, length 100~20000mm position, total thickness 20
~ 200mm sandwich structure. The above-mentioned front and back materials 2 and 10 are, for example, Al, Fe, Cu, stainless steel, aluminum, zinc alloy plated steel plate, color steel plate, enamel steel plate, fluororesin coated steel plate, clad steel plate, sandwich steel plate, etc. It is formed into a predetermined shape by roll forming or the like. Further explaining, the surface material 2 is a flat rectangular shaped decorative surface 3 as shown in FIG. 3, a concave portion 4 formed on one side edge thereof, a reinforcing guide piece 5, and the decorative surface 3 described above.
And an end portion of the cover 6 which is bent inward and extended inward. In addition, a side wall decorative surface 7 whose other side wall end is bent inward, a fixed part 8 whose lower end is horizontally extended outward, and a guide part 9 which functions as an inward reinforcing and guiding end of the fixed part 8. Is composed of one plate.
Further, the back surface material 10 has a bottom surface 11 corresponding to the decorative surface 3 of the front surface material 2 and one longitudinal side edge thereof bent inward, and then a small recess 12 bent outward and its tip end inward. The reinforcing portion 13 bent inward and extended inward as it is, the other side edge of the bottom surface 11 inwardly bent, and the auxiliary insertion edge 14 extended as it inclines and its end rises vertically. It is formed from a contact surface 15 and an auxiliary piece 16 which is then bent inward and extended inward. Examples of the core material 18 include synthetic resin foams such as polyisocyanurate foam, phenol foam, polyurea foam, and polyimide foam, and flame retardants (borate, silicate, phosphate, etc.), and flame retardant in these synthetic resin foams. Auxiliary agents (gypsum slag, talc, shirasu balloons, etc.), aggregates (perlite, glass beads, etc.), fibrous substances (long and short fibers), etc. roughly or densely mixed, or phenol foam around perlite The powder is coated, and the powder is heated and pressurized to foam, and is formed by a single material or a combination of a plurality of materials. The core material 18 is formed by filling the space between the front surface material 2 and the back surface material 10 as shown in FIG. The function of the core material 18 is to use it as a heat insulating material, an adhesive material, a reinforcing material, a bulking material, a fireproof material, a weight reducing material, a sound absorbing material, and mixing, reacting and foaming liquid raw materials for a short time. Or the core material 18 molded into a predetermined shape by using a separate adhesive is integrated. In addition, if the reinforcing fibers (including net-like and sheet-like) B consisting of long and short fibers, for example, are integrally interposed between the surface material 2 and the core material 18 as shown in FIG. It helps prevent cracks, increases strength and strengthens adhesive strength. Further, the panel 1 is intended to shut off the thermal bridge by separating the front and back materials 2 and 10 to prevent them from coming into contact with each other, as shown in FIG. 2, for example. That is, the panel 1 when the decorative surface 3 in the longitudinal direction of the male to one side wall Actual coupling portion 17 to form a female real connection 20 to the other side wall, for connecting the panel 1 to each other necessary, in Figure 1 As shown in the drawing, a packing material 27 having waterproofness, fireproofness and cushioning properties is interposed in the connecting contact portion. Male male connection part
Reference numeral 17 denotes a back surface material facing the fixed portion 8 and the guide portion 9 of the surface material 2.
The end of the bottom surface 11 of the 10, the present surface 15, the auxiliary piece 16 and the side wall of the core material 18
18a and the whole cross section is concave, and at the center of the concave line,
A ridge storage groove 19 is formed between the guide portion 9 and the auxiliary insertion edge 14, and the thickness T 1 is smaller than the total thickness T of the panel 1 and the head of the fixture 26 can be stored. is there. Further, the female actual connecting portion 20 is a convex portion formed by the concave portion 4 of the surface material 2, the reinforcing guide piece 5, the cover portion 6, the small concave portion 12 of the back surface material 10, the reinforcing portion 13, and the side wall portion 18b of the core material 18. It has a strip 21 and is inserted into the projection storage groove 19. As shown in FIG. 5, the rain baffle plate 22 comprises a mounting portion 23, a rising portion 24, and an auxiliary tongue piece 25. The mounting portion 23 has mounting holes 23a corresponding to the pitch of the base A. As shown in FIG. 1, the rain baffle 22 is mounted in a space formed between the cover 6, the recess 4 and the fixed portion 8 to prevent rain and wind from entering the joints. Fastener 26 is a bolt, nut, made of washers or the like, the panel 1 through the fixing unit 8 of the panel 1 to the base A
Is to fix.

First, the fixing part 8 of the panel 1 is fixed to the base A by attaching the rain return plate 22 with the fixing tool 26. Then the small recesses 12 of the female real connection 20 of the panel 1 'to be the upper, ridges 21, interpolation fitted interposed packing material 27 a recess 4 in the male real connecting portion 17. Therefore, connection of the panel 1, 1 'becomes the structure shown in Figure 1.

Since the rain return plate is fixed on the fixing portion via the fixing tool, it is possible to prevent rain and wind from entering the connecting portion. Since the head of the fixture is covered with the cover of the panel, the head of the fixture has a beautiful appearance without being exposed to the decorative surface. The head of the fixture can also be protected from wind and rain depending on the mounting direction of the rain baffle. Each part serves as a guide for mounting the panel,
It will be extremely easy. And so on.
