部3aからのそれより大きくしたもので、これを図示する
ものに付き更に説明すると、該バーナ2は、長手の継目
無し円管を楕円又は長円にプレス成形した胴体部2aの両
端に側板2bを施した主バーナ本体2cと、該主バーナ本体
2cの一側の側板2の上半分位置から、継目無し円管を楕
円又は長円にプレス成形した胴体部2dの反対側端部に側
板2eを施して、該主バーナ本体2c内と連通する副バーナ
本体2fを設け、該主バーナ本体2cの胴体部2aの上面に長
手方向に沿う主炎口部3aを設け、該炎口部3aは該胴体部
2aの上面に設けた溝部に金網5を施すと共に、該金網5
の内面に間隔を存してパンチング板からなるバックネッ
ト6を施して構成し、該気化器加熱用の炎口部3bは該胴
体部2dの上面に設けた溝部に金網7を施すと共に、該金
網7の内面に間隔を存してパンチング板からなるバック
ネット8を施して構成し、主炎口部3aを構成する金網5
の孔径を、0、95φ、(cm2)バックネット6の孔径を
0、35φとし、気化器加熱用の炎口部3bを構成する金網
7並びにバックネット8の孔径を0、35φとすること
で、該気化器加熱用の炎口部3bからの気化ガスの噴出速
度を主炎口部3aからの気化ガスの噴出速度より大きくし
た。尚、図面で9は該副バーナ本体2fの下方に位置させ
て主バーナ本体2c内に挿通した混合管を示し、該混合管
9の外端中央に、前記気化器1に連なるノズル10を臨ま
せ、該ノズル10から気化ガスを噴出させるとき、該混合
管9に同時に空気を吸込んで、該混合管9内で気化ガス
と空気を混合して各炎口部3a,3bに混合気を供給する。

なる給油管12の一部をステンレスその他の耐熱材で構成
し、該耐熱材で構成される部分12aに電熱ヒータ13を沿
わせ、これらを銅の高圧放電溶射によって接合して構成
し、前記ノズル10は該給油管12の先端に取付けた。そし
て該ノズル10には電磁弁(図示しない)を臨ませ、該電
磁弁は弁筐内に臨ませた温度センサで該弁筐内の気化ガ
スが一定温度以上になったとを検出したとき、該電磁弁
を開くようにした。

謂バック燃焼を生じないの効果が有る。
