In the case of the above-described conventional suspension support device for the traveling rail, when the traverse rail is suddenly inverted due to the necessity of work, the traveling rail swings greatly in the lateral direction and moves. , When the traveling rail moves, the rod oscillates. Since the rod is inserted through the relatively small diameter through holes in the upper rod receiving member and the lower rod receiving member, the swing angle is small, and the upper nut Since the upper nut and the upper rod receiving member are in surface contact with each other and the lower nut and the lower rod receiving member are in surface contact with each other, the swing resistance is large. For this reason, an excessive load is applied to each part of the suspension supporting device, and the recovery from the movement of the traveling rail does not proceed smoothly, which is a great obstacle to the progress of work.

The traverse rail 34 has a long span, and FIG.
As shown in 0, while the traverse rail 34 is being moved in the direction of arrow A, the chain or the like of the hoisting machine 38 at one end of the traverse rail 34 is pulled to suddenly move the traverse rail 3
When one end of 4 is reversed and moved in the opposite direction (arrow B direction), one end of the traverse rail 34 is moved while the other end of the traverse rail 34 is moving in the arrow A direction due to inertia. Since the traveling rail 13 is moved in the direction of the arrow B, the traveling rail 13 largely swings in any direction and laterally moves. In such a case, in the case of the present invention at such a time, the hanging metal fitting 6 can largely swing in an arbitrary direction, thereby allowing a large lateral movement of the traveling rail 13 and absorbing the swing to thereby propel the traveling rail. 13 can be smoothly returned. Furthermore, since the upper eye fitting 2 and the upper lateral pin 7 and the lower eye fitting 5 and the lower lateral pin 10 are in point or linear contact, respectively, the swing resistance can be reduced, and the hanging support device The load applied to each part can be significantly reduced.

According to the present invention, the upper part of the vertical screw rod 3 is screwed onto the female screw cylinder 1 of the upper eye fitting 2 having the ring-shaped head 42 and the female screw cylinder 1 to form the ring-shaped head 46.
The lower eye fitting 5 of the lower eye fitting 5 including the female thread cylinder 4 and the lower part of the vertical screw rod 3 is screwed into the hanging fitting 6 of which the length is adjustable, and the ring of the upper eye fitting 2 is formed. The head portion 42 is arranged in the groove 43 of the downwardly-opening groove-shaped support fitting 21, and the upper horizontal pin 7 having a diameter smaller than the hole diameter is inserted into the circular hole 45 of the ring-shaped head portion 42 to form the upper portion. The lateral pin 7 is penetrated through the groove side plate 44 of the support fitting 21,
Further, a gap is formed between the ring-shaped head 42 of the upper eye fitting 2 and the groove side plate 44 of the support fitting 21 so that the upper eye fitting 2 supported by the upper lateral pin 7 can be appropriately tilted and swung. The support fitting 21 is fixed to the lower portion of the upper support member 8, and the ring-shaped head portion 46 of the lower eye fitting 5 is arranged in the groove 47 of the upward-opening groove-shaped support fitting 12 to form the ring-shaped head portion. A lower horizontal pin 10 having a smaller diameter than the hole diameter is inserted into the circular hole 49 of the hole 46, the lower horizontal pin 10 is penetrated into the groove side plate 48 of the support fitting 12, and the ring-shaped head of the lower eye fitting 5 is inserted. 46 and the groove side plate 48 of the support fitting 12
And a lower eye fitting 5 supported by the lower horizontal pin 10 forms a gap in which the lower eye fitting 5 can be appropriately tilted and swung, and a traveling rail 13 is suspended and supported via the support fitting 12. Therefore, according to the present invention, with respect to the upper lateral pin 7 attached to the upper support fitting 9, the hanging fitting 6 is swung at a large angle in an arbitrary direction, and the lower support attached to the rail clamp 11 that grips the traveling rail 13 is supported. The hanging metal fitting 6 can be swung by a large angle with respect to the metal fitting 12, and in combination with these, an unreasonable load is generated in each part of the support metal fitting against the swinging of the traveling rail 13 in the front-back direction and the left-right direction. Absent. Further, since the upper eye fitting 2 and the upper horizontal pin 7 and the lower eye fitting 5 and the lower horizontal pin 10 are in point or line contact with each other, the swing resistance of the hanging fitting 6 can be reduced, and the hanging support device can be provided. The load applied to each part of can be significantly reduced. As described above, according to the present invention, when one end of the traverse rail 34 is suddenly inverted and moved in the opposite direction during the work, the traveling rail 13 largely swings and laterally moves. The hanging metal fitting 6 can be largely swung in any direction, so that an unreasonable load is not generated in each part in the suspended supporting condition, and the swing of the running rail 13 is smoothly absorbed to allow the running rail 13 to move. 13 can be returned smoothly, and workability can be improved.
