2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a solvent vapor is brought into contact with an object to be cleaned to condense the vapor on the surface of the object to be cleaned, and the condensed and liquefied cleaning liquid drops on the surface of the object to be cleaned. A steam cleaning method for performing cleaning is known.

In this steam cleaning, when the temperature of the object to be cleaned and the temperature of the steam are close to each other, the condensation cannot be performed. Therefore, when the object to be cleaned has a small heat capacity, the temperature of the object to be cleaned rises quickly, so that the vapor can hardly be condensed and liquefied on the surface of the object to be cleaned.

Further, in a method in which a cooling coil is provided in the upper part of the steam cleaning tank and the condensate is allowed to fall naturally, the necessary amount of the condensate can be collectively sprayed onto the object to be cleaned or uniformly condensed on the object to be cleaned. It has the drawback that it cannot spray liquid.

The present invention is intended to solve the above-mentioned problems, and enables a condensate obtained by condensing vapor to be collectively sprayed when necessary, so that a required amount can be reliably applied to an object to be cleaned. It is possible to disperse it evenly and evenly. Moreover, it is intended to make the spraying possible at a low cost by a simple device without using a pump or the like.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention forms a condensation chamber in a steam cleaning section of a steam cleaning tank for performing steam cleaning of an object to be cleaned, separately from the steam cleaning tank.
In addition, the cooling coil for condensing the steam is inserted into the condensation chamber, and the condensate is placed at the lower end of the condensation chamber to be cleaned. The spraying port for spraying the liquid is connected via a condensate control valve.

By spraying the condensate discharged from the spraying port onto the object to be cleaned, a sufficient amount of condensation can be condensed on the object to be cleaned even when the heat capacity of the object to be cleaned is small and vapor cannot be sufficiently condensed. The liquid can be sprayed, and the final cleaning of the object to be cleaned can be reliably performed.

Since the condensing chamber is formed separately from the steam cleaning tank and is arranged so that it can be freely moved in and out of the steam cleaning tank, a large amount of steam is required when the steam is concentrated. It is possible to efficiently obtain a condensate by moving the condensing chamber toward the center of the cleaning tank to condense. Further, in the case where the condensate is sprayed on the object to be cleaned for finishing cleaning, the condensing chamber can be moved to the upper part of the steam cleaning tank to spray the condensate on the object to be cleaned.

In another aspect of the present invention, in the vapor cleaning tank, a lid is provided with a condensing chamber on the lower surface of the lid for opening and closing the lid when the lid is opened and closed. Along with this, condensation automatically starts, and the condensation chamber is also taken out of the steam cleaning tank by opening the lid, so that there is no obstacle to the entry and exit of the object to be cleaned into and out of the steam cleaning section.
