する。The present invention relates to an electronic circuit board, and more particularly to an electronic circuit board with improved discrimination. (Prior art) As is well known, electronic circuits have recently been adopted for home appliances such as electric washing machines, microwave ovens, and room air conditioners (indoor air conditioners), and are used for the control. In the production of control devices using electronic circuits,
There is a demand for ease of parts management and reduction of parts prices by sharing parts. Under such circumstances, the following has been conventionally performed on the electronic circuit board used for the control device. That is, for example, when the control unit of the electric washing machine has a common basic part across a plurality of models, and there is a slight difference in the electronic circuit based on a difference in a specific specification for each model such as a destination and a washing capacity, the same In order to correspond to a plurality of models using an electronic circuit board, a unique identification code for each model has been stamped on the electronic circuit board or marked with oil-based ink. However, in the above-mentioned conventional technology, the stamp or the marked mark is rubbed by an operator's hand, equipment in a manufacturing process, or the like, and is erased or blurred. There is a problem of increasing the opportunity and the inability to identify the model, the problem of attaching the identification code of the wrong model to perform stamping and marking by hand, and the need to provide a process of attaching the identification symbol. There was a problem that the man-hour for that purpose was needed separately. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention has been made in view of the situation of an electronic circuit board of a device corresponding to a plurality of different models as described above using the same circuit board. However, it is an object of the present invention to provide an electronic circuit board that can reliably and easily identify a model that can be used and that does not require a special man-hour for identification. [Configuration of the Invention] (Means for Solving the Problems) An electronic circuit board of the present invention includes a board on which electronic circuit components are mounted, an identification symbol for identifying a plurality of models displayed on the surface of the circuit board, An identification component mounting hole is formed at a predetermined position of the conductive portion of the predetermined circuit pattern of the circuit board corresponding to each of the identification symbols, and an identification component symbol is displayed near the identification component mounting hole. A circuit is formed by mounting an identification component corresponding to the identification component mounting hole corresponding to the desired identification symbol, and a model to be used is identified. (Operation) The electronic circuit board configured as described above has an identification component mounted in an identification component mounting hole provided with a predetermined identification symbol corresponding to a corresponding model using the electronic circuit board. It is surely recognized that the electronic circuit board is of the applicable model, and it is easily known that the electronic circuit board is not applied to other models. Further, since the identification component to be mounted is a component of a predetermined circuit, it can be used for identification as it is, and there is no need to separately perform processing for identification. (Example) An example of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a plan view of the first embodiment. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a circuit board mainly composed of a substrate 2 made of an insulating material. As shown in the figure, symbols 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d indicating the arrangement of the electronic circuit components are given by silk-screen printing, and a switch 5, a resistor 6a, 6b, 6c, Electronic circuit components such as a capacitor, an integrated circuit device, and a semiconductor device such as a light emitting device (LED) (not shown) are attached to mounting holes 7a, 7b, 7c, 7d formed in the circuit board 1 by lead wires 8a of the electronic circuit components. , 8b, 8c, 8d are inserted and attached or connected. A conductive portion 9 having a predetermined circuit pattern is provided on the back surface of the circuit board 1, and the conductive portion 9 is connected to the lead wires 8a, 8b, 8c, 8d of the electronic circuit component by soldering. . Further, on the main surface 3 side of the circuit board 1, a plurality of symbols using the same circuit pattern as the predetermined circuit pattern,
In this embodiment, the identification symbols 10a, 10b, 10c, and 10d for identifying the four models A, B, C, and D are formed in pairs on the circuit board 1 as identification component mounting holes 11a, 11b, 11c, and 11d. Are marked by silk-screen printing together with identification component symbols 12a, 12b, 12c, and 12d. FIG. 1 shows a case in which the electronic circuit board of the present invention is applied to the model B of the four models, and the identification component mounting hole 11b in which the identification symbol 10b corresponding to the model B is written is provided. A jumper wire 13 as a component is inserted by soldering to the conductive portion 9 on the back side of the circuit board 1 with both ends inserted, and connected in series to the circuit in which the switch 5 is inserted. The insertion of the jumper wire 13 into the identification portion mounting hole 11b is simultaneously performed by an automatic component insertion machine together with, for example, the resistance 6a of an electronic circuit component that differs among the four models.
On the back side of the circuit board 1, there is provided a conductive portion 9 having a predetermined circuit pattern as described above. At a predetermined position of the conductive portion 9, a corresponding identification component is selected in FIG. The identification component mounting hole 11 is located at a position where a circuit is formed by mounting the identification component.
The holes a, 11b, 11c, and 11d are open in pairs. With such a configuration, a usable model can be clearly and easily specified by checking the insertion position of the jumper wire 13, so that marking or stamping with oil-based ink becomes unnecessary. This eliminates the problem that the identification symbol disappears or becomes unclear in the manufacturing process, making it difficult to identify the model, and is useful in manufacturing and parts management. Also, since the jumper wire 13 is inserted into the circuit board 1 at the same time as the other electronic circuit components by the automatic component insertion machine, no human error is involved and no additional man-hours are required. . Further, a second embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 3 is a plan view of a circuit board which is a main part of the second embodiment of the present invention, and the same parts as those in FIGS. 1 and 2 are denoted by the same reference numerals. In the figure, reference numeral 401 denotes a circuit board, on the main surface 403 side of the circuit board 401, symbols 4b, 4c, 4d indicating the arrangement of electronic circuit components, and the same circuit pattern as in the first embodiment. Electronic circuit component mounting holes 411a, 411b, 411c, 41 where the identification symbols 410a, 410b, 410c, 410d for identifying the model also serve as identification components opened on the circuit board 401.
In the vicinity of 1d, it is described by silk-screen printing together with identification and electronic circuit component symbols 412a, 412b, 412c, 412d. In addition, electronic circuit components that also serve as identification components include:
For example, electronic circuit components such as resistors, which have different values for the four models using the same circuit pattern, may be used. A conductive portion 409 of a predetermined circuit pattern is provided on the back surface side of the circuit board 401, and a predetermined position of the conductive portion 409, and in FIG. Electronic circuit component mounting holes 411a, 411b, 411c, 411d also serving as identification components are formed in pairs so that a circuit is formed by mounting. With this configuration, it is not necessary to provide a special part for identifying the model, and it is not necessary to add another man-hour for inserting the identification part into the circuit board. Similar effects can be obtained. [Effects of the Invention] As is clear from the above, according to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained. In other words, when the same circuit board is used for a plurality of different models, it is possible to reliably and easily identify the model corresponding to the type of use, and the components forming the circuit can be used as they are for identification, and the symbol for identification is used. Since there is no need for additional man-hours to be added, identification is easy even in component management, and no special management is required, there is an effect that the price does not increase.
