被覆層との密着性、押出加工性、接続時の剥離性を考慮
したためである。すなわち各素線間に充填する水密コン
パウンドにおいて、可塑剤の配合量が68重量部未満では
素線との密着性に乏しくなり、逆に100重量部を越える
と押出加工性や接続時の剥離性が不良となる。また外周
を被覆する水密コンパウンドにおいて、可塑剤の配合量
が10重量部未満では、絶縁被覆層との密着性や押出加工
性が不良となり、逆に65重量部を越えると接続時の剥離
がが困難となる。

脂組成物からなる場合であっても、その耐電圧特性を低
下させたり、絶縁被覆層中の可塑剤の移行を促進させる
