2. Description of the Related Art As a typical method for producing a pattern paper by a circular cylinder of a circular paper machine or a dandy roll of a fourdrinier paper machine, a bamboo cage or a gold cage is converted into a circular cylinder or a dandy roll. A method of transferring the pattern of winding and basin eyes. A method in which a pattern net is drawn using paint and attached to the upper net of a circular cylinder cylinder or dandy roll to make a paper and give a see-through pattern. A method of cutting out a pattern with paper, film, a metal plate, etc., making a pattern net pasted on the upper net of a circular cylinder cylinder or dandy roll, and giving a transparent pattern. There is a method in which a pattern is formed on the wire net itself with irregularities and used as an upper net.

In the method using a bamboo cage or a gold cage, since a cage having a specific thickness is knitted at a constant interval, it is easy to form a linear pattern at an equal interval. However, there is a defect that the length cannot be changed arbitrarily and a curved pattern cannot be obtained. The method of making a pattern net using the above paint requires enormous labor, time and a high degree of skill, and has a drawback that it is difficult to change the height of the pattern by raising the paint. The method of cutting out a paper, a film, a metal plate or the like and sticking it on a net, and the method of forming irregularities on a wire net also have disadvantages that require a high degree of skill and an enormous amount of time.

As a means for forming the pattern 2, in the case of a woven fabric, a plate-making technique for screen printing can be used as it is. That is, either a hand-crafted plate making method of directly drawing a pattern by hand using a brush or the like or a mechanical plate making method using a photosensitive resin can be used. In this case, portions other than the pattern portion are filled with resin or the like.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the release sheet 4 has good adhesion to the pattern net and prevents the water-resistant resin 5 from protruding outside the pattern portion, and the resin is dried and solidified. It is used for the purpose of peeling after the release, and a release sheet obtained by applying a release agent to paper or film is used. Therefore, it is necessary to select a release agent that does not adhere to the resin 5.

Example. 1 (1) Manufacture of a composition An original having a continuous tone floral pattern was photographed with a suspension camera (disassembled into halftone dots using a contact screen), and a composition was manufactured using a lith film. (2) Manufacture of master plate A T-NO type polyester filament having a wire diameter of 150 μm was used, a tension of 28 N / cm was set, and a 60-mesh plain weave screen was prepared. Then, in order to make the emulsion adhere well to the screen, the screen was sufficiently degreased and washed with a 1% aqueous sodium hydroxide solution, washed with water, and dried. Then, the photosensitive emulsion (trade name "Fuji Screen Coat M", manufactured by Fuji Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) was diluted with water, left for 24 hours in a cool dark place for defoaming, and then applied over the entire screen using a bucket. First, it was applied once for filling and dried with warm air of about 40 ° C. Next, this operation was repeated four times to form a photosensitive layer having a thickness of about 15 μm. The coating operation was performed in a clean room free from dust that causes pinholes, and a yellow fluorescent lamp was used for indoor lighting. The plate was then placed on a screen coated with a photosensitive emulsion, and exposed using an ultra-high pressure mercury lamp (distance 1 m, output 4 kw for 2 minutes). Development is at a pressure of 4 kg / cm 2
Was sprayed to completely elute the unexposed portions of the photosensitive emulsion. Next, a urethane-based treating agent was applied to both sides of the screen with a brush for a curing treatment, left for 5 minutes, washed with water, and dried. The master produced in this way is a so-called "negative" master in which the photosensitive resin is embedded in portions other than the floral pattern. (3) Manufacture of pattern net for transparent paper The original plate manufactured by the above-mentioned method was overlaid on a 70 mesh / inch bronze monoprene woven paper net as shown in FIG. A release sheet was set below the papermaking net so that the release surface was in contact with the papermaking net. The release sheet used was release paper having a thickness of 100 μm and subjected to single-sided silicon treatment. Next, a two-part curable epoxy resin adjusted to a viscosity of 2000 cps (trade name "Araldite", manufactured by Nagase Chiba Co., Ltd.)
Was dropped on the original plate as shown in 5 of FIG. 2 and rubbed with a squeegee to fill the gaps of the papermaking net with resin. Then, the original plate was removed as shown in FIG. 4 and left until the epoxy resin surface had no tackiness. In the case of standing at room temperature, tackiness disappears in about 4 hours. When forcedly cured with hot air at 100 ° C., a similar state can be obtained in about 0.5 hour. In order to use the master repeatedly, the resin adhered to the master was removed by washing with a solvent. This is the reason why the pattern net for the transparent paper is made, but because the gradation is poor at one time, the same original is used, and the resin is dropped on the original in synchronization with the paper making net pattern. It was rubbed with a squeegee and the resin was overlaid on the pattern. This operation was repeated three times, and 0.3
A pattern net for a transparent paper having a picture pattern having a height of mm was manufactured.
