数個の第2室のうちの対応する第2室と同軸的に延在す
るよう配列された前記複数個の第2室、 前記複数個の第1室内に配設された第1多重素子ピン組
立体、及び 前記複数個の第2室内に配設されている第2多重素子ピ
ン組立体、 を備え、前記第1多重素子ピン組立体が、 軸方向切り欠きを有し、かつ前記プラグに面する前方端
及び後方端を有する外側ピン素子、 該外側ピン素子に対し選択可能に軸方向に向けられるよ
う配設され、かつ前記プラグに面する前方端及び後方端
を有する内側ピン素子、及び、 前記外側ピン素子と前記内側ピン素子の非係合及び前記
外側ピン素子に対する前記内側ピン素子の望ましくない
各々の軸の非整合を阻止するように前記内側ピン素子を
把持する把持装置であって、前記内側ピン素子の前方端
が前記外側ピン素子の実質的な前方端の実質的に外側も
しくは内側に配置されるのを許容し、それにより、前記
内側及び外側ピン素子の前方端を前記複数個の第1室内
に個別に位置付けるのを許容するよう動作する前記把持

1. A cylinder lock, comprising: a housing; a plug disposed in the housing and arranged to rotate relative to the housing; a plurality of first chambers formed in the housing; A plurality of second chambers formed in the plug, wherein each of the plurality of first chambers is one of the plurality of second chambers when the plug is in a first rotational arrangement relative to the housing. A plurality of second chambers arranged coaxially with a corresponding second chamber of the second chamber; a first multi-element pin assembly disposed in the plurality of first chambers; And a second multi-element pin assembly disposed in the plurality of second chambers, wherein the first multi-element pin assembly has an axial notch and is forwardly facing the plug.
