結果にもとづき各ロツト毎に、前記移送格納手段によ
り、前記格納場所から前記密閉室外へ搬出するようにし
たことを特徴とするヨ−グルト製造における発酵工程管
理システムを提案するものである。

ンサの測定結果にもとづき各ロツト毎に、前記移送格納
手段により、前記格納場所から前記密閉室外へ搬出する
ようにしたことを特徴とするヨ−グルト製造における発
酵工程管理システム。
