e. after the large frames 10 filled with small trays (full) are conveyed to each rear packaging line 5 by using an AGV trolley 12 (as shown in fig. 2, a conveying path is a thin line with an arrow between a delivery butt joint area 4 and the rear packaging lines 5), when the AGV trolley 12 conveys the large frames 10, a trolley empty vehicle is in a non-stop mode, and an AGV control system controls and screens the nearest AGV trolley 12 to carry according to a task command, so that the conveying time is shortened;
f. after the AGV trolley 12 reaches the rear packaging line 5, the empty large frame 10 is transported back to the warehouse for storage by the AGV trolley 12, and empty trays generated after the product is unloaded are continuously transported to the linkage line production line by the return line 9, so that the manpower transportation time is saved by continuous transportation, and the empty trays are prevented from being piled up in an operation area;
g. the empty small disc buffer area is arranged inside or outside the warehouse, and empty small discs which are remained in production consumption or are not consumed in production after the disc is unloaded by the rear packaging line 5 are stored, so that the empty small discs are not packed and piled up at the rear, and meanwhile, the empty small discs are available at any time on the production line.
