2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a combustion apparatus of this type, for example, an oil fan heater, as shown in FIG.
Some lubrication detection levers 52 are connected to the lubrication detection board 54 by tension coil springs 53, and when the refueling tank is full, the tension force of the tension coil springs 53 is overcome and the lubrication detection lever 52
Is pressed down to detect the full amount by detecting means such as a microswitch 55 attached to the lower part of the refueling detection board 54, and the full indication is displayed on the appliance display panel. Conversely, when the oil in the oil tank 51 is consumed and the capacity of the oil tank becomes less than a predetermined amount, the tensile force of the tension coil spring 53 overcomes the total tank weight, and the oil detecting lever 52 is pushed upward. Was turned off to turn off the full level display and notify the user of the residual oil level.

However, in the above configuration, the mounting position of the microswitch 55 is located immediately above the fixed tank, and is always in an atmosphere of being exposed to kerosene, and the contact of the switch is affected by sulfur contained in the kerosene component. There are problems such as insufficient display due to oxidation and defective contact due to defective contacts, and poor display due to short-circuiting of contact terminals due to dust due to insufficient dust control around the microswitch. Further, according to this configuration, there is also a problem that the space of the refueling detection device is widened.

Operation The present invention has the above-described configuration, so that even if oil is scattered when inserting or removing the oil supply tank, the oil does not catch on the switch and is protected from dust and the like. Since no occurrence occurs, reliability can be improved. Further, since the refueling detection device is formed in an L-shape, it is compact as a whole, and can be efficiently mounted in a very narrow space without changing the conventional design.

Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. Reference numeral 1 denotes a fixed tank for storing oil, and 2 denotes a refueling tank receiver removably provided in a refueling port 3 of the fixed tank 1. The outer peripheral upper surface has a projection 2a, and the refueling tank 4 is mounted on this upper surface. ing. Numeral 5 is a projection protruding from the center of the lower part of the refueling tank receiver. Reference numeral 6 denotes a filter for blocking dust, water, and the like, which is detachably provided on the outer periphery of the refueling tank receiver 2. Reference numeral 7 denotes an inner tank forming the fuel supply port 3, which has a hole 7a formed in the lower surface and is fixed to the upper surface of the fixed tank. 8
Is a lubrication detection board, which is bent in an L-shape and the lower surface is fixed to the fixed tank 1 with screws. The lower surface of the refueling detection board 8 is bent in a concave shape as shown in FIGS.
A torsion coil spring 10 is incorporated and is rotatable by a pin 11. Further, a hook portion 12 of a torsion coil spring is formed at an appropriate position on the refueling detection board 8, and a microswitch mounted on a bake board 15 by forming a square hole having a raised and 16 is stuck.
Further, bent pieces 8a, 8b and 8c are formed on the upper edge and both sides of the lubrication detecting board 8 so as to cover the microswitch 16, and the upper bent piece 8a is bent from the height of the microswitch 16. The height is set high. On the other hand, both sides of the bottom of the L-shaped refueling sensing lever 9 are bent inward to increase the strength, and the tip is bent in a curl shape to form a raised portion 17 for supporting the refueling tank one step higher. One end of the torsion coil spring 10 is set on the raised portion 17 of the lubrication detecting lever 9, and the other end is set on the hook portion 12 of the lubrication detecting board 8. The raised portion 17 of 9 rotates clockwise, and the other end thereof is in contact with the end surface of the upper bent piece 8a of the refueling detection board 8 to regulate the position.

First, when a full amount of kerosene is supplied to the refueling tank 4 and set on the appliance, the state is as shown in FIG. 1 and the position is fixed by contacting the upper surface of the refueling tank receiver 2. At this time, the valve of the refueling plug 19 is opened by the protrusion 5 of the refueling tank receiver 2, and the kerosene in the refueling tank 4 flows out of the lower hole of the refueling tank receiver 2, passes through the porous filter 6, and further passes through the inner tank 7. Through a fixed tank.

On the other hand, in the oil amount detection device, the raised portion 17 of the oil supply detection lever 9 abuts against the bottom surface of the oil supply tank 4 to overcome the torsion force of the torsion coil spring 9 and is pushed upward (counterclockwise) with the pin 11 as a fulcrum. At this time, the multi-end also rotates counterclockwise similarly, separates from the upper bent piece 8a of the refueling detection board 8,
The lever 18 of the microswitch 16 returns to the ON state to light the full amount display on the display unit.

Next, when the fuel is consumed and the capacity of the refueling tank becomes equal to or less than a predetermined amount, the torsion force of the torsion coil spring 10 exceeds the total weight of the refueling tank, and the raised portion 17 of the refueling sensing lever 9 raises the refueling tank 4 upward. On the other hand, the other end is rotated clockwise with the pin 11 as a fulcrum.
Regulated by 8a. At this time, the lever 18 of the micro switch 16 is pushed by the refueling sensing lever 9 to be in the OFF state, and the full amount display on the display unit is turned off.

Refueling is detected as described above. Here, since the microswitch 16 is mounted on the rising portion 13 of the refueling detection board 8, it is located slightly above the fixed tank 1. In addition, the microswitch 16 is surrounded by the bent pieces 8a, 8b, 8c formed on the peripheral edge of the rising portion, and at the same time, is covered by the refueling detection lever 9.
Therefore, even if oil splashes when the oil supply tank 4 is inserted or removed, the oil does not fall on the micro switch and is protected from dust and dirt. Since the refueling detection board 8 and the refueling detection lever 9 are formed in an L-shape, they are compact as a whole, and the outer parts can be efficiently mounted in a very narrow space without changing the conventional design. it can.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, the lubrication detection lever and the lubrication detection board are bent into an L-shape, and a switch is mounted on the rising portion of the lubrication detection board and the bent piece is provided on the periphery of the rising portion. Because of this, it is possible to prevent display failure due to kerosene wetting due to kerosene spattering or short-circuiting of terminal contacts due to dust or the like from the surroundings. Further, since the configuration is compact, the installation space can be reduced.
