て製造することを特徴とするカラーフィルターの製造方

<実施例1> 水溶性感光剤として、牛骨ペプタイドの加水分解物

ライプ状のリーフパターンを得た。これを表1に示すよ
うな条件で染色し、赤色フィルター層とした。タンニン
酸、吐酒石で定着処理を行ったのち、同様に厚み0.8μ
mのストライプ状のレリーフパターンを形成し、第2色
目の緑色の染色層を形成した。再び同様の操作で、第3
色目の青色フィルター層を形成し、固体撮像素子用の色

なものであり、アルカリ金属イオン含有量を低減した感
光性樹脂を被染色層材料にしたので、固体撮像素子上の
カラーフィルターや液晶表示装置用のカラーフィルター
に用いることで、アルカリ金属イオンの拡散による撮像
素子の特性劣化、液晶表示装置の耐久性の低下を防止

る染色を施してなるカラーフィルターの製造方法におい
て、重クロム酸塩として重クロム酸アンモニウムを用
い、かつ感光性樹脂のpH調整剤としてアルカリ金属イオ
ンを含まない有機塩基類または第4級アンモニウムイオ
ンの水酸化物塩を添加した感光性樹脂を用いて製造する
ことを特徴とするカラーフィルターの製造方法。1.
