Although the use of the above cementitious mixture as an embankment material has not been proposed,
The inventor packed the cementitious mixture into a synthetic resin sandbag for embankment, piled up the sandbag a as a retaining wall as shown in FIG. 1, and protected the retaining wall with the soil-like cementum inside. An attempt was made to spout the mixture b, compact it, and fill it in layers. However, in this case, the slope of the retaining wall becomes a soil pile surface, and the appearance of the permanent slope is not good.

According to the present invention, there is provided an aqueous suspension containing 30 to 90% by weight of a solid, wherein the solid contains 0.25 to 70% by weight. Alkaline earth metal hydroxide and 10 to 99.5% by weight fly ash and 0.25 to 70% by weight alkaline earth metal sulphite, some of which are alkaline earth metal sulphates The solidified cementitious mixture was pressed and solidified in a mold to form a block, and the blocks were piled up to form a retaining wall. When the blocks are joined by interposing the cementitious mixture in the form of earth and sand between the blocks of the retaining wall, the blocks are integrated with each other and also with the embankment, thereby completing embankment with a single material.

When the cementitious mixture is put into a mold and pressed, it forms a relatively hard block, which is piled up to form a retaining wall. At this time, when the sediment-like cementitious mixture is interposed between the blocks and piled up, the intervening cementitious mixture comes to join the blocks by pressure and a chemical change with time, and forms an integral retaining wall. Become. After the construction of the retaining wall, the earth and sand-like cementitious mixture is laid out on the inside of the retaining wall, and the embankment is rolled from above. When the embankment is entirely formed of the cementitious mixture, the retaining wall is formed. The appearance is good and the embankment is integrated with the block as well, and the embankment with high strength is completed.

EXAMPLE The exhaust gas of a thermal power plant is introduced into a limestone slurry to obtain a slurry containing calcium sulfite and calcium sulfate, and fly ash discharged together with the boiler exhaust gas is added thereto, and then the water content thereof is adjusted. The cementitious mixture is obtained by mixing lime. An example of the composition is as follows. 20% Water CaSO 3 · 1 / 2H 2 O + CaSO 4 · 2H 2 O 25% unreacted limestone (CaCO 3) 12% fly ash 40% slaked lime (Ca (OH) 2) 3 % moisture, if necessary the cementitious mixture Fig. 2
After being placed in a mold 1 as shown in FIG. 3 and pressed by a piston 2, the mold 1 is disassembled and made of a cementitious mixture.
Is created. Until a certain time elapses, the bonding between the particles progresses and the strength of the block 3 increases. The block 3 is stacked on the outer periphery of the embankment area as shown in FIG. 4 to form a retaining wall 4, and the cementitious mixture in the form of sand and sand is sprayed by spraying the inside of the retaining wall 4, and is compacted to form a layer 5. Harden. The stacking height of the blocks 3 is gradually increased, and the above-mentioned layers 5 are formed in multiple layers to a predetermined height, thereby completing the embankment. When the blocks 3 are stacked with the earth-sand-like cementitious mixture interposed between the blocks 3,
The interposed sediment-like cementitious mixture adheres the blocks to each other and solidifies to form an integral retaining wall 4. In addition, since the layered cementitious mixture 5 also binds to the block 3, an embankment that is entirely solid is completed. Only the joint is observed on the wall surface of the retaining wall 4, the appearance is masonry, and the appearance is improved. The size and strength of the block 3 can be freely selected according to the lateral pressure due to the rolling.

As described above, according to the present invention, a block is formed from the cementitious mixture prepared from fly ash, and a retaining wall is formed with the block. In this way, the embankment can be formed in a well-formed manner by using the waste from the thermal power plant, and since the entire embankment is integrated, there is an effect that a strong embankment can be obtained.
