であっても、バリ部を切断する際の切断ストロークは傾
斜部材で平坦部位より大きくなる。そのため、バリ部の
切断は平坦部位では傾斜部位より早期に終了するが、平
坦部位の切断後、傾斜部位の切断が終了するまでの間に
平坦部位に切断用のパンチから継続して加わる荷重によ
り鍛造品の曲がり変形が生じるという問題を有してい
た。
