で、その製造に困難性を有すると共に、フランジ部の存
在によって磁力分布が不均一になり、吸着現象やトルク
ムラが発生して製品のバラツキが生ずる等の課題を有し
ている。 又、後者の従来例においては、ヨーク並びにコイル枠
に取付手段が全くない構成であり、カメラ内に組み込む
際に別途の取付け用部材を必要とするものであり、その
ために部品点数が多くなるばかりでなく組み込みの手間
も掛るという部品上及び作業上の課題を有するばかりで
なく、コイル枠が縦割りの左右枠で構成されており、こ
れら左右枠を組み立てる場合に、内部に永久磁石を収納
して合体する際の組み合わせが一定でなく、組み合わせ
誤差による回転軸の偏心が生じ、ヨークの取付位置にも
相乗して誤差が生じることになり、バラツキのある製品
になるという課題がある。

したことを特徴とするカメラ用アクチュエータを提供す
るものであり、ヨーク自体に取付部がないため、その製
造が容易であり、且つボビンを上下に二分割すること
で、ロータの偏心が生じないばかりでなく、組合わせ作
業が容易であり、更に通気路によって内部の放熱効果が
大になるのである。

上部ボビン3との組合わせ時の位置合せ用の凹部25が設
けられ、他方の突出部23bにも位置合せ用の凹部26が設
けられると共に、側面には前記ロータ室21に通ずる窓穴
27が設けられ、該窓穴27の外側の縁に沿って通気路28が
形成されている。又、前記ロータ室21の底部の略中央部
に前記ロータ4の回転軸5が支持される軸受部29が設け
てある。 前記上部ボビン3は、前記下部ボビン2と同様に、そ
の略中央部にロータ4が収納されるロータ室31を設け、
該ロータ室の周面にコイルの巻き付け用胴部32を対称位
置に設けると共に、前記ヨーク1の内壁面と圧接する断
面略三日月状の突出部33a、33bを対称位置に一体に形成
してある。そして、突出部33aの上部には角状の取付部3
4を一体に張り出させて形成し、下面には前記下部ボビ
ン2の位置合せ用の凹部25に嵌合する凸部35を突出形成
してある。又、他方の突出部33bの下面にも位置合せ用
の凹部26に嵌合する凸部36を夫々突出形成すると共に、
側面には前記ロータ室31に連通する窓穴37が設けられ、
該窓穴37の外側の縁に沿って通気路38を形成し、更にロ
ータ室31の略中央部に軸受部39を形成してある。 このように形成した上下のボビンを組合わせる際に、
内部にロータ4を収納し、各ボビンの軸受部29、39によ
ってロータの軸5の両端を夫々軸受し、且つ凸部35、36
を夫々位置合せ用の凹部25、26に嵌合して下部ボビン2
と上部ボビン3とを合体させることで、軸芯がずれるこ
となくしかも作業者に熟練を要することなく簡単に組込
むことができる。 両ボビン2、3が合体された後に、胴部23、32に対し
てコイル6、7が所定量巻回される。この時に各コイル
の端部は、ターミナル24のスリット部24aに夫々挟んで
挟持させ、コイルを巻き終わった時に更にその端部を別
のターミナルのスリット部24aに挟んで保持させること
で、コイルの巻回作業が容易に行えるのである。又、コ
イル6、7の巻回においても、充分なスペースがあるの
で充分な巻線数が得られ、それによって高トルクを発生
させることができる。 ボビンにコイル6、7が巻回された後に、前記ターミ
ナル24に夫々外部給電線8をハンダ付け等の手段により
接続してから、各ターミナル24を内側に折曲げ、ヨーク
1内にボビンを圧入して取付ける。この場合に使用され
るヨーク1が有底筒体である場合には、その筒体の底部
に所定の穴1aを設けて前記外側給電線8を取出すように
すれば良い。 このように、ヨーク1内にボビンを圧入して収納する
と、前記通気路28、38がヨーク1との間で所定の間隙を
もって上部に開放し、ロータ室21、31が実質的に外部に
開放した状態になって、放熱作用が大になるのである。
又、上部ボビン3に設けた取付部34がヨーク1の上縁か

成した構成としたことにより、特に前記ヨークに取付部
を設けないで、前記上部ボビンの突出部に取付部を設け
たことにより、その製造が容易であると共に、磁力特性
が均一になる製品にバラツキがなくなるという優れた効
